Today I am trying to attract some one to help me become a computer programmer! To better understand the process that it takes to be a programmer. Basically to take me under there wing and help me get my dream job started early!

That is a great goal to have.  Focus on what that would FEEL like.  Be grateful for your mentor as though he/she is already helping you.  Be grateful to the Universe for bringing this person to you.

Ok, will do so far I visualized how greatful I am for finding this person and so far I been slowly but steadily taking action by looking up people on google who are allready successful in the field.

Remember to take "inspired action".  Don't take action just to feel like you are doing something.  :0)  The Universe will give you a push of what to do.

As a bit of an update, I so far took inspired action by putting what I want on yahoo answers and now i'm waiting for some one to reply but i'm also going to start putting it out there on more sites and I feel a bit excited and inspired to keep up with what i'm doing not just to show to myself that I can but because this is what I always wanted to be and now I finnally have the mind set to actually do what I want! I always used excuses why I couldnt achieve this dream such as I dont have enough money and than when I started to study the law of attraction, it opened my mind to there being more possibilities than going to college to become what I like! Now I know that its all about thinking about the end result instead of thinking about the means! This is the best forum I ever saw and I wouldnt know what I would be doing now if I would of never stummbled upon it!

Here's what I suggest.  Search the internet or locally for someone you really admire.  Read up all about them.  Study their work.  Then visualize them being a fantastic mentor to you.  Imagine this person sharing valuable knowledge with you and teaching you.  How do you feel? 
When you feel really great contact this person and ask them to mentor you. 

3 Steps
You choose who you want.  Imagine them mentoring you.  Ask them.

If they say no.  Start the process again using a different person.  Most successful people are happy to mentor new comers to the industry.

TIP:  Go for the person you most want to be like.
