This is a tricky question to answer, but I have to say, the longer I practice LOA I believe that you cannot change anyone else's free will. That is why it is so hard to attract people if they don't want it, believe me I have tried. I can attract material objects very easily but people's affection, well that is another matter.

A better way to go about it is to be clear what you want in your friendships and how they will make you feel but not WHO is going to come and fill the role. That has to be open to whoever is looking for someone like you to be their friend. Allow the Universe to bring you the right people. Let go of who you want it to be specifically.

That goes for all relationships in my opinion. I have tried to believe that we can attract who we want specifically, but I now know, if they don't want it, it wont happen.

I've been using a weight loss hypnosis youtube video every night for the last 5 or so nights plus the weight loss subliminal mp3 I bought. And my appetite has drastically reduced, and I have lost 1.5 kilos!!!

Sounds frustrating!

I don't think this is happening for no reason, it sounds like it's a message to be more mindful in the things you do.

Losing so many things that are important to you will really make you take notice. Are there any ways that you are not taking care of yourself or neglecting yourself.

They say nothing is ever lost in the eyes of God. SO maybe you can ask for help from a broader perspective, ask the Universe to return what is rightfully yours.

In regards to manifesting anything the trick is you have to be okay with any outcome. So the more desperate you are to have your phone back the further you will be pushing it from you.
Here's what I would do in your shoes. First visualise having my phone back, get I to the feeling space of how good it would feel to have it in your hand and using it. Thank the universe for bringing back your phone and be truly grateful. Then let it go. And be okay with getting it back, or not getting it back.

Then just stop thinking about it, stay relaxed and get on with other things you enjoy. And allow a phone to come to you when the time is right.

I have got a hypnosis cd somewhere called "ThinkSlim' but I hadn't given it much of a chance before getting all distracted and forgetting about it. I'll try and find it, but yeah, I would love it if you could share what you have with me. I do believe working with the sub conscious is the way to go, since most of my decisions about food are controlled by my sub conscious it seems.

Well, I think everyone has to go with what feels right for them.

I for one was raised as an atheist, but I have since had too much evidence to the contrary, and I know believe in the soul and life after death, and although I am not religious I believe there is a higher consciousness.

What you are both talking about here is emotional energy. And what you must do, instead of focusing on the outside and making others responsible for your happiness, is create your own happiness and contentment from the inside out.
Then no matter what anyone else does you cannot be thrown off your centre.

Before we discovered the world was round everyone believed it was flat. Just because science hasn't discovered something yet, does not mean it does not exist. So firstly, don't limit yourself by what has been proven scientifically, prove it to yourself.

And if you want evidence, do it, create it and give yourself the evidence you need.

Decided to modify all my posts, to things not as honest, ok too much info, so today I managed to manefest £300.  so if I can manage to manefest that I can manefest a larger amount.
