I gathered all the advices I need in this forum and printed them out in large fonts then posted the pages on my bedroom wall. Everytime I feel slipping off, I just read the advices again and it helps me get back.

Anyone else has a suggestion?

Law of Attraction for Relationship / my ex fiance and I are from different cultures..i need help pls.

Hi everyone. My name is Tania and I'm from Australia.

Last month, my fiance went back to his country (Saudi Arabia) to ask permission from his parents to marry me. His whole family was against him, forced him to break it off with me, and told him that if he stays with me, they will no longer accept him. When he arrived back in Australia, he explained everything to me...he explained that their culture is very strict and will not allow interracial marriages. Even the Saudi Arabian cultural mission threatened him that if he continues his relationship with me, he will be sent back to his country immediately. In short, he said that he and I cannot be together...that it is not within his control. But he loves me very much. He told me that, and I can feel it. The situation is just so complicated...

Given that the probability of him being with me is very low, I have very strong determination and trust that he will come back to me. I firmly believe he is the right person, it just so happened that this wasnt the right time. I probably am being to unrealistic, but somehow I am open to the idea of the law of attraction.

We talked today and he told me that his decision to break up with me is final, that he doesn't want to kill my hope, and to hope for something impossible is a bit absurd.

Can using LOA work for situations like this?
