Don't think about these things, don't give much attention to what happens on Facebook or stuff like that because the more you give them attention the more you will start to notice it. Who knows why he wrote that and who knows what was his state of mind while writing that and while trying to figure it out it can only drive you crazy and it's really not worth it..

What matters is the feeling you have inside. When you simply know that you are great together, that you are connected and closer to each other with each passing minute of each passing day.  Cultivate that feeling, give that feeling attention and nurture it. Use whatever method works to get you to that place and once you're there doubts disappear and these things like what he wrote on Facebook and such lose their importance..

I manifested mine back and what I did was just to love, believe and FEEL it inside me.. Now I'm working on maintaining it and I do stray from what I say in this post a lot of times and amazingly enough all the bad things that I start to dwell on actually do happen. A big lesson that was for me. Believe it and don't worry about it.

Universe has it's on ways and it's own time but what you think about most of the time will eventually take place in your life.
I agree with your mom. Amor vincit omnia.. Your mind and your thoughts are like the wind, blowing in every direction and ever changing but through your heart flows love whose strength I do believe is much more powerful. Even the LOA teachers say that LOA allings you not so much to what you think but what you feel..

It's all about you and your beliefs. What you think about, you will attract and the universe will deliever it to you. It's not up to the universe to decide will it give you another chance, it's up to you to decide it. If you believe you deserve another chance and work on it, you will get it :)
The way I understood LOA is that it works regardless of do you believe in it or not. You focus on something and the more you keep focusing on it, it will manifest.. So maybe we shouldn't worry about whether or not we believe enough but rather just focus on what we want and feel good about it.

Could it be when you try to manifest particular things that you have expectations on how and when it's supposed to manifest? Or do you get impatient about it after a while and start having doubts? Or shift your focus on it not manifesting? I noticed that with me sometimes it starts great and I think and feel of having it but after a while I realize I start to think more of not having it and just end up sabotaging myself :)

Yes, I like to write notes on what I read, it helps me a lot.. I've also extracted the sound of the Secret in mp3 format (may the authors forgive me please) and play it while I do other things, helps as well :)

Don't apologize, you are among people who won't judge you.. Vent as much as you need!! I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. I don't think your brother hates you, he seems too self-centered and maybe has problems of his own and takes it out on you which is a horrible thing to do and I hope he changes his attitude soon. Don't lose hope, never, ever lose hope, whether with this particular person or somebody else..

I've been combining binaurial beats with relaxation sessions and it's sooo good. Really helps to calm dawn and makes (at least for me since I'm always crowded inside..) meditation enjoyable :)

I think what he was trying to say is that in these moments you get the right idea or the right answer to your question and then you take action based on the idea that you recieved. I was referring to when I (and maybe others as well do that..) get all caught up in the process, like when attracting a specific person and getting down when it doesn't happen the way we would want to or expect and focusing on all the details..

Yes Apple.. Release your desire, believe and don't worry about all the details and when all the fears and worries kick in, meditate, clear your mind or anything that works.. Some have more fears and worries like me but gets easier with time and lots of practice :D

Here is what Steve Pavlina writes on the subject :

" The solution is to withdraw your attention from what depresses you and place it on what makes you feel really, really good.  If you’re chronically depressed, however, it’s possible that virtually nothing in your life makes you feel good.  Your whole situation may be unpleasant from top to bottom.  So in that case you need to withdraw your attention from your external environment and plug into your imagination.  Within your mind’s eye, you must construct completely imaginary circumstances that make you feel good when you think about them.  Then spend more of your time focusing your attention on your imaginary creations and less of your time observing external reality.

This may sound like escapism, but you’re not trying to escape.  Your goal is to construct new, realistic circumstances within your imagination that are attractive to you.  Picture yourself experiencing financial abundance, loving relationships, good health, a fulfilling career, and more.

At first this may be very difficult, but you’ll improve with practice.  Obviously you’ll still need to attend to your basic needs and deal with certain external problems as best you can, but only devote the bare minimum attention to them.  Give your problems no more attention than is absolutely necessary to keep your head above water.  Then spend the rest of your time withdrawing into your imagination.

Within your imagination you are free to do anything you want.  There are no limitations whatsoever.  Think whatever thoughts make you happy.  Imagine them as real, and enjoy them.  Build your imaginary dream home.  Travel around the world.  Create your ideal friends.  Imagine the perfect relationship for you.  Give yourself superpowers and save the world.

Be patient with yourself.  If you catch yourself worrying about your problems, keep going back to your positive mental creations and expand them.  I find it best to focus on constructing locations first.  The more I think about them, the more detail I add.  I keep modifying them to make improvements.

As you remove your attention from negative external circumstances and refocus it on positive imaginary thoughts, you’ll spend a lot more time feeling good than bad, so your depression will soon lift.  The more you shift your thoughts, the faster your depression will lift.  This is a rather obvious consequence of spending more time thinking about what makes you feel good and less time thinking about what depresses you.

Now it’s nice to feel good again, but what about your negative circumstances?  Even though you’re feeling better, you may still be trapped under a pile of problems.  Don’t worry.  This approach will help you improve your circumstances too.

Your circumstances will improve in two ways.  First, because you’ll be feeling better, you’ll be more motivated to take action to help yourself directly.  Depression is disempowering, but positive emotions are empowering.  So you’re far more likely to take appropriate action to get yourself out of debt when you’re feeling good than when you’re depressed.  Depressed people dwell on their problems, but as your depression lifts, you’ll begin to think about solutions.

Secondly, you will find that when you’re feeling good, through the Law of Attraction you will begin manifesting more positive results in your life almost effortlessly."


In my dealing with anxiety and depression I have found that a lot of physical activity helps such as yoga if you are into it or any kind of sport in combination with meditation, hoponopono, I have worked with Louise Hay's book "You can heal your life" (or something like that, found it on a torrent site along with the video instructions of the exercises), affirmations are very good, yes. Basically, anything that makes you feel better, do it!

About 3 weeks ago I thought about how much I would enjoy if I could try out drumming so I decided that I will and kind of forgot about it afterwards.. Well today I've been sent a link to a school that gives drumming lessons very very cheap and even provides the drums to you. I applied and voila!!! It's done :-D  How awesome is that!! And I even decided that it would be in january and guess what.. School starts in january! Yay!!

Yes, it does make sense, it make a lot of sense! I've just watched the Secret again, the uncut version and it brought me to a better place, the words that stick with me are "the universe corresponds to the nature of your song". What counts is the feel you have inside, the feeling of hope and love on a larger scale.. I realized that what made me so unbelieving about the whole thing is the fact that this is another person with his own vibrations and desires and makes me feel uneasy to try manipulate it in any way. What I can do is bring me to happier place, maintain the feeling of love and care towards the other person without the attachement, release negative experiences. Watching it really made me feel good with or without... I realize mood swings will happen but each mode swing will be easier and less painful until it's all gone, may this be my first order :) Going to keep watching it. It's not about him, it's about the unhappiness within me.
