My recent wish was to have a nice car without any loan, at the same time I wished, the same shall be bought by me rather than getting it free. If I get it free others may think I am not worthy to purchase it, that why.

I used the photograph of the car in my table and imagined how I use it if I owned it. Within two months one of investments gave me huge profit which ended in manifestation of my wish.

The real wonder was I own the same colour car as in the photograph which I used and I got the car without any booking (normally 6-8 one has to wait even if you have money)

That's a great story. 

I have a similar story where I saw a dress in a magazine and wanted it sooooo badly!  I kept thinking about how much I wanted to get it and when and where I would wear it, but then I realized that it cost more than what I wanted to spend, so I forgot about it.  Well a few months later I was at the store and just browsing through the sale section and poof! There it was!  It was the last in it's size and it was marked down dramatically!  I bought it right away.
