Messages - Life Is Blissful

Brad Yates has been teaching people to create more abundance in their lives using EFT with major success for while now. I personally stumbled across his stuff a couple years ago and took some valuable lessons from them.

Lesson #1: How you feel about a goal or subject is what you attract

One of the crucial aspects that Brad teaches is that what you’re feeling is a direct connection to what you’re attracting. So for example, if you feel negative or doubtful towards money, you’ll attract more poverty.

This is also taught by many other teachers of the law of attraction such as Abraham-Hicks, Bob Proctor and Carol Look to name a few.

In my experience this lesson holds true. I find that if I’m feeling great about money (to continue that example) I’m:

    More motivated to take action;
    Have money more ideas that excite me and;
    Am more open to opportunity around me.


To summarize, I get a feeling of limitlessness in relation to my goal or area that I’m working on.

Lesson #2: We can use EFT to control how we feel about any goal or subject

The major tool that Brad teaches in order to control how you feel about your goal or area that you’re working on is EFT. EFT has been clinically proven by a whole bunch of peer reviewed studies.

In my experience it works like a charm to eliminate the negative charge from thoughts and beliefs. It also works great for installing positive emotions in terms of thoughts and beliefs. To learn more about EFT check out this free video tutorial: How To Do EFT

Another cool tip that I learnt from studying Brad Yates is the way he alters the reminder phrase when tapping on the various points. If you’re not familiar with what I’m referring to, it’s simply the phrase you repeat while doing the EFT procedure.

Varying what you repeat while tapping on the various points allows you to target far more aspects all at once. Granted, some will be more stubborn than others. In that case, simply do a dedicated round of tapping on the stubborn aspect.

I also picked up the tip of being able to tap in positive thoughts and choices. Traditionally, EFT has been used to remove the negative charge around thoughts and beliefs. However, it’s also extremely effective at installing positive thoughts and ideas.

You can do this by altering the setup phrase to include a positive choice, then tapping while repeating the positive choice.

An example could be: “Even though I’m struggling to find the money to pay for my next mortgage payment, and I’m really stressed about it, I choose to feel optimistic about my ability to earn some extra cash and make the payment in time.” The reminder phrase would be: “optimistic about my ability to earn extra case and make the payment”.

It’s a bit of a negative example, but hey, it works!

I hope this article shed some light on the lessons that can be learnt from studying the teachings of Brad Yates.
Just thought I'd add a few quick insights here for everyone who's using the LoA to get fitter.

Many of us concentrate too much and obsess over the goal of 'losing weight'. A couple of facts about muscles versus fat:
1. Muscles take up less space than fat does.
2. Muscles weigh more than fat does.

The point I'm trying to make is, if you see you've dropped a couple of kilograms off the scales it's a good thing. However, as muscles weigh more, you could be very fit and healthy yet weigh more. Conversely, you could weigh less but not be very fit. I personally think a measuring tape will give you a better estimate of whether you're ridding yourself of the flab and extra jiggly bits that we don't want. A fit, toned body will be lean and compact while offering you the best muscle power and efficiency. The more muscle you have, the easier it becomes to maintain that ideal weight as muscles burn fat and metabolize even at rest. They utilize energy and are continuously burning even hours after exercise.

Same goes for weight training versus cardio. Cardio and aerobic exercises will help you lose overall fat and increase the cardiovascular range of your heart, particularly if you do interval training. The heart muscle becomes more efficient. Weight training builds healthy new muscle by the process of laying down new cells, increasing the efficiency (power output, oxygen utilized, etc.) and strengthening the existing muscle when micro-damage occurs due to exercise.

Lifestyle changes like diet and drinking - you choose what you put into your body. Put in healthy stuff and balance it right, you have a healthy body and mind. What goes in determines what materials your body is given to work with, to lay down healthy new cells and tear up existing stores of fat. Don't starve yourself to death, eat healthy and eat well, eat enough. Your body can't do anything without fresh, healthy food. When you eat too less, your body incorrectly assumes you're going through a period of famine and starts conserving its energy stores - the very little food you do manage to gulp down is turned primarily to fat. So eat good food and enjoy it, feel good while you're eating it. That feeling can itself do so much for both your state of mind, self-image and your body's perception of the food, thereby determining how it is treated within the body. Don't stuff yourself with unhealthy food either. It's more than okay to indulge yourself once in a while as long as you are strong and confident about your ability to limit your cravings for less-than-healthy options to a reasonable amount.

Your mindset determines how your body perceives itself and works within. Think of yourself as a radiant healthy being full of vitality and strength. Don't skimp on the details. When you're healthy, everything about you glows - hair, skin, eyes. You even smile more often. Keep this picture of perfection in your head rather than purely focusing on weight. You're unique, beautiful, perfect and the embodiment of the life-force-energy. No single measure of weight is ever going to be adequate to describe your health attributes.

There's a lot more I'd like to write but I'll keep adding them to this thread as and when they strike me. Do feel free to post in your own observations and tips on using the LoA to visualize and revamp our thinking when it comes to health, so that we can build this into a post we can come back to for sensible advice and a burst of inspiration when we feel low.

Hello Friends,
I would like to share with you all, this wonderful news of manifesting an Onsite opportunity, to visit US, at work.
I have always been keen to go abroad for work. I always wanted that! It was the first thing on my mind, as soon as I started working, around five years back. But somehow, as time passed by, I programmed my mind, that others are better than me and they would get these opportunities rather than me. Deep inside, I still hung on to my desire.
Then last year when I joined my current organization, again, hope started to build in. This time I had decided that I will get such an opportunity and kept on getting them, but somehow they would not materialize because of one thing or the other (I would start having doubts or negative thoughts etc- I admit!! ).But they actually made me learn how not to let negative thoughts bother you, when you meet an opportunity.
2 months later I again got this opportunity in another team. I was first confused cos they asked me to shift teams etc (I was skeptical then)….but I kept my calm…I just said to myself “Everything will fall in place , on its own!!!”….and really it did…..
Ultimately I started giving interviews for this opportunity and cleared it. Just when I thought everything was fine , they introduced more rounds…so while I was thinking I should start for the visa interview…I had to actually attend more interviews for this  opportunity with onshore teams, but I did not make myself sad.I just did not let anything pull me down.I appeared for the telephonic t interview….hahhah..then there was another round…..it was technical…and I actually hate that …lol…but I thought “Either I  make this opportunity …or I break my dream “….got encouraged by a friend and my manger too…he always says “One thing at a time “….never lets build pressure.I cleared that, too! Infact they said, I am an expert, at that!!!! woooohooo….lol
Three months back, I had written in my gratitude journal, thanking my current company for a visa….and a week later than these interviews I had a business Visa in my hand  ;)  :)
This doesn’t end here…I have to visit for three weeks…so I started to think …  “man! Should have been a bit longer ;) ”…guess what….next day , my manager tells me that the onshore team is asking him , how soon I can come back to their office in US :D……They also said that I have to come to visit 2 cities…..(I wanted to travel and travel   :P  :P  :P ) !!!! :)
By then I had made up my mind to switch to that team, but I saw the management was delaying it …so I said “Everything will be fine, on its own”. I did not let any thought bother me , nor did I think badly about  the management.I did not even ask any more questions,just went silent,from inside, on this!!! Yesterday, I got a congratulatory email saying “Welcome to the new team ”  :D  :D
Still doesn’t end here, hahahha…..The trip‘s expenses are all borne by the company, and we are given a credit card, but usually we have to settle the bills and the company reimburses us. But yester day, they introduced a new policy for people on business travel, that the company will pay the credit card company directly and employees don’t have to bother any more(effective 1st July, and I have to fly on 6th ).   :)
Guys I know this post is long, but I wanted to write everything down cos in the details lay the ways I used the LOA to my advantage and wanted to share with all of you.
Also wanted to mention that I had a breakup during this time, but I just segregated my mind. Did not go back begging /crying  and attained this success too. I am truly proud of myself!!! I literally let go of any disturbing thought and focused on what I wanted.
I am grateful to have this forum, lovely members, friends and infinite support from my family. I made my parents proud. I still remember their face outside the consulate office, when I told them, that I got the Visa!   :)

Ok so, I know this guy whos been in the same boat as lot of you, Trying to get his girl back and such. I told him about what he should do, letting go, being happy being present etc. This is the result.

About a month ago, This guy Desided that HE was going feel happy as best he could, which was difficult since he has become a grim pessemist due to his life. It wasn't easy sailing but he put what he had into it.

as a result, a few days ago was his birthday and part of him was hoping that the girl would say -something- about his birthday, anything maybe. Most of the day, nothing happening so he went about his day, going to lunch with his father's side, then to play miniature gold with his mother's side, parents are divorced.

He admited that there were times he thought about her breifly but kept putting his focus on himself and his day. Enjoying his familes company and time. As he went home with his Mother's family, to have dinner and eat. he picked up his phone and saw the screen say "1 new message"

The way his phone is made he can't tell who the message is from until he acually opens it. all he saw was "happy Birth..." He thought maybe it was from the one fellow Joey from the insurance Co. who sent him a message last year, and was about to delete it, but when he opened it, the message read

"Happy Birthday ^^"

The ^^ face surprised him. because he knew only a few people who acaully did that. as he scrolled dow nto see who it was from, it was the girl he desires to be with. He got really excited and surprised he didn't know what to say or do. He let me know as soon as he found out and wondered what he should do. I reminded him, just keep doing what you've been doing. stay focused, detached and happy.

He agreed and reset himself and reply to her. They ended up texting back and forth all night. Laughing, teasing joking etc. He told me he was really exicted and I asked him "so what did you do, do you remember?" HE told me

"I did what you said, accepted everything that was happening in my life, wether it was related to the situation or not. I stayed focused on being present so I could feel peaceful and detached. and whatever we would become in life, I accept that too with no problem, no matter if I got what I wanted or not."

He told me he was goingto keep doing what he had been doing, and told me how touched he was that this happened. he said "I really dont care about my birthday because hardly anyone else does. I choose to make it just another day. Her texting me was amazing enough but she rememberd my birthday as well, AND wished me a happy brithday. I'm so touched"

It's normal to have doubts and not know if what your doing is working, but when you start to see results there is less internal friction and more motivation

So yesterday I was bored sitting in front of my pc and I remembered that I should check the prices for laptops, because I wanted to buy a new one for about a year now. In 2 minutes of searching I found it, I found the best PC I've ever seen in terms of price-quality and today I went and bought it. I finally completed my desire that was to find a good price for a decent laptop!!

I found this model completly at random and it was just avaiable since about 2 days ago. I don't know if I have detached or not, but I clearly brought this to me somehow. I hadn't even done visualizations or any other manifestation techniques with this particular item. I just believed that one day I would find it!

EFT: The Vibration of Successful Weight Loss

There are many simple and successful avenues for losing weight permanently with EFT. EFT can masterfully neutralize your cravings, decrease your anxiety and your desire to hide, collapse the real emotions you eat over, erase your fears of being successful etc. However, combining EFT with certain Law of Attraction “games” and principles will speed up your success substantially.

A much overlooked tool is shifting your vibration from trying to get rid of your fat to allowing yourself to be thin. When you ALLOW yourself to feel thin, instead of forcing yourself to stop overeating…allow yourself to vibrate in a place of positive expectation, rather than assuming it won’t work again…your vibration and self-acceptance are completely different, and your body and mind are invited to cooperate with your desires. This can make all the difference between success and repeated failure.

When using EFT for weight loss, I recommend you ask yourself the following questions:

What is the downside of losing weight. Treat this “answer” or “yes, but…” with EFT so that when you say “I want to lose weight” your body and mind communicate a congruent message to the Universe.

    What am I afraid of if I reach my goal weight?
    What feelings am I eating over?
    What feelings would surface if I wasn’t allowed to overeat?
    What would happen if I didn’t lose the weight?

Then you want to look at your vibration around your weight and body. People who go to the gym to get rid of calories and get rid of their thighs don’t get very far. They are too focused on the problem, and aren’t vibrating at the right level to actually lose weight successfully and keep it off. One of the many reasons people regain the weight after a diet is that they don’t “feel” normal at their new weight, so they continue to “communicate” this discomfort to their mind and body. Eventually the body says “OK, I’ll go back to what I was before if it’ll make you happy.”

    Do you feel fat?
    Do you talk about how unhappy you are with your body?
    Do you believe you can be successful losing weight?
    What are your expectations?
    Are you focused on criticizing your body?
    How many hours a day do you wish you looked different?

All of these questions will reveal your true vibration around this topic. If you look at this in terms of the Law of Attraction, remember that you can’t get thin if you feel fat, because your vibration will be focused on “I’m fat” or “I’m overweight” and that will communicate a loud and clear signal to the Universe. You are essentially commanding: bring me more of what I am focused on…my overweight body.



When you use EFT to reduce these very loud signals, you will have a significantly clearer path in front of you and will be delivering or “offering” a congruent message about what you want. The Universe will “match” what you offer. You may be shocked at how easy it is to keep the weight off when you combine EFT with the Law of Attraction.

Karate chop point: Even though I feel fat all the time, and always have, I choose to accept myself anyway…Even though I’m trying to accept myself when I feel fat and unhappy about it, I accept who I am and appreciate my feelings…Even though I still feel fat, that’s OK, I know I am moving in the right direction.

EYEBROW: I feel fat every day.

SIDE OF EYE: I wonder what it would be like to feel thin.

UNDER EYE: I feel so fat and so uncomfortable.

NOSE: I want to feel thin.

CHIN: It scares me to feel thin.

COLLARBONE: I wonder if I’m ready for this.

UNDER ARM: I’m so accustomed to feeling fat.

HEAD: I hate how I look and don’t believe I can change this.

EYEBROW: I wonder what it would be like to imagine myself successful.

SIDE OF EYE: I’m considering the possibility that I might be able to “FEEL” thin before I “AM” thin.

UNDER EYE: I wonder if I could pretend that I feel thin before I get thin.

NOSE: I’m tire of feeling fat.

CHIN: I’m tired of being overweight.

COLLARBONE: Maybe I could change my “vibration” to feeling thin.

UNDER ARM: I wonder if I’m willing to try it.

HEAD: I feel slightly encouraged right now…

Karate chop point: Even though I still feel fat, I feel more hopeful about my energy…Even though I want to communicate what I want and not what I hate about my body, I accept who I am and how I feel…Even though I’m ready for a change, and I’m willing to do it differently this time, I accept who I am and how I feel.

If you can feel some subtle differences in what signals you are sending out from your mind, body and spirit, this will make a huge difference in your success with weight loss. Then when you have changed your vibration from “I’ve always been fat” to “I can do it differently this time,” you may work on some of the more difficult dieter’s challenges such as social occasions, stress triggers, or certain times of the day where your willpower collapses. Remember, willpower doesn’t work for more than a few days. Changing your vibration can work for a life time.

Karate chop point: Even though I’m worried about late night eating, I choose to accept how much calmer I am around this subject…Even though I’m worried about overeating when I’m lonely, I accept who I am and these terrible habits I have…Even though I hate feeling lonely, I accept who I am and how I feel anyway.

EYEBROW: I overeat when I’m lonely.

SIDE OF EYE: I’m tired of feeling terrible after I overeat.

UNDER EYE: Maybe I could change my “energy” around this.

NOSE: I can handle feeling lonely.

CHIN: I have the right tools now.

COLLARBONE: I appreciate my body.

UNDER ARM: I appreciate WHY I’ve been using food.

HEAD: I choose to change my behavior now.

EYEBROW: What if I’m not ready to change my behavior?

SIDE OF EYE: I accept who I am no matter what.

UNDER EYE: Maybe I could change my energy around this issue.

NOSE: I feel so much calmer about this subject.

CHIN: I love knowing I have the right tools.

COLLARBONE: I feel thinner already, and I appreciate my body.

Hi my dear friends.most of you know me.yeah i am Ava,a girl who joined this forum more than a year...and like many of you wanted to attract my ex back..all of my friends know that where i am coming...i tried a lot to attract him back..i tried visualization,affirmations,eft,meditation,vision board,relaxation,writing my goal,dream about it,magical creation box,having fun,seeing signs,active faith,hoponopono,remote seduction,etc.........i can't say nothing happened.cause sometimes i felt that i am so close and saw something in the real world...yes he texted me sometimes and we chatted sometimes and he came to my exhibition 4 months ago,but all of the results were temporary!!!he came close to me and then he disappeared again...i don't know why,may be i could not let it all go completely...when i joined this forum i promised myself that one day i will post my success story...but i could not do that...when i read some of my friends success story i told myself,if they could do that,i can do it too...but for me nothing happened and he didn't come back to me...he had left me more than 2 years ago and in these 2 years i could not have dates with others..cause i didn't want to make the universe confused.but since 3 months ago i had started to date others.that was not something special but could help me to switch my attention away from my ex...i wanted to be with him.the first date was on my birthday and i went out with a guy,while i was so desperate that my ex had forgotten my birthday...anyway i didn't want to see that guy again cause i didn't like his personality... i wanted my ex back so seriously...after that i started to talk to another guy.about 1 month ago.he loved me but i just liked him...for me he was just a friend but he loved me...still i was thinking about my ex and i checked if i had a missed call from him or not!!!!i can't deny that still i love him,yeah he was the one who i wanted to be with him for the rest of my life.he was the one who  taught me what love is...still when i think about him and his voice my heart wants to fly away BUT HE  IS ENDED FOR ME FOREVER...FOREVER....that was so difficult for me to say these words...still my eyes get wet,but what can i do?i have found someone special.someone who loves me and i think i am falling in love with him.he understands me.he is handsome.he is smart.he knows what i want before i say anything.he says i love you so much.you are the one Ava,you are the best...we spend a lot of good times with each other.i am happy when i am with him and i talk to him.i love his voice.he is so supportive.he doesn't make me nervous.he makes me feel good.he loves me unconditionally and it doesn't need to beg and pray to receive just one text message from him...WOW...you know,he had proposed me last year,but i didn't accept him because i wanted to attract my ex back.but he appeared in my life again(about 3 weeks ago)and he proposed me again and this time i accepted and i am grateful for having him in my life....guys i could not attract my ex back.but i have someone special in my life now.i don't know why i could not attract him back?i could not write my success story about my ex here.but may be this is a different kind of success story...i don't think about my ex anymore.i don't check him at all.i don't send him text messages and wait for his reply for hours...i have a real person in my life who loves me and thinks about me second by second and for the first time after 2 years and 8 months i feel that i am alive again....

Well, i am still looking for a new job and i really feel its on its way, i have filled out applications with different schools and sent resumes out to local towns so i know its just a matter of time!!! God already has it all planned out for me  :D :D :D that i am sure of!

I have been tapping every morning before work for daaaaays now and i feel it has kick started the manifestation process for me..i seemed to be in a bit of a slump lately. 

Its seemed that i just wasn't manifesting the things i was hoping for, at least not the big things..and even the small things not as often (i manifested so much in the beginning of my LOA journey!!!!)  So, i guess its normal that it slows down somewhat????

Well, today i got some SURPRISING...yet wonderful news :)

When speaking with my Supervisor at the school I was told that when school ends not only would i receive my final paycheck of the school year BUT i would also receive a second check for all the vacation time i haven't used..which is all of it since i really never take vacation time until the end of the school year anyway.   


So, in late June i will get an additional ''payout'' check for almost $1,400.00 plus my final paycheck!!!!! This is going to be such a great help to me, especially since i won't be working until (fingers crossed) late August when school starts up again!!!!


I am so happy about this because i wasn't even aware that people got vacation pay when they leave a job?


This is exactly what i asked for...to receive an unexpected check and to be financially secure while looking for a new job :) I can't even tell you how good this feels, especially since its not something i ever imagined!


I am just sooooooo truly grateful!!!

When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you don’t blame the lettuce. You look for reasons it is not doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or less sun. You never blame the lettuce. Yet if we have problems with our frie...nds or family, we blame the other person. But if we know how to take care of them, they will grow well, like the lettuce. Blaming has no positive effect at all, nor does trying to persuade using reason and argument. That is my experience. No blame, no reasoning, no argument, just understanding. If you understand, and you show that you understand, you can love, and the situation will change..

I know some people are using EFT or tapping, so i figured you might like this video. I never tried before so im going to give this a try. Plus the comments below are all very positive so who knows  :D

I keep visiting this forum many times a day , but I am now going to share and reggister my successes with you all.And thanks for sharing yours too! :)
Yesterday night I was about to wind up , and just picked up my office laptop by holding the screen area and suddenly my long nail hit on it a bit hard.The screen broke :(.It blurred then turned black and I could see the cracks.The display was gone.Ok I panicked for a moment.I thought when I take this to the IT  deaprtment tomorrow , they are gonna charge me for this.But it quickly stuck me why not try to use LOA, and just trust.

I immedeately wiped off, literally wiped off all negative thoughts, fears and trouble in mind and started to listen to music, read some book and just let it be.Int he morning it occured to me, I thought I should try switiching it on and see, but I didn't.I thought I should concentrate on getting ready and feel good.I did.Heard music on my way to office and decided that I will see what happens only at office and not think before that.I concioously warded of tension and trouble to myself.
I went to this IT guy and he said it is a damage and will be sent to Insurance.He said he will replace my lap top in just two hours.The old one will be billed by insurance :D :D
Guys I am telling you, normally I would have killed myself in the mind with this tension, but I decided to try LOA conciously.I have been reading new angles of LOA these day a lot.So i put it to use.I am truly very hapy today.I am jumping with joy.This is a big achievement for me, to overcome the mind turbulence and in turn bring it to physical manifestation.Thank you Universe and thank you to me for implementing and thnk you to you All for reading !!!

I did some meditating and headed to bed... but got a FLOOD of anger towards my ex.... I mean, I am just a nice Jesus lovin' girl... and I just felt SO enraged!!! I prayed.. wrote him a very colorful letter and tossed it in the trash. I feel much better!  ;D Almost giddy in fact.. strange! I'm sure I just set myself back...
Just found this video, its a great story about how we can all turn our lives around and make the impossible possible.

Carry a stone with you in your pocket or purse(throughout the day) which you feel is special.Any ordinary stone that you like works fine
Everytime you see or touch it,think of something you are grateful for.
You'll be feeling grateful throughout the day as you'd be searching for things to be grateful for ,as a result you'll find more things to be grateful for.
At night remove the stone from your pocket or purse.
keep it back in place in the morning.
You will feel amazing everyday and will receive your desires your faster and quicker :)

I've noticed a lot of people dont feel as though they have made much progress. However its human nature to sometimes over look the little things that ultimately make up the big picture. The most important thing is the changes in ones self. A lot of people ignore that and focus outside themselves in order to manifest. But its important to build yourself inside first.
Ask yourself these questions to see how far you've come. Lets see whose noticed that they had even changed like this and feel free to add anymore personal changes in you!

When you think about past hurt (i.e. an ex leaving you) do you dwell on it still or immediately switch your thought to something else?

Do you notice when those around you are complaining or talking negatively?

Do you find yourself watching what you say, making sure its as positive as possible?

Do you make the effort to smile more?

Do you want to appear more warm and friendly to others?

Do you now ignore other people's stupidity and fail to pass judgement on them anymore?

Do you find yourself walking away from arguments and not feeling provoked?

Has any faith built in you? Even the smallest bit?

Do you consciously choose not to associate with depressing or angry people?

Do you make decisions to enjoy events that you normally wouldn't enjoy?

Thats all I can think of at the top of my head! And if some, if not all, dont yet apply to you- its time to start asking yourself these questions and responding with answers that will make you happy!
