Me now - I really empathize with you. I was feeling really similar to you this morning about my own situation with my guy. You pretty much said exactly what I was feeling. I hope it makes you feel better to know that there are a lot of going through the EXACT same situation and feeling the same emotions. At least we have this forum who understand. All I can say is that I wish each and everyone of us are able to post our success story soon whether it turns out the way we want, or we get something even better than we had ever imagined! We are all in this together.

WEIRD thing just happened. I got a Facebook message from one of my L.A friends this morning OUT OF THE BLUE. All he said was "come visit!". Whoa!  I don't know if it was because of this thread, but it seems that I am ATTRACTING Los Angeles into my life!!! 

So now I'm going to plan a short trip there in the summer (with the intent of moving there eventually) and see where the signs lead me.

Today was technically "Day 1" of my week long vacation from work. I spent a relaxing morning book shopping (which I love to do). Picked up one of the Abraham Hicks books The Amazing Power of Deliberate Intent. Looking forward to reading it. My friend bought The Magic. We had a fun long lunch and talked mostly about LOA. She's a big follower of The Secret and she had no idea I had become so engrossed in it all. I had no idea she was either! It was kind of funny actually.

This happened to me early Saturday morning when I woke up. I was still in between that half asleep/half awake mindset. But I distinctly heard a whisper of 525. No mistake about it. Fanatic44 you seem very level headed and it's a great thing to know that you're aware of what you may have attracted to the break up. From reading so many stories on here of all of us who are trying to attract our ex back, it seems we all know what we did to encourage the negativity, but most importantly we all have seemed to learned our lesson (myself included).

I agree with Sh-boom - don't look at their Facebook profiles. I only looked at my ex's once since it all and it crushed me. Really there was nothing TOO hurtful on there, but FB glorifies things and people always exaggerate things on there to make things seem better than they are!

At least you are still on civil terms with him. That is a fantastic thing! It shows that you're mature enough to handle this, and it shows HIM that you can do that. He'll notice. I really have a good feeling that you'll be back together with him. It sounds like this girl is just a rebound and it won't last long at all.

I also had a pretty good day at work today. In fact I was feeling so good about it I even went out on my break and treated my closest co-workers to ice cream.  Today was also my last day before my week long vacation and I can't wait to RELAX!

Is it the Universe deciciding for you or is it you that even subconsciously want the best for you?

I tend to believe we ARE the Universe, so ultimately whatever the result is, is what OUR higher self has decided is best. But it's really US all along...
