Yes, may be he is not interested and since he is a good friend of urs, he doesn't want to start a relationship where his heart is not into it and make u sad later.He is ur friend no doubt but he will show as if he is not bothered.I think u should let him go and not fret over him.
If u want to attract a relationship with him , u can try affirmations, but don't make things happen out of desperation.which means reply if he pings or calls, don't forcibly do that cos that will make him think that he mad the correct choice by ignoring u.

u did nothing wrong, but since he knew about ur feelings ,he has sidelined himself.I've been in a similar situation where my very good friend(colleague too) stopped talking to me as soon as he changed his job cos he judged that i like him and he had no feelings other than friendship towards me.I fretted for mnths,later coming to know that he wanted me too see better in life and not get stuck hence he cut all communication.He was right, within days i met  a better  man.

Since the last 10- 12 days,Katie started saying that she will get married in 2012 .She said she woud like to move in to a committed relationship, a married one.She also never said that Patrick did not want that earlier (She unintentionally kept negatives at bay),she surely has become a power attractor.
She is an angel, always helping .
