Hi guys, i hope this will helps those that have the same goal as me 🙂

First of all I want to say thank you to everyone that inspire me including Kurdt ,angel_star, theheartvoice.com and of cause, the universe, I love u guys.

Have been reading about LOA and after tried a few methods, this method seem to work just fine for me
(I’m 164 in the beginning)

My goal is to grow to 185 , which was 21 cm different. I decided to grow 1 cm taller everyday( it seem more possible for me) and convince myself that I’m 1cm taller everyday. I’m 19, stuck in 164 for years.
After using this method, for the past 3 days I have grown 1 cm taller each day I’m now 167 and will be 168 2 mrw. For the past 3 mornings I woke up and measured my height and it was 1cm taller than the days before. This is really surprising ;D ;D ;D
I measure my height very frequent(I think at least 6 times per day, sometimes > 10 times) to help me accept my new height and ‘let go’. I visualize when I wake up and before I go to bed. No I didn’t do any stretching, I eat a lots because i know that my body need the calories and nutrition for growth and I drink lots of water and sleep early.  The best part is that I grew exactly 1cm for these 3 days.

Hey harris what u visualize tell me how you remove negative thoughts n what is ur positive affirmation tell me plzzz m more needy n greedy of height…… 🙂

Thank you and congratulations for the amazing success story.
I read that all you have to do change your body is understand the magnificence of the cells of your body appreciate them like that how they’re source energy and then just tell them what to do and they will do it. As long as you feed them, doesn’t matter what you feed them. (Water is important tho). As long as you get happy.

I tried it for 2 days now and do think I’ve more muscle.
So basically just appreciate your body and you can tell ask it anything

**UPDATE**
I am now 168.5
I gained 4cm in 2 weeks time when i was on my peak of my mind and I was really confident that I could achieve anything
Then I got lazy and started doing other stuff, because height just doesn’t affect my life really much
My height today is 168.5(4.5cm different)
Lately I want to grow taller again, at least to 175, so i will start all over again

I read on one of the threads on this forum that you shouldn’t have milk to grow taller because of some acid stuff, if you find the thread please post below
