Love is here..firstly congrats.
Well I think you are torn between the thought of waiting for ur Perfect Job and taking the current one.IF I understand correctly and If I may suggest : As per me you should take this current job while waiting for Your dream job,the reason why I am saying it is that there must be something attractive about this job in the first look when you applied.New Job definitely means working more to balance out our feets at new place but who knows you mite end up exploring something about your liking.
And when you start this (if you start ths) be very positive and grateful for it and you shall receive more and more reasons to be grateful.I am writing here from my experience.I gave this interview around a year back and got rejected in X company,thereafter I never applied there..This march something in me told me to hit the button.It was only the brand name that I thought was the positive aspect of this job when I applied again.They kept taking interviews and more and more interviews,committed verbally nothing on paper.It gave me a chance to explore more about this company...and guess what yesterday they offered me a little more than I had expected in  terms of money and they offered me a level up than my current one (I never expected this),they also have  avery awesome informal and performance driven culture plus they have given me a rsponsibility of small yet an entire Business Unit for North region..Even if all my list kept together that I made for my dream job wouldnt have been so much as Universe got for me..and am so incredibly GRATEFUL GRATEFUL !!

This being said I hope you consider taking this job..In the end you have nothing to loose but plenty of opportunity to explore !! and our lives are a sumammation of our experiences..isnt it?

Yes indeed and I am just so happy I decided to NOT THINK at all..Fortunately I had to come to my hometown for celebrating festival and I am so happy I got engaged in other things

And guess what this is the first company I have interview when I firts started to look out for job and that was in Jan 2012.But nonetheless I am not only excited and happy now..coz they have given me the level of Manager and its a great move !!

Okay I have been dying to post about this
After so much trying and analyzing and finally just deciding to NOT THINK and bamm here is the job offer I have been eagerly waiting for
Not only CTC growth of 25 % but also a level up from Assistant Manager to MANAGER ... a very informal culture,no dress code,no ofc timing yaayyyyy !!! Its certainly the miracle of Universe !!

well well I am feeling incredibly good and powerful today
1. I found my marksheets which I thought was lost at my place only...just before I was starting to get seriously worried.Thanks Universe !
2. I lost my data card device at office just to find it given back to me today.Incredibly grateful for honest office staff.
3. My first review payment appeared in my bank Thanks Universe !
4. My credit card late payment charges have been waived off fully So much grateful universe

I totally agree with true love...also if I am not wrong I remember true love wrote something like this that a overall situation of mental calmness is a more sustained emotional state and better because it somehow reflects that we were already in expectation for the desire/had albsolutely no doubts that it would arrive...aaaaaaaaaaaahhh dont remember exactly what you wrote but i hope i got the gist right.I often feel excited for my desires but I fall down on my emotional state the way I climb up in excitement...

But another school of thot says your desire must excite you...dont wrry jst enjoy greater excitement or more peace

I wrote a follow up mail today and I got a call from the person just after 2 minutes of writing the mail.
She is a senior HR leader in some other company and she said that she is very happy to see such enthusiastic young talent in HR and she would help me in my proposal She appreciated my new skill addition also and am really very happy after her call and mail.

We don't know who replied, but there is a beautiful soul working in the dead letter office of the US postal service !


Our 14-year-old dog Abbey died last month.
The day after she passed away my 4-year-old daughter Meredith was crying and talking about how much she missed Abbey.
She asked if we could write a letter to God so that when Abbey got to heaven, God would recognize her.
I told her that I thought we could so, and she dictated these words:

Dear God,
Will you please take care of my dog?
She died yesterday and is with you in heaven.
I miss her very much.
I 'm happy that you let me have her as my dog even though she got sick.
I hope you will play with her.
She likes to swim and play with balls.
I am sending a picture of her so when you see her you will know that she is my dog.
I really miss her.

We put the letter in an envelope with a picture of Abbey & Meredith, addressed it to God/Heaven.
We put our return address on it.
Meredith pasted several stamps on the front of the envelope because she said it would take lots of stamps to get the letter all the way to heaven.
That afternoon she dropped it into the letter box at the post office.
A few days later, she asked if God had gotten the letter yet.
I told her that I thought He had.

Yesterday, there was a package wrapped in gold paper on our front porch addressed, 'To Meredith' in an unfamiliar hand.
Meredith opened it.
Inside was a book by Mr. Rogers called, 'When a Pet Dies.'
Taped to the inside front cover was the letter we had written to God in its opened envelope.
On the opposite page was the picture of Abbey & Meredith and this note:

Dear Meredith,
Abbey arrived safely in heaven. Having the picture was a big help and I recognized her right away.
Abbey isn't sick anymore. Her spirit is here with me just like it stays in your heart. Abbey loved being your dog.
Since we don't need our bodies in heaven, I don't have any pockets to keep your picture in so I'm sending it back to you in this little book for you to keep and have something to remember Abbey by.
Thank-you for the beautiful letter and thank your mother for helping you write it and sending it to me. What a wonderful mother you have. I picked her especially for you.
I send my blessings every day and remember that I love you very much.
By the way, I'm easy to find. I am wherever there is love.

I was eyeing on writing reviews for a websitee from quite some time and I write my first review and sent it for getting published.I am expecting to see it getting published in 3-4 days and my chque arriving in another 6-7 days
Continued with my mornming walks today as well and lost some few inches more...
Ate all the chocolates my bf has sent for me..and by all I mean 178 chocolate bombs hehe still kept loosing inches,aha

My valentines day gift has arrived
I cant wait to open it but am in front of my boss  ,anyways waiting for the lunch time

Also today morning my boss told me to report to a different office thats closer to my place and that means I can do shopping today from a near by area..Commuting daily to a far away office had left no tiem for it but no today...yayyyy!!

Update : So many chaocolates,6 boxes and a card..Omg I am still so shocked !! There is a chocolate of every flavour available in Archies.
