Calm feeling and pure reason leads to intuition. Intuition can be developed by daily introspection and analysis, exercising common sense, depth of thought, calmness, concentrated activity in one direction, and, best of all, through meditation.
2. Relax your mind. You can focus on what actually matters by slowing down your thinking. Aroma therapy can be helpful too. You can sit comfortably and close your eyes to focus on the aromas or fragrances to alert your perceptions.
3. Focus on your subconscious mind. Listen to your voice in ears, feeling in your stomach or the image in your mind.
