Hello i just wanted to know which manifestation technique is better. Is it letting go of your desire.. like keep living your life while you still visualize and take action but just let go of your desire dont worry about it... or.... is giving a lot of focus and acting, speaking, believing that your desire is already with you? i am deeply confused since some people favor one method and others favor the other one what do you think?

Hey first you need to Ask and be as specific as you can otherwise the universe wont know what you want. then you must really feel and believe that what you want is already in your present. Visualizing is good, feel greatful for what you have now. And take action towards your desire if you really want it you can get it. And trust the universe
I recommend you to read some books

Manifesting isnt hard but its not a piece of cake also!
First of all i will suggest you read some law of attraction book that is NOT "The Secret"
Authors like Abraham-Hicks have very good books on how to manifest with ease and you will understand the law of attraction much deeper
Anyway Dont doubt its not good cause your sending mixed vibrations, also detach from your wish this way you will let the universe know that you trust the universe therefore you will manifest.. Also take action everyday even if its very small action its like a snow ball going down hill over snow it gets bigger and bigger and then bum Manifest!
Take my advice and read some books

I just wanted to add that AffOrmations are much more powerful than affirmations and can "get the job done" 3x faster.
Afformations is all about asking question for examples. Affirmations vs Afformations

Hey guys and girls i need some help! in order to manifest with the law of attraction you must believe that you can get what you want and that what you want is already in your possesion! What is the best way to believe in something that you dont believe now? Afformations? Thaks
