Everyday I try to take one step to better myself, by that I mean what ever it takes to glide myself out of that slump !
for example : changig my nail paint, excersing , making the effort to dree smart to the gym,dressing really nice to the workplace, wearing more heels, giving myself thegood food treatment,taking care of my skin.hahahah....but this makes me feel good.
Then I also kick out what and who I dont like.So if a friend \ good friend has been acting pricey to meet ...screw the victim thought and say "Hell, I really am busy for you".See them crawling back to you and dying to meet you.hahaha
Just make you happiness the top priority.Even if it mean sleeping 10 hours and geeting up too watch your fav TV series\ music and then sleep again.What ever you feel like doing now !
Gradually you'l notice you dont have the time to feel bad.You hate to slump and at th slightest onset of it , you will find ways to better your mood.I would also say Eercise helps a lot.I have to loose weight but the major motivation for me to hit the gym is the feel good factor I get after the work out because of the happy hormones.

I have fought to fix things enough and realised that it is all resistance.Why not live my life moments to the fullest NOW.Loving and accepting myself, not only that-proud of myself.

This forum has changed my life for good in almost all aspects.Some times we are able to implement better hearing from people and taking their inputs from real life examples.
Yes it does get neagative at times and this is when I take a little break..but that is again my vibration

Thank you for this post.Really good.Also i loved the fact thta yu debunked the "I am always Happy" thingy.Is is very unrealistic and if are having bad days, we are human ! Cheers to that.
