Thank you for sharing! And I totally agree! Nothing like singing to bring your spirits up! Dancing does it for me too  Funny cause not even 5 minutes ago I was blasting Martina McBride's Do it anyway and singing my head off... Not well but it felt great anways!!!

@Ava thank you for the kind words! While your sucess story hasnt reached my physical reality yet, I can see it is already manifested and it inspires me more than you know! Along with all of the rest of yours!
@Mahi my prayers are with your guy! I too am familiar with back pain and have been using my positive thoughts to ease my own, so I will share the gratitude for his pain being eased also!
@Irish I see so much of the same thought patterns I have had in you! In the past I often felt like my days were spent fighting the negative thoughts in my head non stop! I have worked so hard on me to reprogramme my mind one day at a time. Please know my prayers and positive energy are with you!

Just wanted to share an affirmation I use that I found somewhere a while back. Wish I could remember where it came from but I jotted it down because the words worked so well for me!
I am fully and passionately in love with me first and foremost. I am thankful that I am already complete and whole in and of myself. I am so full of self love because I have cared for myself and my own needs to such a degree that I can now send unconditional love to ____. Even though I may not consciously know how I am thankful that I have been transformed into a person that ____ will happily choose to feel intensly attracted to. I say with total complete gratitude that I am not only the strong, confident, independent, carefreee, fun and loving person that I was the first time I attracted ____ to me, but even more so! I posess within myself the positive and healthy traits that ____ will be happy to feely choose to align him/her self with. I am greatful that an opportunity has been created that will allow ____ to see me with eyes that see no shortcomings and a heart that holds no hurt or fear from the past. I feel great because I am no longer bound to the oppressive self-deceiving illution of needing and longing as it pertains to the affections of another becuase I am fully and passionately in love with me first and foremost. Thank you!!!

Well I have been practicing big time gratitude and ho'oponopono these past few days and I am feeling so good! Working to focus a little more on me, but seeing some positive results! V texted me today! The first time he has initiated contact with me in... gosh I cant even remember how long! And it was so positive, brief but no negativity at all! It was light and fun like we used to be and made my gratitude shoot through the roof. I know with all my heart I am on the right path. And I can look back and see the turning point for my improved attitude and outlook came about finding this forum. It will happen for all of us, I dont just think I know! You are all in my thoughts!!!

I just had to share! Saw my butterfly earlier but then my doubts got going that it was too common and only a coincidence and that I should have asked for something less common like a feather or a rainbow. Then I stopped by a store and what do I see... A display of clip on feathers! THEN on an otherwise clear sunny day 5 minutes before I leave work it starts to pour rain. It stopped as I was leaving and as I pull out of the parking lot I see a bright perfect rainbow! I feel like the universe did everything it could to take my doubts away and tell me yes V and I are meant to be and the path has already been made clear for me!

Reading all these posts are so helpful in keeping me strong! I havent talked to V in over a week. I did send some desparate needy texts over the weekend but they went unanswered! I am working hard on me to let go! So I wanted to text so bad last nite but instead I occupied my time reading your stories and felt good for it! Now today I got an email from him joking around! ( we work for same company in different offices) This was a far cry from the work call I got from him Tues where he spoke to me like I was barely human and he couldnt wait to get off the phone with me! I feel like a little part of him came back today! And I too asked for a butterfly this morning to show me Im on the right track and it came to me! I am so greatful for V and the love and attention he gives me and I am thankful that I came upon this forum and all of you beautiful souls!

Long time reading but new to posting! This thread is so positive and the idea of many vibrations on an intention seems so powerful! So here goes... I am greatful for the love attention and devotion of V and the opportunity to give him the same in return. I am thankful that he initiates contact daily and that all of our free time is spent together growing the strength of our loving bond. I am overwhelmingly greatful that V chooses to give his heart to me exclusively. Sending positive vibrations and love to V and all of you and your intentions!
