He has now found another women and although he says he loves me he is not in love with me. I know that he really does still love me though. I helped a woman in the exact same situation about two years ago.  After a few months, her husband was back home.  I would recommend that you first "forgive" him in your heart.  Forgive him for wanting to leave, for giving up etc.

You may also want to consider listening to the following before bed each night with headphones.  Relax and visualize what you want.

I would also recommend making a list of ten things you are grateful for. "I am grateful for my home""I am grateful the respect I have for myself" etc.  At the end of that list add to it "I am grateful for the loving and committed relationship with (insert his name)"  Read this list each night before bed.

You can also download Subliminal Blaster from cnet.com (it's free).  You can program your own affirmations.  Include "I am grateful for my ability to let go"  Detachment is key.

You can also search Katie under "Search Members".  She was in a very bad place and is now engaged to be married in May.  He was her live in bf who swore he hated her and never wanted to get married.  We create our own destiny!

Hello!

Mandsamanda you have to have faith ...whatever what happens, you have to stick to your goal ( you have to think you are already back with your husband and  that you  are more happy than ever). As schenderson22 said, you have to find a way to be totally detached and you have to love yourself, as you are the one who really counts in all this.

Schenderson22,  I was wondering if you know a software similar to subliminal blaster, but for Mac since the one you recommended to Mandsamanda is just for windows... I am interested to use this kind of software, but until now I could not find anything for Mac OS X Thank you!
