Need help! I want to get my ex back by applying the LOA

Hi everyone!
I need help! I want to get my ex boyfriend back by applying the LOA. But...I am bit confused...I read so many web sites regarding this matter and I really am confused.

On some web sites it is stated that you can get your ex back, but only if you focus on the relationship (not the person), to focus on how your ideal relation ship makes you feel (no picture of your ex).

Than I have found few others web sites where it says that you should say to yourself "I and .... are together! Thank you!" and to visualize both of you together.
I also found this on your forum  http://www.powerlawofattraction.com/forum/law-of-attraction-for-relationship-6/bible-of-getting-your-ex-back-dns-post/  which makes me more confused.

I really don't know what to do, and on what should I focus on. I feel so drained and I have headaches thinking one thing, then another thing...

Firstly I think "Me and ... are together, thank you!" , than I think "I am grateful for being my self and loving myself and now I can send my unconditional love to ...... and he can freely choose to be with me"

Can somebody pls tell me how to do the LOA on my ex right? Because I am very tired of thinking what to do and how to say it!

Somethimes I think if we were not meant to be together, then why should I bother .... But I have that strange feeling that it says that we will be together again.. So confused!

Lidija, you must initially get past your confusion i.e. doubt before you can focus on attracting your ex back into your life.  First you must address what has made you wonder if the two of you do not belong together and also what has made you believe you do belong together?

Mia is right.  There is no quick LOA magic.  First you have to learn to use LOA to make yourself feel calm, peaceful, and full of gratitude.  You really have to feel it first.   You may start with some simple books:  The Power, Law of Attraction by Michael Losier,  and Infinate Possibilities by Mike Dooley are a few good starters.

Thank you for your answers. The only thing that makes me think that me and my ex are mismatch because our age difference (I am 31 and he is 25), but the thing that makes me believe that we are meant to be together is that we had wonderful relationship, a lot of fun, love and happiness. We did not have any argues during our relationship.

I did read The Secret, The Power and few other books. I now that I have to believe and be full of gratitude and I am, I really am. We broke up one month ago, and since than I am grateful about everything in my life, I show love, I have even changed as person, now I am more positive than ever. But the thing that is making me confused is : Should I be grateful about being with my ex again, or I just have to be grateful for my new love?

I have read few articles where there is something saying about been grateful that your ex is back and some articles where is stated that you must think about some new person, not your ex.

What I do is every morning I am grateful about the things that I have in my life, and than I am writing down that I am grateful about my ex having back to my life and how happy we are together.

Do I do the right thing?

Choose what feels better to you. Does it feel better to focus on a general soulmate or does it feel better to focus on your ex?

just to add something to the other answers. Yesterday I took part in a seminar and it rocked my world how emotions are strong and how it is very difficult to control them, especially when they are so intensive. When you have strong emotions you cannot think clearly and you cannot attract positive things when you feel bad. That is why you need to get clear with your emotions and then you can start attracting what you would like.

I suggest EFT technique to get rid of your unproductive emotions because I saw yesterday how powerful it is. It is very simple and with one or two youtube clips you can learn how to do it.

Of course, Lidija!  If you are happy and having elements of gratitude to write in your journals, you're ahead of the game (for lack of a better term).  Age is only an issue if immaturity or inexperience is a noticable force in the relationship.  However, if all is well, then move forward with your ex and do not look back.  Be happy about what you asked for and received, right?!

Hi everyone,
Just want to ask for advice,I have been applying the loa for two weeks and I had a dream last night (I do beleive in my dreams messages) that me and my ex are both at the same bar but I didn't approach him at first,but later I did and he just said hi to me.I didn't felt any love from his side.
And lately I don't think of him so much.Am I looseing the power of loa? Is there something i should do more?
Should I call him?
