When you use the Law of Attraction to manifest your desires into your reality, you should also keep in mind that the how and the when are irrelevant. The universe delivers at the right time and the right moment for you so there is no reason for you to be frustrated and focus on the lack of that which you want. The best thing for you to do is to keep on feeling the feeling of already having what you want that when the universe delivers what you want to you, you are no longer surprised because you have already enjoyed it and lived it in your imagination. Doubting or focusing on the lack of it will prevent it from coming. You are not that smart to know the best time for your desire to manifest into your reality. But there is a method to know which desire is in line for you and is the best for you. Here it is: When you think of what you desire, you must feel really, really good. Use your emotions as your guide for there are your built-in guidance system. Keep in mind that at the right time and at the right moment, if you have a high belief, the universe will deliver that which you desire to you. And how should that make you feel? It should make you feel really good.

In 1956, Earl Nightingale produced a spoken word record called “The Strangest Secret”. It was one of the best personal development materials of the time, selling over a million copies. In his recording, he spoke of a secret that will allow anybody who desires to become successful succeed. The “strangest secret” according to Earl Nightingale was: “You become what you think about.” He later rephrased it saying “You get what you think about most of the time.” Be it wealth, health, soulmate, abundance, prosperity, exhilaration, bliss – you name it. Whatever you think about most of the time, you attract it into your reality, simple as that. The Law of Attraction operates in your life constantly whether you are aware of it or not. So be wise and focus on better-feeling thoughts. Think of that which you desire, that thought alone can make you feel great. If thinking of what you desire does not make you feel good, you are focusing on the lack of it and not the feeling you are going to feel once you already have it. When you deliberately use the Law of Attraction to manifest your desires, there is a Training Balance Scale. On one side of the scale is the ‘Why,’ or the thought part. This side of the scale is all about your thinking and your emotions.
On the other side of the scale is the ‘How,’ or the action part. This side of the scale deals with the actions or the techniques that you use to have what you want.
The ‘How’ part is irrelevant because everything that is in your life right now, every experience that you have encountered is created by you through your thinking. Everything in your life is not created through your actions because you created them by thinking about them first.
This is a piece of knowledge that most people do not know. What happens is that they think of what they want and then come up with all the reasons why they can’t have it because they focus on the ‘How’ part or the action part. You create your life through your thoughts – there is not an exception to that.

Having a peaceful life is one of the things that most people dream of. To have a peaceful life, one of the things you can do is to have a forgiving personality.
Ever got angry at someone you tell yourself you are never going to forgive them? Or did a bad experience with someone you trust cause you to stop trusting others? These things affect how you are going to live the rest of your life.
And how you live your life affects what you are going to experience. Forgiveness can sometimes be very hard to give to someone who did you wrong. But remember that when you harbor feelings of hate, anger, and distrust, what the universe will do is to put people, situations and events in your life which will make you hate even more.
Forgiveness can be defined by being at peace with what is. And if you are at peace with everything, you are free from the worries and anxieties that a lot of factors may cause. Forgiving will allow you to heal the wounds no matter how deep they are, and will allow you to move ahead.
Remember that to err is human, and to forgive is divine. You will be able to live a great and wonderful life if you don’t waste part of it on things that does nothing but bring you suffering, anxiety, or stress.

We all know that anger  leads to nothing but trouble. It can ruin lives, relationships, and self-esteem. Letting off steam once in a while isn’t bad but if you constantly get angry over anything, that is something you need to address. It is healthy to get angry or let go of a feeling you’ve been keeping from bursting out once in a while, but it can be harmful to you and the people around you if you act out of anger most of the time. Address the root cause of your negative emotion and deal with it by convincing yourself to be at peace with what is. If you can leave bad things behind, your eyes will be opened to great opportunities that will allow you to live an abundant, prosperous, and healthy life.

Thanks Mico!! in addition to that, I strongly suggest to start a habit of saying “thank you” for anything and everything in your life each day. This is one of the best things to do to help you have what you desire faster. Why don’t you start making a list of the things that you appreciate and are thankful for and start reciting them every morning?

Here’s an important distinction that a TON of people are missing… There is a huge difference between vibrating on the level of “having” instead of “wanting”. At it’s most basic level, the Law of Attraction states that we attract more of what we put out. What we put is out, is referring to our vibration. How do we know what vibration we’re putting out? Well, that’s what emotion is for! You emotions are your direct translation of the vibration you’re putting out. This means, when you’re feeling good, you’re transmitting a vibration of “good” (obviously we should be getting more specific than that, but it’ll do for the point I’m making) – since you’re transmitting a vibration of “good”, you attract more good things into your life. Ok, now onto having and wanting. Here’s the thing, when you put out a vibration of “wanting”, you get more “wanting”. Now, when you think about that thing or experience that you want really, really badly – what feelings come up? Are they feelings of badly wanting that thing? If that’s the case, you’re just attracting more “wanting”  If you’d prefer to actually have that thing or experience instead of just want it…what you need to do, is create feelings of already having and enjoying it. Transmit those feelings of “having” and allow the universe to do it’s magic. One quick way to getting to that emotion of “having” is to ask yourself some smart questions. Here’s one: “How is the world different, now that I have x?” or “What looks different, now that I have x?” or “What sounds different?” or “How does it change my life to have x?” or… You get the point…use questions that assume already having it, and elicit a description. Hope that cleared up some confusing on “wanting” vs “having”. Get cracking…and have fun…but…

With the current financial crisis many people find themselves in debt. The first thing I want to say is that the only way the financial crisis can affect you is…if you let it change your thoughts and ultimately your feelings about money.
That’s it!
Sure, there are external circumstances that are out of your control. But, that doesn’t mean they have any effect on your personal wealth.
The core fact is that you control your level of wealth with your thoughts and feelings.
So, if you’re in debt…how would you about solving that, and riding off into the sunset wealthy and happily ever after?
Well, the first place to start is with your thoughts and beliefs around debt. Investigate what persistent thoughts have the most emotion attached to them. Then release those emotions using EFT.
Here are some common limiting beliefs:
Good opportunities are hard to come by; I am always in debt; There’s nothing I can do to solve my debt; I don’t earn enough to get out of debt; I’ll never pay off my credit card bill I need money to make money.
Do any of those sound familiar? If so, get to work – start tapping out any power they may hold over you.
You’ll know it’s working when you start to immediately feel better. You start to feel lighter about money, more optimistic and full of opportunity.
Once you’ve tapped out enough of those beliefs to get to that space of optimism, you might want to try tapping in some empowering beliefs.
Here are some of my favorites:
I love and accept the flow of money; Money flows to me easily; I feel great about my finances; I appreciate all that I have; When I spend money, more flows to me.
Tap those in, start to consistently feel great about money and watch your financial situation change in front of your eyes.

Brad Yates has been teaching people to create more abundance in their lives using EFT with major success for while now. I personally stumbled across his stuff a couple years ago and took some valuable lessons from them.
Lesson #1: How you feel about a goal or subject is what you attract
One of the crucial aspects that Brad teaches is that what you’re feeling is a direct connection to what you’re attracting. So for example, if you feel negative or doubtful towards money, you’ll attract more poverty.
This is also taught by many other teachers of the law of attraction such as Abraham-Hicks, Bob Proctor and Carol Look to name a few.
In my experience this lesson holds true. I find that if I’m feeling great about money (to continue that example) I’m:
More motivated to take action; Have money more ideas that excite me and; Am more open to opportunity around me.
To summarize, I get a feeling of limitlessness in relation to my goal or area that I’m working on.
Lesson #2: We can use EFT to control how we feel about any goal or subject
The major tool that Brad teaches in order to control how you feel about your goal or area that you’re working on is EFT. EFT has been clinically proven by a whole bunch of peer reviewed studies.
In my experience it works like a charm to eliminate the negative charge from thoughts and beliefs. It also works great for installing positive emotions in terms of thoughts and beliefs. To learn more about EFT check out this free video tutorial: How To Do EFT
Another cool tip that I learnt from studying Brad Yates is the way he alters the reminder phrase when tapping on the various points. If you’re not familiar with what I’m referring to, it’s simply the phrase you repeat while doing the EFT procedure.
Varying what you repeat while tapping on the various points allows you to target far more aspects all at once. Granted, some will be more stubborn than others. In that case, simply do a dedicated round of tapping on the stubborn aspect.
I also picked up the tip of being able to tap in positive thoughts and choices. Traditionally, EFT has been used to remove the negative charge around thoughts and beliefs. However, it’s also extremely effective at installing positive thoughts and ideas.
You can do this by altering the setup phrase to include a positive choice, then tapping while repeating the positive choice.
An example could be: “Even though I’m struggling to find the money to pay for my next mortgage payment, and I’m really stressed about it, I choose to feel optimistic about my ability to earn some extra cash and make the payment in time.” The reminder phrase would be: “optimistic about my ability to earn extra case and make the payment”.
It’s a bit of a negative example, but hey, it works!

Carol Look became famous for her ability to create real change within people using EFT. She then branched out to teaching ideas on how to use EFT to attract abundance. I’ve learnt a couple great lessons from her work and will be sharing them in this article.
Lesson #1: Sometimes the problem is not what we think it is
One of the first things that struck me about Carol’s work is that she’s very adept at digging around and finding the real problem behind the problem. Often times, we’ll want to tap out some kind of emotion and it seems stubborn – it just doesn’t work as well as we hoped.
What Carol then does is ask smart questions like: “What’s stopping you from achieving x?”
She also goes into more specific issues such as deservingness, capability and desire. She finds the aspects that contribute to each one of those issues and taps them out.
Ask questions such as: “Why don’t I believe I deserve to have x?” or “Why don’t I believe I’m capable of having x?”
Those usually bring out the underlying causes, which can be quickly taken care of with EFT.
Lesson #2: The power of the daily gratitude journal
I’d heard about gratitude journals from at least a couple teachers before Carol. However, she really pointed about the power behind them and showed me real world results. That is what I needed to take the next step and start my own.
Since then the results have been amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone.
The basic idea is that you write down about 10 to 20 things for which you are grateful, every day. These could be small or big things. Something like: “I’m grateful for the great weather today!” works great.
By writing these down, in your own handwriting, you re-affirm positive thoughts within your mind. Over time, this habit increases your vibration, making it more positive and more powerful. This in turn attracts more positive into your life!
The best way to get into the habit of completing a gratitude journal is to set aside a specific time in which you will do it every day. Ideally, this should be in the morning before you start your day. This way, it’s much harder for you to get derailed or simply forget about the task.
To take it a step further, you could set up a reward for yourself so that when you complete your journal, you’re allowed to have something you really enjoy. I like using a chocolate chip muffin! You could setup a negative reinforcement too. One that I often use is that if I don’t fill in my journal I gave my baby sister 50 bucks. She’s great at checking up on me J

There are times when we don’t feel like doing something that has to be done. We tell ourselves: “It can wait until tomorrow,” or “I’ll deal with it some other time,” or something else to that tune. It is one thing not to force yourself into doing something, but procrastinating until it’s too late is another.
You have to be in control of every situation in your life, to be able to do only the things that you choose to do, the things you are passionate about. Once you are in control, procrastination will never bother you again. Rishan has made a report and videos about how to get rid of procrastination. I myself attest to the activity of his method and I highly recommend you grab your copy now.
Being in control of our choices is one of our inner abilities. Sometimes, we just have to be aware of this ability in order for us to use it. That is something that only a few people enjoy. Now it’s your turn enjoy.
Liberate yourself from procrastination and live your life by choosing to do only the things that you like to do.

Pleasure is the key emotion in manifesting your desire. The more pleasure thinking of what you want gives you, the stronger signal that you send to the universe. So let us do something that will make the manifestation process more fun. Let’s do a little game. I’m going to call this game the “Money Game”. This is a game wherein you are going to accept imaginary cheques everyday. You decide on the starting amount, but the next day, the amount you are going to receive will be twice as much. For example, for today, you are receiving a $1000-dollar cheque. The next day you’ll be having $2000. This may sound easy, but it can be hard if you don’t get yourself used to receiving or having a lot of money. This game can actually help get you into the “Allowing State” by getting you used to receiving large amounts of money. Remember that what the universe can give you is limited only by how much you are willing to accept. It doesn’t matter whether it is a hundred dollars or a hundred thousand dollars – you have the ability to manifest it. The more you allow, the more you shall receive.

Let us now focus on three important things in order for you to transform yourself: Focus, Let Go, and Have Fun! First, let’s talk about Focus. We all know that if we want to manifest a certain desire, we need to focus on it without diluting our intent by trying to manifest multiple desires at once. Your focus on what you desire to achieve must be rock solid, accurate, and precise. This is the reason why impatient people who jump from one desire to another never accomplish anything. Their attempt at manifesting their desire in their reality is futile because 1) they don’t believe in their ability enough; and 2) they don’t have a burning desire to succeed. More often than not, not being able to achieve once goal results in frustration; this is where Letting Go comes in. To let go is to be at peace with what is. And to be at peace with what is means to never force anything to happen. Be in harmony with the flow of the universe and get rid of all the negativity in your way of thinking, attitude, and disposition. The last thing is to have fun! Never forget to stop and smell the flowers. Our lives are meant to be lived the way most people want it to be: happily. If you are not happy about something, let it go. There is no reason for you to prolong the agony. And also keep in mind that it is OK to do what you want to do. SMILE AND HAVE FUN!!
