are you visualizing your end result or is this visualization just a tool.  for example....i want my ex to return  ...so i visualize us married and telling each other we love each other and all the things we appreciate about each other.......or is the text message visualization just a tool to keep you in a positive frame of mind.

No!! sounds good to me!! I sometimes do the same thing!! but didn't know if I was doing it right!! the most important thing is to stay positive!! So many negatives in my life!!  and I doubt myself sometimes!!

last night when I was writing in my "grateful" journal....I said all my thank yous for the day and planned my day for today!! and I kept it simple!! (start small....work to the big)....I asked to see Red and Red birds and a reminder that wishes are one their way!!! WOW what a day i have had....at first it was just a few here and there.....(and I said THANK YOU...every time)...but then......all of a sudden....i would see flocks of red birds......everywhere i go i have seen red birds........thank ;you!! the universe is so wonderful

Throughout the day I keep saying the affirmations on my wish/wishes. Affirmations that always make me feel good. When the negative thoughts come,I just assure myself that "alot can happen" "I`m about to get my wish fullfielled"

I like the part assuring yourself that "a lot can happen." Anything can change in one day and what we are constantly predicting is the thing that we are attracting.

About the visualization, I always recommend to visualize the end result. Rhonda Byrne used the Law of Attraction by visualising the end result of The Secret.

Keep focusing on positive side, and sooner or later the positive side will start to grow. It is always what we focus on expands. It's difficult to turn negative into positive but there's shortcut, you just have to focus on the positivity that already exist.

If you want to love yourself, you must also find your passion. Find the passion that can unleash the beauty and creativity of your inner self.

Tips on forgiving others is by knowing nobody's perfect in this world and we cannot change others. We can only change ourselves and the way we look at things.

Always remember that all of us are here to teach and learn, from each other and that is necessary for our personal growth.
