first of all a I BIG BIG thank you to all who responsed and helped me alot

you are all right!!!

i know that i reached a very big step forward that he texted me and posted those songs and send me for the first time a request.
though i know for sure the songs are for me, i dont care- it was his midstate at this moment, as already explained here- so that is his fears and not mine.
he said- i miss the old melanie, well i am much better than the old one.

just wish he would know....

the reason, why i wonder that much about FB is, that he did so many push and pulls in the past, that i decided not to give him a chance that easily as i did always in the past. he could do whatever he wanted to, then come back and? i was there!
we never had any other problem by the way- we are almost the same person, like one. sometimes though you need a tactic beside loa to get someone to think about it, because he always left without any visable reason.
so yeah, i was low and sad yesterday, let him take the control over my mood and thats what i really dont need anymore and completely against loa.
i asked the universe for the right way how to act and deal.
suddenly i came to my mind.
went on FB, changed my profile banner into- i am me and thats all i'll ever be" surrounded with hearts. posted "gratitude is the best attitude", it was a picquote.
and a another picquote---- which i will add as an attachment here. liked this one very much.
then posted, that i just cant wait to go back to work and see all of you again and i feel very good--- thats it.

you are right, my problem was always to analyze too much about someones behaviour and what might be behind it.

before going to bed, i have made pstec to clear my sadness about his posts, it worked and i went to bed, hearing a good hypnosis tape... "law of attraction" and slept in while hearing it.

so- you are all soooo right and i am so glad that i have you all- again, it changed even the old mealnie

thank you so much to everyone who has helped me here and reminded me of loa---
back on track i think

its no music- its called "click track", its an audio for free--- you have to tap with your fingers just whereever you want to, your lap or something.
you have to tap when you here a special tone with your right, another tone with your left and another one with both.
while he is talking and talking.... no music..... while he is talking, you have to really concentrate on the bad feeling, but its not possible anymore.
you just have to test it, i love it

I think you shouldn't read much on what he is doing on FB.

Have you thought that he may got scared? by you and your "likes" I mean. You said he had all those beautiful songs that used to share with you and when he added you, he posts the "negative" songs, it could be perceived as a defense, or that it was too much for him, contact you, then add you as a friend, then he saw that you started interacting with him, even with 'likes'. I think you said that he still needs to heal, maybe that's right and he is not ready yet and he felt like he needed to step back and gave you this message with those songs.
Give him some time, you initiated contact with him and then he opened a new door to communication with you, that's a good step, let him prepare himself for the next one and don't do anything.
It will happen at the right time for both of you!

just a quick update-

i wrote him back yesterday- without any commitments of feelings or so-
just that i changed my mind completey, which creates the reality and that ive learned that

and sooo happy in my life
he wrote back the same day and being so glad that i am much better, just short and a bit more, as well without showing feelings - but anyway--- its happening

and i stay positive

this evening i will have more time to be active on here- have so much to read and cant wait
