in a way my vision for the day, though I had many, gonna add it to my vision board or make a board with all of the number sequences that help awaken...
Me and my spouse have been estranged for a year and a half and are set for divorce this month on the 27th...
I often look up at the time and it will read 3:24...we got married on 3/24 or the time might read 3:42 or 2:43
she moved to lousiana a year and half ago as well....so i'm chillin' and look up to check the time on my cell and it reads 5:04 which is lousiana area code
i was supposed to meet up with a girl this past weekend and her address was 504, we didn't meet up however as I went on to do something else...
so right before this post I had went to check my phone and the time was 5:04 which reminds me of her...i last contacted her on v-day because I was at work and looked up at the time
and it read 2:43 which unscrabbled is 3:24 I always do this when I see any combination number of our wedding day...
on another coincidental note, my ex brother in law is from the same city as my wife and is getting married on my wedding day this month 3/24...
is this all a sign that I should call or text her, even though everytime I do she's cold and resistance and only wants to talk about the divorce?
I really have moved on from the idea of us working anything out and being together as it never worked and obstacles always came up one way or another...
I really just want to move on but everytime I see these number sequences or things that remind me of her, it makes me think i'm supposed to call her or something or that
we're supposed to be communicating or getting back together...
I like the idea of me moving on and living my life the way that she has moved on also....I wanted to know what any of your thoughts are on this, I'm really excited about all the possibilities that lie ahead with being single and focused....

Another article or take on Happiness and what it is by Ashok, enjoy...
What is Happiness
True happiness is such a rare commodity that the whole of the world is continuously seeking it and failing to find it. All the people, who we consider to be the best in their fields, are seeking it too and failing to acquire it. The most brilliant of the scientists, the most gifted of artists, the most talented of poets and authors, the wealthiest businessmen, the most powerful rulers, the greatest achievers in any field - all of them have been striving for it all their lives and failed to have it. Why is happiness such an elusive thing? Is it that it cannot simply be achieved? Or is it that it is not where all of us have been looking for it?
If you pause to give it a thought it is very easy to see that somehow we have all been missing the point. It is either that we have all been looking for happiness at the wrong places or that it is simply not possible to achieve happiness. The answer is not very easy. But it is obvious that if the whole of the humanity has been trying to find something throughout the history and failing to acquire it then something must be very wrong about the concept we have of happiness.
Let us try to delve a bit deeper. What is it that we consider happiness? This is how I see it:
Happiness is what you feel when what you want to happen happens.
And if this definition of happiness is correct then we can conclude that unhappiness is what we feel when what we want to happen does not happen.
These definitions look obvious enough but for the most of the people they are not. At least not so clearly defined in their minds. It would therefore be better if we stop to ponder over these definitions.
How can we achieve happiness?
We must realize that for most of the problems, the solutions are often simple and obvious enough if one understands the problem clearly. Even more surprising is the fact that the solutions mostly lie in the problem itself. It is true in the case of happiness too.
Let us consider the above definition carefully. The main keyword in the definition is "want". The whole trouble starts when we want something. Every moment of our lives we keep on wanting something or the other. If we could make a list of all the things we want in our lives since childhood to death, including trivial as well as very important, all the paper in the world perhaps would not be enough for this purpose. Only a small percentage of all our wishes is fulfilled in spite of all our endeavours. The percentage of wishes, which remain unfulfilled, keeps on growing with time. As a result, as we grow older, we become more and more unhappy. We grow tired of life. The blessings, which our lives and the whole existence keep showering upon us, gradually lose their charm. The frustration, of failing to fulfill most of our wishes, sets in. We start feeling weighed down. The feeling that the whole life is somehow conspiring to keep us unhappy grows. Life becomes full of miseries. We keep stumbling from one failure to another.
The solution, then is very obvious. We must explore the possibility of a life of no desires or minimum desires. Desire is a seed which grows fruits of unhappiness. Actually the trouble is that we demand too much. We keep on demanding incessantly. It seems that we do nothing else but keep producing desires and then keep struggling to fulfill them. The only solution to this problem is to break out of this cycle of desires and struggles. If one does not desire anything, he has no chance of getting unhappy due to failure in fulfilling his desire.
One may argue that a life of no desires will be bereft of pleasures. That it will become colourless and dull. But this premise is not true.
Firstly, we must realize that the world does not and cannot function as per our whims and fancies. We are too insignificant in the scheme of the existence. We can have control only over our desires and not on the factors necessary to fulfill them. During winter, we may desire that the sun shines a bit more in the sky but sun has no obligation to behave as per our desires. We may desire that every other human being around us acts in such a way that his acts do not hurt us at all and only make us happy, but the other person has his own desires and compulsions and he will act accordingly. We may desire that whenever we ask for something we get it, but the person or the force who has the power to grant our wishes may not wish to do so or may not be able to do so because of his or its own compulsions. Are we ourselves always willing or able to fulfill the demands of others around us? If not, then how can we hope that our demands must always be fulfilled. In fact if we pause to consider it carefully then it will become obvious that there always is more probability of our desires not getting fulfilled. Then why keep desiring constantly and exposing ourselves to unhappiness?
Secondly, it is a blunder on our part that we consider happiness and pleasure to be the same. They are not same. Pleasure is there all around us for the taking. Since we have become obsessed with our desires we have ceased to notice sources of pleasure and as a consequence fail to grab it when it is available. Pleasure is the essence which we extract from things we have. We may desire to visit the most beautiful sea beach in the world. When we are finally able to make it to that beach we feel happy. This happiness is the consequence of the fulfillment of our desire. But when we look at the waves rushing towards us, at the golden sand spread over a large area, the wind on our faces, the riot of colours in the sky while sun is setting or rising, the feel of sea water on our skin, what we feel is pleasure. To derive pleasure it is not at all necessary to desire. When we pass along the green fields while traveling, we do feel pleasure looking at them though we had not specifically "desired" to see them. When we look at anything beautiful we feel pleasure. Pleasure is always around us without our asking for it. It is not a consequence of our ambitions and endeavors. It is simply waiting all around for us to pause and pay attention. It is only that we are always so obsessed with our desires and wishes and the struggle to fulfill them that we have forgotten how to pleasure ourselves. Almost all of the time we live inside our minds, either making plans to fulfill our present desires or ruing the desires which could not be fulfilled and in this process miss out all the pleasures lying all around us.
Thirdly, We do derive pleasure when our desires are fulfilled but for every desire fulfilled there are numerous others that remain unfulfilled. We have to consider carefully whether we are not paying too high a price, in terms of all the frustrations we experience as a result of failures, for a few fulfilled desires. If the answer is yes, then the conclusion is obvious.
Actually, happiness and unhappiness are two sides of the same coin. They are part of the same package. If one asks for one he leaves himself susceptible to the other. The desire for happiness is like asking only for the light and not for darkness. But there is not much difference between light and darkness. It is matter of degree only. We choose and therefore get disappointed. What we should do is only look for the pleasures all around us. Whatever comes our way we should try to extract all the pleasure possible from it.
If we delve still deeper, we will realize that it is not really happiness which we should seek. We should try to avoid unhappiness. When we achieve something, the payoff is not as great as the pain we suffer if we fail to achieve it. It is this pain of failure, pain of frustrated desires which is of greater significance to us. It is actually like good health. One can only define health as an absence of diseases. In order to have good health we strive to avoid diseases. You cannot purchase or achieve good health directly. You have to take steps which keep your body free of diseases. Then only the organs of body keep functioning properly and you experience good health. Similarly, when one destroys the root cause of unhappiness the problems are over. And the root cause of all our unhappiness is DESIRE.
If one can stop desiring, if one can take life as it comes, Then only one can be free of unhappiness.

Here is an interesting take and article/blog on The Law of Attraction and how to use it written by Akemi who is a psychic and spiritual teacher, I found her take on LOA very informative and hope that those who choose to read her article/blog will be helped and enlightened as I was...
The Law Of Attraction: How To Use It To Your Favor
March 13, 2009 by Akemi
The Law of Attraction has been attacked by many, including many personal development bloggers. It looks to me that the easiest way to prove you are ďsmartĒ is to disagree with the Law of Attraction. If that is what you want, you probably donít need this article. If you want to improve your life effortlessly, please read on. (Photo by Trader Doc)
Misunderstanding the Law of Attraction
To understand misunderstanding, we first need to define the Law of Attraction. For now, we will say ďLike energy attracts like energy.Ē We will explore the deeper meaning of this law later.
There are a lot of misunderstanding going around about the Law of Attraction, discouraging people to use it to their favor.
1. Magnets donít attract the same, they attracts the opposites. So the theory of Law of Attraction is flawed.
One end of a magnet attracts the opposite end of another magnet so that as a whole, the magnetic energy flows through in one way. Magnets attract magnets, not woods. It is indeed attracting the like energy.
2. The Law of Attraction is not a law because it is not proven. Plus the whole quantum physics stuff is BS.
Did the law of gravity become the law when Newton theorized it? Or was it working from the beginning of time?
Regarding the quantum physics Ė what I gather from Greatness Without Genies: The Law of Attraction for Realists is that this area of physics is still in debate and neither proven nor defeated. We just donít know if the quantum physics is real, and if so, to what level of existence it applies, nor how it is related to the Law of Attraction. So letís give it a benefit of doubt. (By the way, this eBook is an interesting read if you disliked the Secret. Especially if you disliked the Secret but still feel the pull of the Law of Attraction )
3. The Law of Attraction doesnít work because I couldnít attract what I wanted.
Ah, but did you use it properly? For example, if you wanted to be financially well, did you focus on abundance or did you focus on you being broke? If itís the latter, the Law of Attraction worked perfectly Ė you got more broke. I feel for you, but donít use your failure as a proof of the Law of Attraction not working. Itís a case of operator error.
The final point leads to the point of how to use the Law of Attraction correctly.
Is it the thoughts or the feelings that attract?
Many Law of Attraction books tell you that your thoughts attract the very thing you think about, that thoughts become things. Well, kind of.
Are you aware there are two kinds of thoughts?
1.Logical thoughts (or non-ego thoughts)
Typical example of logical thoughts is when you think about math. How do you know the total sum of all inner angles of a triangle is 180 degrees? There are several ways to prove this.
While you are thinking about triangles, parallel lines, or vector, you are thinking hard, but you donít attract more triangles. Because your feeling is neutral. (Iím talking about pure mathematical thoughts, not your fear of failing the math test.)
On the other hand, we spend a lot of time and energy doing ego thoughts. What will the economy be like? Will I be able to keep my job? Will I have to take a paycut? Will I be able to afford the vacation this year? And if I canít, what would my friends think about me? OMG, and . . .
Ego thoughts use tons of emotional energy. And itís usually negative thoughts based on fear. And bam, donít you know you get a layoff when you spend sufficient time and energy thinking this way?
The energy of emotions
When the Law of Attraction teachers say you attract the things you think about, they are talking about thoughts, or images, that are supported by plenty of feelings, the energy of emotions. Thoughts are energies as well, but compared to the energies of emotions, thought energy alone is pretty small.
In order to use the Law of Attraction to your favor, you need to think in a way that causes you lots of positive feelings. You can do this in both kinds of thinking. One, you can manipulate your own ego thoughts to aim the things you want, rather than the things you donít want. For example, tons of money. This way you can stimulate your greed and cause ďpositiveĒ feelings of joy and excitement of having it.
This approach works, and some people have become quite good at it. However, I donít recommend it. Because it can whack your sense of peace and harmony. When you base your joy on greed, you need more and more things to satisfy your greed, and the state of just being happy with what you have become further and further away. To me, this sounds like hell than heaven. Having more and more, but never really satisfied.
So the better approach is to use your logical thinking and add feelings. For the same objective to attract money, you think of money and what money can buy in that logical neutral way, for yourself and others, and then be inspired to have positive feelings such as joy and gratitude.
Better. But isnít there an even better way to utilize the energy of emotions?
The problem of thought-based feelings
There are two kinds of feelings:
1.Feelings that are caused by specific thoughts
2.Feelings that come from your core, unrelated to specific thoughts you may be having
We are familiar with the first kind of feelings, and this is also what the Law of Attraction advocates teach us to utilize. They teach us to use emotions as a guide of your thoughts. Thoughts on what you desire cause positive feelings. Thoughts on what you donít desire cause negative feelings. Watch your feelings to monitor your thoughts.
When you do this, you notice your feelings are very unstable. Having and not having something is like the sides of a coin and it can flip so easily. One moment you are feeling great thinking about getting a raise Ė you are inflated in your emotions Ė the next moment, the thought of missing the raise crosses your mind and you are deflated miserably. Up and down, up and down. It takes lots of discipline to manage this process and disallow negative ideas to enter your mind.
And this is the biggest challenge those who try to use the Law of Attraction face even when they so believe in it. They mix up thoughts and feelings, and the positive and negative energies negate each other. Results: no clear results.
Youíve seen these people, or maybe you are one of them. Are you afraid of thinking negative thoughts? To the point you are afraid of using ďbad wordsĒ like debt or loss? When you try to direct your thoughts to ďgoodĒ things you desire, you know (oh, damn you know!) there is a flip side. The bigger your desire, the bigger your fear of not having it.
And if you are so afraid, of course, that is what you attract: More fear and more situations that cause you fear.
Enough about playing between the polarities.
Emotions without thoughts
You donít need thoughts to have feelings.
When I wake up after a good night sleep, I feel wonderful. Iím full of excitement and gratitude for the new day. Itís not about being excited about specific things I plan to do. These days, I hardly have any plans. I have a natural routine and maybe I have some phone sessions scheduled, but my good feeling is not about these things. Itís about being alive and another beautiful day. Little me having another day!
When I sip coffee watching the trees and coffee, I feel wonderful. Iím filled with joy, wonderment, and contentment. Iím not thinking about anything particular Ė I just like relaxing with coffee and looking at trees.
And what is this good feeling doing in my life?
My life is pretty good. My business is growing, I have great friends, and Iím healthy. Hmm. I guess I could be happier with a boyfriend. But then, there are hardly times I feel lonely. So maybe Iím doing just fine.
So the most effective way to utilize the Law of Attraction, that is also the most effortless, is:
Cultivate the good feeling that comes from being yourself
Aaaagh, so simple. . .
The fundamental good feelings of life in the Law of Attraction
You may think itís difficult to cultivate this fundamental good feelings about life and yourself. However, once you have it, itís pretty solid. Itís not based on external conditions. You realize that you are loved and supported in all ways, that you are special and valuable, and that the universe is a wonderful and friendly place to live and play.
From there, you live your life, and of course, you think.
So I live in good feelings majority of the time. Then I occasionally think Ė letís say thinking about my business. Perhaps the most frequent thought is ďWell, I enjoy doing the reading and clearing, and I know this is the foundation of my service, but this new coaching is so much fun I want to put more focus on this. And Iíd like to free up some time to do more writing, too.Ē My business is developing exactly this way.
So thoughts have their place in the Law of Attraction. But not necessarily a big place. The majority of the energy is based on emotions, and thoughts only give directions to the energy. And again, the easiest and surest way to have lots of good feelings is to base the feelings on who you are, not on external situations or your thoughts.
Cultivate the good feeling that comes from being yourself. Then think some to direct the energy.
Where does action fit in the picture?
There are people who say something in the line of, ďThe Law of Attraction works because it promotes positive thinking that motivates people to take actions. Itís not a spiritual law, and there is no mystery to it. Now go do your work.Ē
And what kind of action are we talking about? Actions that come naturally that you hardly think you are making ďeffortsĒ or actions that you toil and loathe?
The latter has indeed nothing to do with the Law of Attraction. Do action A to cause result B. Use whatever motivation to get to action, including positive thinking or ďpsyching upĒ. Or a whip. I mean, itís the action that causes the result. Motivation is not directly related to the result.
The kind of action we want to be aware of in using the Law of Attraction is the first kind.
Beings is not about sitting on a stone and doing nothing. Being involves doing things you like and doing things that interest you. Watch small kids. Being kids, they are almost always moving and doing things. Jumping on the couch. Swirling around the chair. Running outside. And when they find something interesting, they just go ahead and explore it.
The action that matter in the Law of Attraction may be doing the things that you so love to do always or taking special inspired action. Or it may take no action.
Manifestations without action
Youíve never seen people attracting great life without no particular action?
My former hairdresser in Tennessee more than doubled her clients list overnight doing nothing. She was leasing a booth in a small hair salon. The owner was the other hairdresser and his wife. They wanted a baby for a long time and finally decided to adopt one. They were delighted to have a beautiful baby girl. So happy to the point that first, the wife decided to stay at home full time. So she split her customers to her husband and my hairdresser. After a few months, and the baby growing ever so charming, the husband also decided to stay home. They figured they could live on rent income alone for awhile. So my hairdresser got his client list.
What did she do? Just being a happy great hairdresser. I always enjoyed visiting her salon because not only was she good at haircut but she was so fun to talk with.
Another example. I know a retired school teacher who travels the world, going to some of the most secret spots. No, she doesnít have the money. She got acquainted to a wealthy widow who loved to travel. She asked my friend to accompany her because traveling alone is no fun. The widow pays for everything. My friend just carries her pocket money. And both are happy.
What did she do? I have no idea. Being a teacher, I guess she has the basic interpersonal skills. And she has time and willingness to travel. The last time I talked with her, they were planning to visit Galapagos.
Summary: How to use the Law of Attraction to your favor
1.Cultivate the good feeling that comes from being yourself.
This is the first and paramount step. The rest may or may not be necessary.
2.Think some to direct the energy.
3.Live your life doing what you love and what you are inspired to do.
You donít have to think specific thoughts to use the Law of Attraction. What you ultimately want to manifest is the good feelings, to feel even better in the coming reality you are creating, and you can just feel your way with our without specific thoughts.
When you do think, think it clearly but not necessarily specifically. Attachment to specifics is about your ego. Envision the new reality you are creating and know it is there. Itís almost like taking it for granted, but with gratitude for it. (Some people call this believing. I donít personally like the word believing because it implies there is a discrepancy between what you believe and what it is.)
Ego thoughts have little to do with this process. As I wrote, our ego is brings in mostly fear, which is counterproductive in using the Law of Attraction to your favor. Our ego also makes judgments and try to dictate the process and outcome of manifestation, which is again counterproductive. Your ego only knows what you have experienced or heard so far, and it badly limits the boundless possibilities.
And with Ascension process going on, we are dropping the ego anyway.
Our power to create
That is the how. Now the why. Why does the Law of Attraction work? Iíve seen many arguments why it doesnít work, but not arguments why it does indeed work.
Because we are God. Some express the same saying we are children of God, or we are connected to the Source energy. Really the same thing. If we are children of God, we are growing up to be God. If we are connected to the Source, we have the same energy the Source has. And just like God created the universe, we can create our lives. Smaller scale, but the same working of the energy.
I know itís hard to accept we are God. If itís easy, we have absolutely no problem using the Law of Attraction. Our awareness hasnít grown up to that level yet, so at this time, itís easier to think that something outside of us, be it genie, the universe, or God, would give us what we want.
However, I want to point out that the more we realize our own divine power to create, the better the Law of Attraction works. If your mindset is like ďIf I beg, God or genie may give me what I want.Ē, you are disempowering yourself. So while itís okay to believe in external power sources, please do start raising your awareness of your own creative power.
ďThe Law of AttractionĒ is a somewhat misleading term. It is called so because on the energetic level, like energies attract like energies. It is NOT about the object of your desire getting attracted and coming closer and closer to you. Nothing is really outside of you. You are creating your reality. The Law of Attraction is really the way we create.

Come next month it will be 3 years that I've been married, 2 of those years have been spent in separation. I havent' seen my wife soon to be ex-wife in a year and a half, she moved 1000 miles away a year and half ago while we were not speaking, I never in my life had such a bad relationship and feel like i'm dealing with some type of karmic debt, this woman stays on my mind so much and no matter what she never calls, never says i love you after i say i love you to her, she is very cold and it was her cold behavior that made me feel unloved, i cheated on her and she cheated on me, despite that i still wanted to work things out with her and be with her as i thought i learned from my mistakes and i say thought i learned from my mistakes because now i know that love doesn't love anyone..
anyhow, i'm writing because everytime i look at the clock, it reads the same date as our wedding and other times the area code in which she lives, i see parapanalia of her everywhere almost, and so on valentines day while at work i look at the clock and its our wedding day, right before I decided to write this, the clock read our wedding day again, so i thought what the hell, i texted her "I love you"...later on that day she texted back wanting to know if she had to appear for our divorce hearing, i told her no and that was it...
i just needed to write this out and am not looking for anymore answers, just clearing out my soul because i feel to engulfed by her and as it has always remained she still doesn't have the kind of love for me that i have for her and i really question whether she loved me at all....only thing is i have become extemely isolated and distant and very much not interested in life, my daughter is the only reason i'm breathing....i am a fairly well exceptional handsome man but that has nothing to do with attracting real love and now i know and learned that real love comes from within...i just wish i could get over her that she has gotten over me and move on with my life, its kind of hard when everytime i look the clock it reads our wedding day, or her area code or something that reminds me of her, my vibration was really brought down from our marriage/relationship, so why am i loving her still, i think its the craziest thing, i did comtemplate going to a hypnotherapist to block out the memory of her, still might give it a try....
Thanks out there to the Universe for listening...
I am really happy to join a forum where positivity and positive thinking are re-enforced by such positive and loving souls that I have noticed on the forum. I look forward to sharing and gaining wisdom and insight from all of you.
