I have known about law of attraction for many years and i always say to myself that I'm gonna start using it soon, now i feel the need to use it as my time in education is going to finish and i have big plans that i want to achieve shortly after this.
I want to know what i can do or read to help myself manifest what i want. I have written a gratitude list which has been a while so i may rewrite one and read over the old one, i am looking to make a vision board also. I am currently using SB which helped me with my weight loss and will be using it for plenty of other things i want to manifest.
Before i do any of that stuff should i meditate?
I have a very scattered mind so i can't visualise something that i want to perfection without me thinking about something stupid and it appearing in my visualization, therefore counteracting my thought process which will not help me to gain anything i truly want. I have started meditating which i heard will help me with this and help clear my mind, is it best to practice for a certain amount of time each day or should i gradually build the amount of time i spend meditating?
Also how do i get into alpha state? Through the guided meditation that i am currently using?
Lastly i want/need to learn a language fluently, would LOA help me do this?
