Hi my lovelies

I was wondering how many of you have used LoA to help out with health issues or anything physical and had success with it? Did you do it deliberately, or was the improvement a by-product of something else? What did you do/use?
I'm working on removing some physical problems at the moment (thyroid problems and an ankle injury that's meant I've had to re-learn how to walk are my two main areas). Do you think, provided i can eliminate my fears of getting worse, it's possible to turn around these sorts of things?
