What Are You attracting Today? / ((( A Shared Post )))

I've worked with art long enough to know that it takes a lot of suffering to create something truly excellent. I work with digital graphics art in the creation of beautiful Nature scenes. It takes a hell of a lot of hard work to produce a truly excellent product. Hours and hours of studying and examining, and touching up work in Photoshop until my eyes are burning and I absolutely MUST take a break. When my eyes burn from painstaking examination of what I am working on that is indeed suffering and I must endure a lot of suffering to create an excellent product, period.

That's me. You may be different

Well, you see this is where the book The Power comes into the fray. If you REALLY LOVE doing something it works as a pain-killer and you don't notice the suffering much, but you will if you keep playing piano until you sprain your hands, or keep playing guitar until your fingers bleed, or keep studying until you get an unbearable headache.

You loved to study because you were not being forced and threatened into getting good grades. What if you father was waiting with a belt if you did not get an A on every exam you took? Then you would be studying out of fear instead of out of love and that would hurt. So LOVE does indeed make one indifferent to the pain. If you really love to do something you don't notice the suffering.

Still, if being successful with the Law of Attraction requires you to stop associating with your old friends who consistently try to make you quit and are always trying to bring you down for living your dream it will hurt alright! Sacrificing your once friends to be successful in life will indeed cause you suffering, but there will be no way around it if you truly want to be successful in life.

If you want to be supremely successful in manifesting with the Law of Attraction you will have to PERMANENTLY restructure the way you think and that is not easy. It requires suffering whether you agree or not. It is not easy to suddenly train yourself to permanently think differently than you have all your life. You have to REALLY want to do so and be willing to endure whatever sufferings you must in order to claim the prize.

If you want to get great grades in school it going to take a lot of studying and that requires suffering.

If you want to eventually become a doctor it's going to take a LOT MORE SUFFERING than just aiming to get good grades in school

From my studies ALL TRULY GREAT GENIUSES suffered tremendously. There was no way around it

I believe that a controlled masochism is essential to living a successful life. I've learned how to dig the pain of my workouts, but it didn't come easy and I still have my days when I don't want to endure the suffering of working out.

When you think of life realistically it makes perfect sense. Suppose you use the Law of Attraction in order to manifest your becoming a concert pianist. What? You don't think it will take tremendous suffering with many hours of proper practice to finally get good enough? Of course it will, Law of Attraction or not! How about becoming a prize athlete? Do you think you can get around the suffering you will have to endure by using the Law of Attraction? Don't bet on it. It is commonly said that a true artist suffers for his art and it's a fact, not a theory.

If you are reaching for true greatness in life you will indeed suffer sooner or later. You've all probably heard the phrase 'No pain, no gain'. Those who turn their backs on the sufferings they must endure and run away sacrifice the prize in the process.

Like it or not, there is a price that must be suffered to manifest any great thing. I've learned from empirical experience that your money is worthless to the Universe. The currency of the Spirit of Intent is: suffering for doing good and the life of Jesus should make that very clear indeed!

If you're not willing to pay the price you don't get the prize

It's as simple as that, but...I could be wrong. Maybe YOU have found a way to become a concert pianist or guitarist without practicing. If you have please let me in on your secret!

What Are You attracting Today? / ((( On Religion )))
« on: December 19, 2011, 05:11:37 PM »
I would like to make it perfectly clear to everyone that I am not an atheist. I am not "Anti-Christ", but I have indeed become 'anti-religion'. From my years of schooling and years of religious indoctrination I am now convinced that it is to the advantage of the big banking families who own the governments of the world to suppress all forms of critical thinking among the masses of people they secretly control. They want blind believers in whatever they may choose to teach. They want blind believers in their created science, religion and "recorded history". Their fear is that people will 'wake up' and become determined to be supreme critical thinkers. Yes, the human race suddenly becoming staunch critical thinkers is the nightmare of those in psychological control of the masses.

Let me make this perfectly clear from a critical thinking perspective because Christianity is too blind to see or want the truth:

This is the summation of the "Gospel of Jesus Christ"

Jesus loves you more than anyone else you have ever known and if you don't return His love God will make certain you are punished for all eternity in the fires of burning hell!

That's the core of it, folks. Is that really love? To me, that is INSANITY and it should be to anyone with a healthy brain, but the Christians cannot see what they are preaching. They cannot see that they are preaching insanity and there are MILLIONS OF THEM insane in this way, but at least they have passed the 'torture you for not believing' Spanish Inquisition stage of their religion. The radical Islamic Muslims are still stuck in that phase of their beliefs.

As far as I am concerned:

ANYONE WHO WOULD KILL YOU FOR BURNING A BOOK IS STARK, RAVING INSANE!

If God is so touchy about His book then God should protect it from being burned.

I have reached a crossroads and have decided that If there is a God He is nuts

Or

All the purported "holy books" have been tampered with and manipulated in order to enslave the minds of the masses

Face it. Religions want blind faith believers not critical thinkers

People convinced that blowing themselves up and killing lots of people in the process pleases God are absolutely nuts! Or so I currently believe. I strongly doubt that I will one day believe that God wants me to blow myself up and kill lots of people, but who knows, right? One day...I just may convert to Islam!

Don't bet on it

What Are You attracting Today? / ((( THE POWER & THE INSPIRING )))
« on: December 19, 2011, 04:11:07 PM »
It is so common to assess myself at any given moment and allow external circumstances to determine how I feel. For example: I usually feel great during and after a workout. It would be a true revolution of the mind to become strong enough to MAKE myself feel however I want to feel whenever I want to feel it. Rather than asking myself how I feel deliberately choosing how I wish to feel and then feeling that way...whether I like it or not. Ha!

I'm remembering a T-shirt I saw a military guy wearing that said: "The beatings will continue until morale improves!"

I guess that from now on I should keep a miniature baseball bat always handy so that whenever I am less than overjoyed about life I can 'whack' myself over the head with it. Sooner or later I should make the connection and the less I 'whack' myself the better I will feel...or...visa versa.   :o

17. "What does it mean to be healthy? You may think that being healthy means that you are not sick, but being healthy is far more than that. If you feel okay, or average, or nothing much at all, you are not healthy."

18. "Being healthy is feeling the same way as little children feel. Little children are bursting with energy every day. Their bodies feel light and flexible; moving is effortless. They're light on their feet. Their minds are clear; they're happy, and free of worry and stress. They sleep deeply and peacefully every night, and they wake up feeling completely refreshed, as if with a brand-new body. They feel passionate and excited about every new day. Look at little children and you will see what being healthy really means. It is the way you used to feel, and it is the way you should still feel."

19. "Whatever you believe about your body, your cells believe too. They don't question anything you think, feel, or believe. In fact, they hear every thought, feeling, and belief you have."

MY COMMENT:

I do indeed feel most healthy when I am either working out or laughing. That is why I did a laugh workout yesterday with originally created humor. I'm considering booking a stand-up comedy act at the city morgue just so that I can be prepared to be optimistic when I get 'deadpan' reactions from the audience.

You know, it would be an improvement if I trained myself to wake up as though I am a young child on her first day of summer vacation. That would be great! Facing my days bubbling with enthusiasm about life is indeed very healthy. And thinking of myself with a brand new body every day I wake up would indeed serve me. It's true that what I believe about my body everyday tends to manifest. It's about time I deliberately and consistently believed myself to be exactly as I Intend to be and see my dreams manifested every time I look in a mirror.

I don't see why anyone should be asked politely or otherwise to tone down their enthusiasm for a book that is fundamentally about the loa on a loa forum? After all she posted a new thread about it and didnt hijack someone else's. When I read it , I thought wow she's bloody enthusiastic about the book maybe i'lll re read it as I was nt that fussed about it when I did.

It seems to me that you often end up name calling using a large coloured font and refer to people as nut jobs. Idont see anything polite about that. Perhaps you could think about what you give out. I try as much as possible to avoid anything you've contributed to, to  avoid reading your self appointed "policing "  of the forum .

Well, you all obviously know by now that I have problems with not being loving enough. Instead of 'turning the cheek' I tend to PUNCH THAT CHEEK and then have them bend over and kick the other ones. This being the case I DESPERATELY NEED what The Power teaches about love. Others may not, but WE ALL KNOW THAT I DESPERATELY DO INDEED NEED WHAT THE POWER TEACHES ABOUT LOVE!

Here's the thing. I LOVE to write, but I have surrendered myself to the obvious fact that the Universe does NOT Intend for me to be a professional writer. Forums like this make that unmistakeably clear. I LOVE TO WRITE about what means a lot to me about the Law of Attraction and about what keeps me laughing with ORIGINAL humor...that no one else laughs at obviously because they are not stoned enough.

And the "POT" can indeed help me to laugh. I guess my humor is only funny when you're stoned. Oh, not even then? Oh well....

CHEECH & CHONG

CHONG: Oh wow! There are a lot of stars out tonight!

CHEECH: What are you talking about? It's the middle of the day and you're looking at a Day-Glo poster under a black light!

CHONG: Are you sure? Cause those stars look, like, real man!

MALE CHAUVINIST PIG PRAYER:

Dear Lord,

The Bible says that you are no respecter of persons and I take it to mean that when it comes to punishing women who have been too nasty for their own good whether you punish the beautiful or the ugly ones it's all the same to you. Unfortunately, I am a respecter of persons so if you can arrange it for me to get a job punishing the women I find beautiful I'll be more than happy to leave the rest to you. That's cause I'm generous.

In return I'll forgive anyone who has ever done me wrong...even YOU, if you don't give me the job.

I don't care what anyone says, you're okay God!

AMEN
