Alright, all this stuff is working out pretty well for me and I'd say that I'm 90% perfect with it, but one thing I've noticed is a vibrational gap popping up every so often. For those that don't already know a vibrational gap is simply a bad mood. The gap is between your perfect mood and what you may be feeling at the time. I know that a vibrational gap comes from a negative idea that i put into my subconscious myself, but what are effective ways of closing this gap? The obvious answer is to plant a positive idea into your subconscious but when you're in a negative vibration, those ideas often feel like a lie, and it almost feels forced. Anyone have any good methods of quickly moving back into a positive vibration?

There's someone I need to speak with, yet I have no contact information for them, and neither does anyone I know anymore. I know they'd be able to get in touch with me, but the question is: How to get them to make contact. Anyone have experience with this?
When Jack Canfield described his experience in the movie he said that his first goal was for 100k/year, but he got 92k at the end of the year. When he tried it the second time for a million, he got the full million. After thinking about this I think there's a definite reason for what happened, and a lesson to be learned. The first time he tried it he didn't have full belief in the system, and that's why he didn't get the amount he intended. The second time he tried it, he saw what had happened and had 100% belief that it worked, so therefore he got 100% of his dream. I would go as far at to say that when he was visualizing the first time for the 100k he believed it 92% of the time, and doubted it 8% of the time and that's why he ended up with the results he got. So what's the lesson we can learn from this? If you're having any doubts bump up your dream a bit so your vibrational level is a little higher. If your dream is 100k/yr, bump it up to 110k/yr so that your body is at a 110k/yr vibrational level (mood) and if you have doubts sometimes the vibrations (mood) will average themselves out to around 100k.

We already know for a thought to take form, we have to feel it as well. So what if there was a way to eliminate virtually all negative feelings so that we can only feel positive ones? Well...there is. And it's pretty easy.
If you're not familiar with EMDR, it's used to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other painful memories/beliefs. In studies it's been used to eliminate PTSD in WW2 and Vietnam War Veterans in fewer than sometimes 5 sessions, where traditional therapy would take years. This is very useful if you have painful memories/beliefs that are holding you back. All you do is focus on the painful memory in detail, make it as vivid as possible, try to bring all the pain to the surface, and when you apply this all the pain will be eliminated from that memory/belief. As you go through each eye movement you'll notice that the negativity gets harder and harder to feel, but keep trying. It's kind of like stirring up a pool with dirt and leaves at the bottom so they float to the top and then they're removed. It doesn't take away the memory, but when you think about it, you'll feel virtually no negativity toward it.
I highly suggest doing this with not only all negative memories, but all negative ideas as well. Pretty soon you'll find it almost impossible to feel any negativity.
This information in this paragraph isn't necessary for you to use it, but for anyone who is curious as to how it works I'll explain it here. When you think of something, your eyes move different ways and access different parts of the brain. For example when you're thinking of a feeling your eyes move to the bottom left. When you're remembering something visual your eyes move to the top right. What this process does is correctly links up different quadrants of the brain to where the negative feelings are eliminated.
You have to watch this video in full screen mode, and you can use this video any time that negativity pops up.
Once you've done it a handful of times, you won't need the video and you'll be able to do it anywhere.
I'll leave this here if you're interested in the specific brain quadrants

Alright So I've read a bunch of major books on this subject (Think and Grow Rich, The Master Key System, The Secret, etc,) and I've tried them out in the past. I haven't really gotten anywhere with it, and was hoping you guys had some suggestions. What I did this time was I set 3 backgrounds on my computer to rotate. One is a picture of a car I want, one is a picture of a home I want, and one is a screenshot of my bank account with the amount of money I want in it by a certain date. When I'm on my PC I'll minimize all the windows and just stare at the desktop taking it all in and imagining what it would be like to have these things. It worked great for the first few days, but now the doubt is creeping in my mind and sometimes I think to myself "What's the point of looking at all this stuff if it's not gonna happen anyway." I realize that this is counter productive but how do I stop these thoughts from popping in? how do I REALLY feel like it's DEFINITELY going to happen? Should I just look at these pictures and fight through The Doubt? Does The Doubt go away after a while? I read in "Think and Grow Rich" a good example: When someone is first introduced to crime they despise it because they are not used to it, but once they grow accustomed to it it becomes second nature, then went on to compare that to these ideas. So how long before I start becoming accustomed to these ideas and start manifesting things on my own? It's hard for me to be faithful because I'm a very scientific, logical person, which in this case I believe is holding me back. Anyway, thanks for your input.
