Oh wow Angel_Star, congratulations to your manifestations! Hmmm you reminded me that I also asked the Universe to make me taller and sexier as well, but I wasn't able to know exactly how tall I already am lol not a day passes by that nobody will tell me, "you are so sexy" lol but I think I also grow taller for my pants get shorter hehehe

Hii everyone... M so attached to results thats y its taking hell lot of tym to increase my height... Though i have grown half inch aftr three months (m twenty one) ... I dint really do anythn .. But i really want to add three more inches...and i have come across some product that increase height... but m not sure abot it...  If you all can suggest me something that can help m deattach d outcome.. Good day!

Hey Kins! I was talking to a gym instructor today and mentioned that I had grown taller at 20, he said it is possible to grow taller even in adulthood by doing stretching exercises (I didn't mention anything about LOA, and he was giving general opinion). He said a few instructors recommend food supplements that make you grow taller, they will work most of the times but they could even lead to side-effects like weakness and diabetes. So if the product that you came across is some food supplement or anything that should be consumed orally, I would suggest stay away from them. Do some stretches so that your mind will be convinced that you are taking actions

Congratulations on growing taller, angel_star. That's quite a feat.

When I was 28, I was 5'7" at the beginning of the summer and 5' 8 1/2" at the end of the season. I didn't notice until the end of August when I tried on some fall outfits that were more fitted. Not only was I taller, but my body structure had shifted a bit too. A chiropractor said it was unlikely because the spine fuses at age 21. Guess not!

Your story really makes it seem possible.. so now I've decided that I'm going to br 5ft 5in tall for my cousin'z wedding . Because of your awesome post I am so sure that it is actually going to happen. Thank you so much for sharing your story. I now just know that this time it is going to happen and everybody is going to be surprised but i don't understand 1 thing. if I am talking to my body about growing taller then how can I believe at the same time that I have grown tatl. Also whenever someone taller comes in front of me I fell short cause I have not reached that height which I want to be yet. I don't know what to do.

I am a guy who is looking to get taller. How exactly do you convince yourself when everything around you contradicts what you are trying to think? Also, how tall is your family? Nobody in my family is tall. I am 5'8-5'9 and the tallest in my family. I want to be taller than that.

I would really like to become shorter? I think i have always thought about it the wrong way but i have now decided to change my way of thinking. I am 170cm (5'7) female and i would like to become shorter maybe about 2 inches. Whats the best way for me to do this? Heelp Please !
