How to Use Law of Attraction / :) I found her now I need to be with her

Hello guys! ^^
Now *-___- I am not going to say "I haven't been on in a while because I was busy" because that would be a lie and if I were to write what really happened it will only give me grief -______-*
Last February,
I found my destined lover, she and I are really together and she gives me a lot of good vibes 
, now what I desire is to be with her in real life, we only know each other in the Internet and I know from my perspective and faith that this is true love because the both of us are... pretty much the same, seeing it as we're Tauruses and we really love each other a lot. Now my next wish is to be with her in real life, she told me in Youtube that she'll be leaving America (To Europe) if she is to be accepted in this college *take note: she is only a Junior but ehh she wants to apply early for reasons I don't know.* she really wants to be accepted in the college because she travelling to Europe would be extremely possible if she is to be accepted in se college.
How can I help her get in to this college and how can I next month, in May attract enough money to travel wherever she's going if this chance reaches her?

and so time went by suddenly as my mom invited me to come with her in a certain store and thus the words that I heard from the manager of the store was,
