Can you attract love for someone else?

My son has expressed to me that he needs/wants to find a nice girl/young lady to love him and whom he may love.  I tried to speak to him about the laws of attraction and he said he does not believe it.  Is it possible to attract someone for someone else?

As a parent you want the best for you children. That is natural.  Yet, you can't force others to love.  Why is it so important that your son loves a girl? Is it his or your end result?

Why not have your end result in mind i.e. a gathering. Don't put a date with it. Then include him and his girlfriend as part of the end result, not the end result. Yet, it has to be your end result. They are just a part of it. It doesn't matter if they are there or not. It is the end result.
