“What you think about you bring about” “have an attitude of gratitude” “go with the universal flow.” That’s all good and well I hear you say but how can I be positive all the time and attract the life I desire? Maybe you feel Stuck in a J.O.B (Just Over Broke) which you just can’t seem to get out of due to financial commitments and you feel this is hindering your results. Here I will share some practical advise based on my own experience of creating total financial and personal freedom.

Point 1 – Think outside the box – “Come on universe, genie of the lamp, the one, the all, please, please, please, supply me with this weeks winning Lottery ticket.” – Inside the box thinking…. Do you really believe this can happen? You know the odds work them out, you ask the universe – then your brain says “I don’t think so, not likely, get on with your J.O.B and keep dreaming!” So you continue with the “oh yes, you will see I can win the lottery” mind yo-yo for a while then realise you need to put something in place which your brain tells you is believable.

The Key to Point 1 – Look for believable ways for you to create your own income stream – one which is separate to your J.O.B. Start connecting with people who already have what you desire. Put yourself out there, and be open to options – forget any limiting beliefs about not being able to do something. You can Be Do and Have anything you want in life. I personally found my key to success was to run my own home business within the personal development and law of attraction field this way everything was streamlined towards my desires and passions, this took some real blue sky thinking on my part but I trusted my vibes and everything fell into place perfectly.

Point 2 – Realize your desires and dreams in life – “What do I really want from life?” “What makes me feel happy all the time?” “What would Living the Dream be to me?” Take some time to sit down and assess what your really desire – what would make you 110% happy in life. Write it down – Heading: My top 5 desires. For example maybe you want to be a millionaire and travel the world first class…. Maybe you want a beautiful house in the country…. Maybe you just want more time freedom.

The Key to point 2 – Make clear to the universe what you desire, accept that these are your desires and be open to receiving nudges from the universe to push you in the right direction – be ready to receive everything you have asked for. Have the understanding that ultimately you will be led to your desires but you may need to take part in letting them happen. Chase your dreams and have the belief that you can catch them in your net. If you have started your own project to create an income away from the J.O.B make it clear what you are wanting to attract from this venture. When I started out with my personal development home business I took baby steps towards my main desires in life and pinpointed markers along the way so I knew I was on the right track.

Point 3 – Have an attitude of gratitude – “What do I have right now that I can give thanks for?” “What am I grateful for today?” “I am so happy and Grateful NOW!” Take a good honest look at your life in a positive way. Rather than concentrate too much on your future desires stop and take account of what you have accomplished already be grateful for the things you have learnt in life.

The Key to point 3 – Give thanks for everything you have around you however small. Be it a beautiful sunset or a nice view, slow down and notice all the wonderful things in your life. When you can be truly be grateful for all the things you have in your life NOW then you can really kick start your future desires. As your new desires come to fruition celebrate each one with heartfelt thanks and gratitude this way you will be rewarded with more things to be grateful for. Prior to starting my own personal development home business I was in a place of desperation for some time at which point I pushed my desires further away then in turn the J.O.B just seemed to get more and more unbearable. I took a step back relaxed and gave thanks for what I had already achieved whilst still staying open to new idea’s, this is when the perfect opportunity for me fell into my lap, I celebrated this and continue to do so each and everyday.

You too can achieve anything in life all you need to do is put your mind to it. Know that anything is possible and most of all have fun with it and be HAPPY, this way more things to be happy about will easily flow into you life.

1 – Make your dream map

 
Einstein – a man who knew a thing or two – said imagination was more important than knowledge. ‘Logics’, he explained, ‘will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.’ So your first step in making your dream come true is to sit down with a piece of paper and a pen, and let you mind drift to the life you want to be leading. Imagine how you look? How do you feel about yourself? Are you fit and healthy, and how do you keep yourself so? Are you in a relationship – and if so, what’s it like? Where are you living? Describe your home. Tell yourself about your family and friends. Now, what’s your life’s work? Describe your job and your success. Make sure you do all this in present tense, and remember- let your imagination run riot. Let there be no boundaries. You’re living the life you desire.

2 – Use the Law of Attraction

Once you’ve started to visualize and really believe that your dreams can come true, it’s perfectly possible that certain desires could land in your lap sooner than you realize. This is the Law of Attraction, also known as “The Secret”. The basic premise is that peoples thoughts (both conscious and unconscious) dictate the reality of their lives, whether or not they’re aware of it. Essentially, if you really want something and truly believe it’s possible, you’ll get it, but putting a lot of attention and thought on something you don’t want means you’ll probably get that too. We’re like magnets, attracting thoughts, people, events and lifestyles to us.

3 – Take baby steps

 
So how do we go from knowing and visualizing our dream, and letting self-doubt melt away, to actually making the dream concrete reality? Take small steps that help achieve the big idea. In essence, without losing site of your big dream give yourself mini goals. Set goals you know you can achieve. By baby stepping your way into action your brain doesn’t notice that you’re sneaking out of the zone of the familiar and into action until you’ve already begun to benefit from the momentum of change.

4 – Hold your focus

 
Once your dream has been launched, you’ll get really excited. But goals that are continually checked and overly worried about may not flourish in a way that you wish them to. Try not to ‘over care’ and attempt to control the outcome to ‘make things happen’. Imagine what you want is like a beautiful butterfly in your hands, if you squeeze too tightly, the butterfly will be crushed; if you hold your hands too loosely the butterfly will simply fly away. The secret is to hold it gently. Cultivate ease by relaxing your body, being present in whatever you’re doing, rather than having your mind racing on to the next thing. The focus stage is all about following the Law of Attraction and this involves concentrating positively on your vision, truly inviting it and making it present.

5 – Take a leap of faith

As you life becomes even more inspired every day, and you head further in the direction you want to take, there may still be moments when you need to check you’re on the right path. To make sure you step into success you have to take those last leaps of faith. When leaving our comfort zone, we recreate our lives according to what feels right and good to us. If you remain safe you’ll never know what could have happened and you may regret not trying. If fear holds you back consider the risk of living your life without taking that leap of faith. Isn’t the cost of sacrificing your dream too high?

6 – Enjoy the journey

 
Why do you want to fulfill and live your dream The chances are it’s because you want happiness and contentment. Don’t put this off, even when there are obstacles or challenges. Slow down; connect deeply with all life, and experience beauty and sacredness. Praying or meditating to a higher source, or simply taking a long walk in the countryside and breathing in the beauty and wonder that nature has to offer, can help you in your quest for your dreams and help you love your life. Connecting with others will also being you joy, putting the focus on giving to another person immediately has the effect of taking your mind off your own problems. Expressing gratitude is another brilliant tool to enjoy the journey. This will help you feel much happier, create a list of all the things you are happy for, and post it somewhere you can see it. Decide to make every day a wonderful day and expect it, magical things will start to happen.

7 – Note what you’ve achieved

You know when kids chant “are we there yet?” five minutes after leaving home on a long car journey? This approach is best avoided when traveling towards your dream! However, every so often, it’s good to check in with your original vision and note what you’ve achieved, and what you still have to do. Take a moment to be grateful and count your blessings. Write down your yearly goals then check in with them every so often, adjusting up or down, depending on how things are going. The only real purpose of a goal is to inspire you to fall more deeply in love with life. Look deep within yourself, what is your dream right now? Whether it’s the same, or changed, make sure you journey towards it with joy and wonder. Then you’ll really have arrived!

I took these 7 steps in earnest and can honestly say it changed my life in everyway.

Attracting, being thankful for all we want and become in life is the power of Gratitude. Law of Attraction gives it a go.    Gratitude  …aaah just the word gets me on cloud 9 and makes me feel, it’s an important part of my life.

The vibration, which passes through by being grateful for the things we already have, put us on the same frequency with the       Universe and gets us more of what we want quicker.  Gratitude is connecting with our inner self, it’s a heavenly filling where in, it’s like opening our door way to the Law of Attraction, All we need is be grateful for the smallest thing , people or Experiences in our life. Make a conscious choice to turn towards positive appreciation.

So let start it right away! Think of the things, you’ve really grateful for it may be your family, friends, Car,  job, food,  water, health you can just name it your way, may be even for the lovely human being you  are J. Trust me each one is special in their own way.

Each day, put up with the habit for thanking for the smallest things in your life. If possible make up a journal and pen down each day for the things you are thankful for.

This practice not only helps us to divert our thought process from negative to positive but also gets us to an inner realization that there are tons of things in each one’s life to be thankful for. This attitude of gratitude will get each one of us closer to the universe, because of the feeling attached to it.

Thankfulness puts us in a state of well being and happiness and universe will follow more of it each day!!! With this attitude of gratitude

Law of Attraction During These Challenging Economic Times

It’s all around us. TV, online, radio and print news are all spreading the negative vibration of fear and anxiety about an unprecedented global economic situation that continues to slide downwards on a daily basis. Just listening, reading, discussing and observing what is happening around us is causing us to also send this same negative vibration. So what do we need to do to keep our vibration pure and positive during these times?

Imagine a large Vibration Meter Reader pointed down on people around the world, during these “challenging economic” times. What vibration would it read? Would Law of Attraction find the vibration or feeling of; fear, stress, anxiety, worry about financial insecurity, lack of hope for more abundance, lack of belief that using Law of Attraction will work to attract abundance during this big economic downturn? Or would it find the vibration of; joy bliss, appreciation, gratitude and love (just to name a few).

Remember, the Law of Attraction has one job – to match the vibration you are sending, whether negative or positive, or whether you are sending this vibration deliberately or not.

Staying positive during this economic challenge is an opportunity for you to exercise and activate your ABUNDANCE ‘muscle’. In other words, you need to send out a vibration of abundance more deliberately. In every moment you have a mood or a feeling which causes you to send out a positive or negative vibration. Sending the vibration of abundance happens only when you FEEL abundant. Suppose you asked people on the street,

“How many minutes a day do you deliberately send out a vibration of abundance?”

What do you think their answer would be? I bet it would be ZERO minutes a day. How can anyone expect to attract abundance if they are not sending out the matching vibration of abundance?

The feeling of ABUNDANCE is a strong, high, and positive vibration. The only way to attract anything is to send a matching vibration of the way you want it to be. Only when you FEEL abundant will you ATTRACT abundance. It’s that simple! You WILL become more abundant when you deliberately send out the vibration of abundance more often.

There are many opportunities right now for you to become more deliberate about activating your Abundance Muscle.

Here are some common scenarios that you may find yourself in. Pay attention to the new response you can give that will keep you in the positive vibration of abundance!

Your new response will be to say, “Thank-you”. That is the only verbal response you will give.

But, from now on, in your inner voice, you will say to yourself,

“I AM very abundant. I DID attract this! Law of Attraction IS working!”

Here are examples of scenarios in which you get to practice this!

1) Someone gives you a gift…just say thanks…nothing else!
In your inner voice you will say, “I AM very abundant. I DID attract this! Law of Attraction IS working!”

2) Someone buys you lunch or coffee…just say thanks…nothing else!
In your inner voice you will say, “I AM very abundant. I DID attract this! Law of Attraction IS working!”

Someone drives you somewhere and buys the gas needed…
Someone offers to do a free service for you…
Someone offers to pay for something for you…
Someone lets you stay in their B&B or summer cottage for free…

It sounds easy, yes? Well, just wait and see. Many people don’t accept things with such a simple and short statement of thankfulness. It’s very likely most of us have learned a script in the little ritual we get caught in each time we find ourselves in one of the above scenarios.

Someone offers to give you something, or pay for something, or do something for you and you follow the script (or learned behavior) and say,

“No, that’s Ok. You don’t have to do that.”
Or, “No, I can get it, you don’t have to. I’ll pay for mine.”
Oh yes! You can just hear yourself, right?

Here is your assignment.

As a deliberate attractor, you will now just say thanks and silently acknowledge the abundance you are receiving. You are then sending the vibration of abundance and DELIBERATELY exercising your Abundance Muscle.

I believe people always think how to use law of attraction for manifestation, affirmation, gratitude, prosperity and Happiness. Well, here your quest ends. We must understand that whenever we talk to ourselves about anything we are actually attracting something. We all talk to ourselves every moment. You must have observed it. Sometimes we knowingly talk Talk to our self about what we think about what we observe at the moment of time. Sometimes we observe a thing and we think of things related to it, interesting fact is, these related thoughts are nothing but your attraction. Remember what Law of attraction says: “Like attracts like”.

Self Talking is an every-second practiced activity and a minor conscious tweaking in it can boost the process of manifestation

Are you the one who is very clear what you do not like in life?

what kind of person you can not go along with?

What Perfume you do not like?

What talks you do not like? and so on…….

Are you the one who is “Do-not-Like” types?

Are you the one who looks at your dream car and things “i wish i its mine”? Are you a wishful Thinker?

Are you the one who says yourself to calm down and relax?

Well i just wanted to give you a clue what its like not to be a Power Attractor. As i teach in my Power Law of Attraction system, A Power attractor is always a Power Talker. Words are not just words, they have inherent power.

5 Quick tips to be instant Power Talker:

1- Observe

Observation is certainly the most important phase when you talk to yourself. Now you may doubt how can i observe my “Million-thoughts-a-day” activity, trust me just start it with faith, it just goes smooth, neither do you have to put some extra efforts for it. This is the first vital step if you want to master how to use law of attraction.
2- Check to Check Technique:

Check to Check technique is one of the most powerful technique if you want be a Power Attractor. All you have to do is to check your self-talks and observe are the in sync with what you actually want. Should you find any disconnect, just stop such self-talk and replace what you do not want with what you want.

If you attract a wealthy lifestyle and you talk to yourself by saying, “I hate poverty”, “Oh! how tough this life with poverty”, “I wish i can be wealthy”, “I am jealous of Mr. XYZ, why is he more wealthy when we both in the same business”.

Well, while self-talking if you make a statement anyone of the above then certainly you attracting more of poverty. Remember you are sending a strong signal in Universe about

“You and Poverty”, you want poverty or not you know, but Universe is like a Gini, with “Your wish is My command” attitude, and you will be given more of poverty.

If you are a power talker you will say:

“I am already Wealthy.”

“Oh! How wonderful a wealthy lifestyle is”

“I like Mr. XYZ, i do business better than him, and i am getting more wealthy than he is”

Compare these power statement with the ones about. And ask yourself, which one empowers you? The more if you are in synch with what you actually want and how do you self-talk about the quicker it will manifest. Is it not wonderful approach?

3 – Finger Pinch technique

I am a big fan of my Finger Pinch technique. This was one of the techniques I devised when I was learning how to use law of attraction. when i am in process of observing is my self-talking is in synch with my attraction (what i want) or not, i always keep my thumb over my index finger. If I observe what i am talking is disconnected (opposite or negative) to what i want, i just press my index finger with the tip of my thumb. And after doing it for just few times it has become so subconscious activity that now it works like magic.

If i attract Rich life and i self-talk about “i hate life in poverty”, instantly I press my index finger with the tip of my thumb and its signals me to go back and use my “Power Replacement Technique.” Reason why i use my thumb and index finger is because it the most readily available tools i have than a paper and a pen.

 
4 – Power Rephrase Technique

I am in love with this technique, I devised it over the years. All you have to do is when ever you get a signal from “pressure of your index finger” just rephrase your earlier statement and make it in synch with what you want.

Rephrase “I do not like poor lifestyle” to “I attract a wealthy lifestyle”. Wow…

now you are sending a strong signal in the Universe that you attract a Wealthy Lifestyle, now you will observe all the wealthy people you meet, you will appreciate the way people become wealthy, you will befriend and dine out with people you consider wealthy. By doing all this you are actually taking inspired actions to your manifest your final attraction of being wealthy.

 
5 – Do it with Faith

Now since you already believe that each and every self-talk of yours is in synch with what you actually want then just have faith that you already got it.

Remember brain can not distinguish between what is these materially or what is there in thoughts. You can enjoy your wealthy life style even in your brain, for your Brain its as good as you are wealthy in real life. Just exploit the possibilities and potentialities of your Brain. Trust me the whole Power Law of Attraction approach is based on this. I have devised this system over years and i have tested it in all circumstances and permutations as and when i found something to be changes i changed and now i served you the
