Angelland, may I add my two cents ?

I am absolutely sure that gratitude is greatly helping me with Patrick.

For years, I took him for granted. He was kind and loving and thoughtful all the time. I didn't appreciate all he was doing for me. I was very ill, and self-centered. As Schenderson often says "EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON"

How true !

I was lacking gratitude, now I'm learning it the "hard way" so to speak. This is just one of the lessons the Universe is teaching me.

My gratitude list is 4 pages long. I have listed everything I am grateful for in my everyday life, even trivial things that may seem not very important. But nothing is unimportant, everything we have in our lives are gifts for which we must express thankfulness and appreciation.

The part about Patrick is also very specific. I thank him for loving me, I thank him for forgiving me, I thank him for all that I have yet to see but that I do believe in, as if it has already happened. For example, two weeks ago he would hardly even speak to me, but I kept on saying to myself : thank you Patrick for sharing with me ... thank you Patrick for talking to me, thank you for paying attention to me... and things ARE shifting...He had set a time frame : he said that by September 1st, we'd separate. I kept on saying : thank you Patrick for dropping the time frame, with tears running down my face. And guess what ? Last night he said : forget about the time frame, there is no more time frame...And this occured after only two weeks of "gratitude work" 

These statements are not made mechanically, without thinking, like a parrot, reciting by rote. I really FEEL what I'm thinking, and I shed tears of joy. That's the important part, you really need to FEEL gratitude emotionally.

When i first arrived on this forum, I was desperate, thinking : I can't live without him, I prefer to die. Now I know that I can live without him, that I must love myself first and he will follow.

Oh wow Katie, am so happy to hear about you! Reading your post really made my tears fell, am so happy that the one Katie I know of here in the forum is a happier and better person I am so happy for you, you are now in the right track, don't ever ever let anyone or anything can stop you from loving yourself more and more each day!

Thank you Katie!!! AND MY WISHES AND PRAYERS ARE WTH YOU!!!!!

I did ho'oponopono and did say thank you every day and did all I could.
I even used everything I got from her, but took all down and only left two pictures of us hugging.
everytime i see them i say thank you for her.
But after 1,5 year of not hearing from her its getting harder and harder, and sometimes when i see the pictures or gifts i start to cry of missing her.

i wanted to sleep and never wake up either.
i showed active faith to the universe by clearing out my entire house and gave everything i had to poor people who could use it, to show the universe God, that i am ready to emigrate to her country.
i quitted my music band etc. etc.
Had a very long time a suitcase packed and ready to fly.
but as time goes by and sitting in an empty house, i start to lose faith and hope.
there was no cheating or other bad things, just words on the phone.
but i do jope someday, i will receive a positive message from her.
but as i said, after 1,5 year......its hard to stay positive....

Thank you so much for the tips. My ex and i have an 8yr old son together. be broke up and didn't make contact for a few years but this last 2yrs we've been very close. The beginning of the year he even spoke about getting married and having another child. Then out of the blue things came to an end without me seeing it. Now we've broken up about 5 months and he don't even contact our son. 2 weeks ago a strange thing happened to me. i was lying awake the morning but didn't feel like getting up or opening the curtains when all of a sudden i heard his voice as if he was lying next to me and he said "i'm sorry, i love" and i got such a big fright that i jumped out of bed because my only thought was that he had passed away and he came to say sorry. Well he didn't pass away but i still can't understand or explain what actually happened.
I just took that as my sign that i shouldn't give up and your story made me feel even more so.

Reading these success stories are what is keeping me happy and positive at the moment! I'm so glad to hear that things are going great for you! That's so wonderful. I'm new here and working on getting my ex back, though I haven't gotten past the pain of the break-up to move onto manifesting a new relationship... yet. I know that this website is going to help me stay positive and believe!

OmAumOm the sooner you let go of the past the quicker a new relationship will manifest. I attracted my ex back once before but my fear of losing him caused our breakup again. I am working on attracting him back again. Keep telling yourself and write it down. " I forgive____, I forgive_____" you will see the hurt and pain will soon dissappear>

Absolutely! Believing is the KEY!  You must believe that you have already received it.  Believing is absolute Faith!

I have manifested my husband back! PTL! We have been married for 32 years, separated 15 months.  Moved to Illinois, 2,000 miles away. Then 2.5 weeks ago, I get a call and he is in Nebraska going into Wyoming, headed to California.

What did I do? I prayed! Many others prayed with me in agreement.  I created a vision board, visualized him sitting in the music room, or on the couch.  While brushing my teeth I could see him lying on the bed. I thanked the Lord all day for many many blessings that was given to me and for the ones coming.  I had my gratitude list and always grateful.  I knew, ask and it will be given and believe it is given.  Many scriptures in the bible will attain to this very belief.  Trust in the Lord and know that he will deliver in his perfect timing!

Family! I am very happy, words can not express, but the gratitude in what has been restored by my Lord!  Remember to thank him for all things! "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten."  Joel 2:25
