Its really hard to let go off things ..especially when it comes to a ex relationship.. the old bad or good things would keep popping finally making you so sad.. and when you wanna let go.. Doesn't work out that well, so close your eyes to those worries.. Don't talk about them, don't think about them.. Just be ignorant to it totally.. As if it never happened.. and move that concentration to things you're wanting now!! That passion makes it happen even faster..while, in a few months those 'disturbed topics' would move itself.. because you have happier things to focus on.. 'Let go' accomplished, just in a different way

Yes I do agree with you, its not easy to let go most when it comes to relationship with an ex. In my case, it could have been easier when there is no friend who is involved, but then I really try to see the brighter side of things and with EFT and SB and affirmations as well as my counting on my blessings, I can proudly say that I can still smile. God is truly good all the time, for He allowed me to know about LOA in my worst times:-) letting go...letting go of the negative feelings, and choosing to see the good side of the situation:-)

I've faced the worst part of my relationship too.. and not to forget 'wanting my ex back' struggle is been worse.. until i stopped and looked around.. its my life,and all i've been doing was thinking about someone else most of the time.. No wonder LOA was working according to him... So i snapped out totally,and started concentrating on the next best thing.. and now its reached a point where.. I don't care about his thoughts and actions.. I could have asked him back,but i was confused when it came to him..When he was good to me, i loved it and wanted more and when he was rude to me..i cried and again sent out a signal that i wanted it more.. either way,i was getting messed up! So i stop focussing on that part totally and guess what.. WORKED!!
