Hello, My name is Letta.  I have been sick for the last 6 years and I am now feeling healther and after a 7 year struggle with my finances, I am now doing okay on that end.  Now that things seem to be lining out, my husband of 10 years (together for 12 years), decided in March to leave.  That's why I'm here.  I need stability in that part of my life.

Welcome to the community.  I commend you for getting to where you today.  It takes a lot of courage and strength to continually believe that you can have the life you want.  May I ask if you have seen The Secret?  Is that what brought you here?  I have found that in order to be successful there are certain questions that need to be addressed.  How is your relationship with yourself?  Do you love and respect yourself?  How do you feel about your husband leaving?  Do you lay blame somewhere?  What EXACTLY do you want for your life?  I don't expect you to give me the answer.  This is all for you.  However, if you find any of your answers to be less than positive, we may want to chat.

No, I have not seen The Secret.  Thanks for the encouragement.  I have been putting others before myself for so long, I can't answer that question.  I love myself enough to know that I don't want to continue feeling the way I feel.  I feel that him leaving was unfair and unnecessary.  I know that we are meant to be and he does also.  He admitted to me that he was just being subborn.  I blame myself for the way I acted while I was sick.. I did not know how to deal with becoming ill at such a young age and I messed up.  I blame him for not giving God enough time to work with my illness or me.  From life, I want peace, happiness, joy and a relationship that will last until death due us part.  I want success and fulfillment.  At this moment, I feel that everything is falling into place except my marriage.  I am tired of feeling lonely, guilty and down.  I want joy & happiness.  I really do and I would love to share it all with my husband.  Is that so wrong?

BTW - if you get a chance you should watch The Secret and seek what you can by Abraham and Esther Hicks.  The teachings say that you are MORE THAN allowed ask for, allow and receive the BEST of EVERYTHING.  The Universe (God) brought you to this site to help you get to where you are going.  I am continually shown the way to abundance each and every day.  The most trouble I have found as a person is allowing myself to have the best of everything.

I order a copy of The Secret, last week.  I am waiting on it to come in.  I would like for you to share in this journey.  I believe I need someone to go through this with.  I tried it alone and it almost drove me crazy.  I had to see a professional to make it through that.  So, I will keep you updated as much as possible.  Thanks so much for understanding.  I need some understanding right now.

I have spent the last week, I have watched The Secret and have been working on trying to apply the Law.  My husband has contacted me with things he needs to pick up about 4 times since then.  He went out of town and last night he called to help me with an issue with my son and told me if I needed him to call him.  Today, he called to check on me and said that he would call back to tell me what he learned on his trip.  In the mean time, I have purchased some items for the house and started remodeling and this was not planned.  It just happened, like blessings that fell in my lap.  Is there any other advice or steps I can take to make sure I continue to attract good things?

Thanks for the update Letta.  Sounds like things are heading in a VERY good direction.  My only piece of advice would be to maintain an "attitude of gratitude".  Be thankful each and every day for EVERYTHING.  Be grateful for his concern, be grateful for his attention, be grateful for your home, health, etc.  FEEL the passion and the happiness it brings, even if it isn't 100% yet. 

Most recently, I had a day that was not a good day, but while going through my "not so good day" I realized that that day needed to happen to get me closer to what I wanted.  So if you happen to have a "not so good day" keep in mind, it is most likely bringing you closer to where you want to be.

Update:  Using the LOA and Prayer has really started a sequence of events that led to my husband coming by yesterday to talk to our son and he did not want to leave.  He even asked if he could stay the night with no pressure on either of us.  I immediately started giving thanks for the step closer. I am excited about the things that are happening in my life right now.  Not just with my husband, but with everything.  I will continue to use LOA because I am seeing the benefits.  I am already thankful for my family being restored as if it is already done.  Thanks  so much for all your help.  This issues are becoming smaller issues and I know soon they will not exist at all.
