wow found one in a bag near some bushes but never picked it up i want one so badly! I cant believe i passed that up! grrr im so mad at myself! why cant i ever get what i truly want! when i get the opportunity i blow it and think of the person who lost it! I so need to just take action! I need to stop being a honest person and take everything i find! im so heated! lol!

I feel it could be a sign to tell you that you are very close to getting the phone/laptop you want. I have noticed that when I positively focus on something I want, I'll soon start seeing them all around me even though at first I won't be able to acquire them. But eventually I'll end up getting it. Its a process. So if I were you, I would be thankful to the Universe for giving me a sign, and be proud of myself for being honest and not picking someone else's property and have more faith that my phone/laptop will come to me any moment
