when visualizing what im trying to attract, i cant seem to connect some emotion with it without feeling like im faking it. i know the emotion is very important in getting what i want so how can i feel some real emotion when visualizing?

I have seen many posts on this forum about attracting your ex's back- Isn't that actually attracting a specific person? so if you can attract your ex, who is a specific person, back to your life, why can't you attract a specific person who is not your ex? just curious. thank you

I want to try listening to binaural beats but am not really sure what they are all about. the main reason i would like to use them is to get into a state of meditation to help me manifest- without all of the frustration of trying to block all thoughts (i've tried meditating on my own but it hasn't worked out too well).
while listening to binaural beats, are you supposed to feel yourself go into a meditative state or are you aware of conciousness the whole time?
also what state is best for meditating/manifesting- alpha or theta?
and finally what are you supposed to do while listening to them? focus on breathing or visualize what your trying to manifest, etc?

i want to manifest the perfect boyfriend. i have made a list with all the qualities that would make this boyfriend perfect (it's a very long one...should i try to keep it down?) i read somewhere saying to try manifesting a boyfriend that looks like a certain celebrity, and it works. so i wrote on the list "must look like" the actor i chose. do you think this will work or nooo?

just wondering how different peolpe ask for what they want to be manifested.
i have seen on different websites to say "i choose to manifest.." or to just say "i want" or "please bring me"
but i have also read not to say i want because then you are recognizing the fact that you don't currently have it? I'm just confused on how to ask. is there a certain way that is better?

I have researched the law of attraction alot over the past few months and every night, i say my thanks for everything i have and ask for the same two things. I don't think i am really convinced that it will bring me what i want, though. How can i fully trust that the law of attraction will bring me what i ask for?
