I have it on my work computer. I used to set it up daily to run while I worked at my desk. It did help raise my spirits when I was having a hard time staying upbeat. I love Hoponopono for home relaxation and help with getting in the heart. :-)

Not a specific success story, but like VC, I have it running on my work computer and have definitely noticed that it can lift my spirits without my thinking about it. I had modified one of the categories to be specific affirmations about my guy and I unchecked that category about a week ago (I'm trying to take my focus off him). One day, I was working and I found myself thinking about him and daydreaming about us in a positive way. I was looking at the screen when one of the phrases popped up and I saw his name. Evidently, I had created some affirmations in the other categories I use about him and had totally forgotten about it.

I believe that DH, who has one of the more inspirational success stories, has said that she used a subliminal blaster and still does. Even if you can't tie a manifestation to it specifically, it certainly isn't hurting anything.

I think I may have been one of the pioneers in suggesting this program. I had on my work computer and then changed jobs. One thing I specifically remember was I programmed it to blast "I am grateful for running a successful golf tournament". It was my first one that I chaired. Sure enough we made of $7000 for the VFW. There are others but I can't think of them right off the top of my head.

In any case, I agree with Irishgirl and VC. If anything it will lift your spirits. (vibration).

I am also running it the last week that I spend many hours working with my computer.
I have created my own affirmations, too.
What settings do you use? I have the recommended, every 4seconds for 0.02second.
I can notice higher spirit and more optimism regarding my desires

I'd like to see reviews by people who've been using it for longer.

When I do use it, I use the minimum time setting. I find it sort of defeats the purpose of the software if you can read the message that is popping up on the screen, because then it becomes a conscious understanding rather than a subconscious one. Our subconscious picks up on things at an insanely faster rate than our conscious.

ive just started using this, so not sure of the effects as yet. i just wondered, i have gone with the default settings and although i cannot read the txt as it flashes up so quickly i do see the flicker of red txt flash on my screen and disappear, is this okay? or should it be so fast that i dont even notice anything at all?

also in case anyone is interested there is a free app on the iPhone (and possibly other formats) called 'Subliminator' which will play recorded subliminal messages either pre-recorded on the app, or your own recordings whilst youre listening to your own music. ive not had chance to use it yet, but thought id let you guys know!

Yes Sh-Boom, you are not ment to be able to read sublininal messages conciously, they flash up so fast that only you sub concious mind has time to read it. It's helping reprogram your sub concious.
