Hello there
My name is Dani and I’m a 21-year old girl who’s been putting the law of attraction into practise for over three years now. I’ve been getting a lot of results, beautiful miracles have happened in my life, but I still feel like I’m doing something wrong cause I’m not yet where I wanna be at all.

I’ve spent my youth in hospitals and mental insitiutions, being treated for anorexia nervosa, obsessive-compulsive disorder, axiety disorder, personality disorder and depression… And I’m still struggling to get on my feet, preparing to join yet another therapy group… Which is so not what I want, cause I want to spend my time making art and music, performing and doing photo shoots, laughing and dancing with friends. I want to use my talents and knowledge and share it with the world. But my mental problems have me staying in bed, having one breakdown after another.. :S I’m so thoroughly done with this and I’m so very frustrated and mad at myself for not being able to live the life I want and to be successful.

I know the law of attraction works, because it has given me so many beautiful things, like the very apartment I live in (which I originally wasn’t able to sign up for), the wonderful friends and fans that I have, the many unexpected opportunities for modelling, acting, performing and learning that have been coming my way.. And, last but not least, a friendship with the singer of my favourite band.

But I want to take everything to the next level. As much as I love these adventures that have been coming my way, I’d like to make my everyday life into a great adventure, getting rid of my fear and depression and making obvious progress. And that’s why I’m joining this forum… I would really like you to write me what you think about this.. Thank you!

What exactly do you want? What do you want to experience?

What would you like to replace that fear and that depression with?

I'm not sure if I understand your question but I think that what I want is to be happy and to feel like I'm doing something with substance in this life and that I'm not wasting it... you know? Mmm what would I like to replace the fear and depression with.. that's a really good question... I want to replace them with power and light, with love and with a sense of braveness and getting things done, achieving my goals...

I asked that because the more you want to GET RID OF depression, the more it endures. What one resists, persists.
I learned it, and it cost me nearly everything to do so.

Which is why instead I focus on what I DO want. And you could benefit from doing so as well.
You want to live a meaningful life, hm?

Wow, you've made massive progress.

The downside with most therapy groups and support groups is that, well that is just it.  They support your problem. Very few provide a solution and make you stick to it.

Where is the energy in therapy, on the solution (end result) or one the problem?

You know what you want, so starting forming the ideas and actions towards that.  There are so many things you can do even whilst being in bed. You'll soon be up and at them. Can you already image what a success story you would have to tell others.

In your writing. You're at the decision point, which is fab. Decision comes from the Latin meaning to cut off. That is what you're wanting to do. Cut of your excuses, rock on!

LOA - you know how it works for you. So what does the next level look like, feel like, sound like etc?

What would obvious progress look like, sound and feel like. You can buy obvious progress in a supermarket. What is your measuring criteria? These become your end results.
