So I have once again been doing a great deal of thought on this.  Now I am hoping that those that have experienced all this first hand will chime in and correct me where I am wrong. 

So the conclusions, for lack of a better word right now, that I have come to recently on this are based on me noticing a certain sign when I am thinking a certain way and when I am not.  I asked a while
back to be shown something to let me know when I am on and off coarse, and I am pretty sure that I have been.  When I noticed this sign I would also notice that I felt calm and at peace with my train of
thought.  I also over the weekend read something that helped.  Some one said, Letting go doesnt mean giving up, it means moving on.  That may not be the exact quote but it was the idea and it was about that long.

So i pondered on this and combined it with what was already going through my head.  I noticed that when I thought about the end reasult, felt the joy of the end reasult and felt as if it was going on
right now, I would see my little sign.  Then I noticed when i thought about the details, such as, what is she doing, what if shes thinking this, what what what.  Basically the details of it all, no sign.  nothing.
Now let me tell you, when I get to see these signs it a flood of em.  not one or two but 10 or so in the matter of 30 mins or less. 

So all this brought me to this thought.  Like that person said, very simply, Letting go isnt giving up, its simply letting go of what was to move on to what will be.  think about going down a river, or watch someone
go down the river.  you are going to hold on to the shore and get to your destination are you.  you have to let go of the shore to start moving.  you arent going to row against the current to get to
your destination down river are you.  nor are you going to move forward by trying to relive the past.  so we let go of the shore, go with the flow of the river, navigate and make adjustments as needed.
and then arrive at our destination, excited and full of energy because we went with the flow of the river. 

Just like if you have never went down rapids and are going down for the first time, letting go is a little freaky.  you dont know the river, it looks like its moving really fast and who knows whats about to happen.
But once you let go, the nerves start to ease up and you begin to relax and have fun.  ya you have to avoid a few rocks, which get you a lil anxious and worried, but by going with the flow of the river
and making slight adjustments, you get around the rock.  the more you do that, the more trust you have in your abilities to navigate the river.  soon enough you are finding new rivers and navigating
more and more rivers with out doubt.

hope this helps some.  just kinda what i have been lost in thought about for the last week or two.  heck maybe longer lol.

Keep in mind that you deserve to be happy, and more importantly, you must possess this feeling at all times in order for your emotions to be in line with your desires. When your thoughts and your emotions are at the same frequency level, the universe interprets this as a ‘go signal’ for it to begin manifesting your desire into your reality.

Life is all about joy, love, and peace. Live it with passion for success. Be excited about having what you are desiring for, for once you have thought of having it, the universe is already in motion to give it to you.

I noticed in the past days that my state of mind and whatever is in my head tends to manifest quite instantly.

What I noticed most importantly - again - is that it does take effort; not to let go - but the whole part before letting go.

Sometimes the state of the body is also quite harsh.
Say I am very tired and can't bother about thinking positively. Then I automatically start thinking negatively and it just gets worse. It's damn true!

The converse is true about positive things.

But it takes lots of effort.

As far as I am concerned, I think that even when I affirm positively and use LOA properly, there are moments in which my mind wants to resist the positiveness.
It's because my mind is full of negative information through past experiences and advice from cynic people.

But sometimes, when I REALLY REALLY WANT TO and I tell myself NOW IS NO TIME TO WASTE ON NEGATIVE THOUGHTS, I TRULY WANT AND CARE ABOUT HAVING THAT - in such cases, I get the energy to think positively and fully calm down.
What happened at the beginning of what I wrote in "LOA saved me instantly" was exactly that.

I rejected any negative thoughts that came.
I rejected any thoughts about "this negative scenario might be possible"
I rejected every thought about my past in which negative scenarios happened.
(it takes lots of effort to do this, because the mind is fast)

...and LOA was really instant; the entire rest of the day Terra wanted to stay alone with me.

It was incredible. But it was brief, because I think the energy lasted only that day.

I wonder whether if I find that energy and power again, I can yield higher results more consistently.

    Doubt – Doubt is the opposite of trust and believing. If you do not believe, you cannot expect to achieve. The Law of Attraction works 100% of the time, whether you choose to accept it or not. When you are in a state of doubt, you only attract more confusion into your life. While I understand that it is not easy to get rid of old, limiting beliefs; you must realize that those are the same beliefs that have put you in the position you are in right now. Empty your cup, and have faith in your power as a creator.
    Your actions contradict your intentions – If your goal is to lose 10 pounds, you can sit there and visualize about being slimmer all you want, but if you spend 20 minutes meditating on how you are going to lose 10 pounds and then get up and immediately start eating a box of munchkins, you are contradicting yourself. If your goal is to save $20,000 for a new car and you turn around and splurge all your current savings on an impulsive shopping spree, then you are contradicting yourself. Usually, contradicting actions on your part are accompanied with negative emotions, usually guilt. Whenever you feel negative emotions such as guilt or discomfort, observe the situation you’re in, because it means that you are attracting something that you do not want. In the case of the first example, you will feel negative emotion because you are attracting 10 more pounds instead of attracting a slimmer body. In the second example, you will feel negative emotion because you are attracting $20,000 in debt instead of $20,000 in savings. Do not contradict your intentions by taking conflicting actions.
    Your intentions are not pure – You must have pure intentions when you practice the Law of Attraction. When I say “pure”, I am not necessarily saying “good.” When I tell you that your intentions must be pure, I am telling you that there cannot be any extraneous values attached to your intention. For example, if you say, “I want to manifest a million dollars so that people will respect me more,” you are not really wishing for a million dollars–you are wishing for respect. Pick one or the other; make your intentions pure.
    You are trying to attract from a stand-point of “not having” – You can’t say, “I don’t have any money,” and expect to attract money. You can’t ask, “How come nobody wants to be with me?” and expect to attract romance. You can’t say, “I don’t want to be poor,” and expect to be rich. It just doesn’t happen that way. Think about it like this: If your child was about to throw a toy across the room and hit someone with it, what would be a more effective command? Would you rather say, “Drop the toy,” or “Don’t throw the toy?” And for your sake, I hope you picked the first choice. Sometimes, all it takes is a different approach to make all the difference.
    Your intentions are not your true desires - A common mistake beginners make when it comes to the Law of Attraction is the belief that The LOA is all about thought. The fact is, The LOA is more about feelings than anything else. Think of a time when you really wanted something, whether it was a raise, a car, or to a certain result. Remember how you felt. When you truly desire something, you literally feel an “obsession” towards it. For example, when I was trying to build muscle a few summers ago, I became obsessed with everything that had to do with gaining weight and building muscle: I became health conscious, diet conscious, and sleep conscious. I read articles about getting bigger; I asked friends who were already muscular how I could build some muscle; and I worked out like a madman. Within a few months, I had the body I wanted. If you are trying to manifest things that you don’t truly have a burning desire for, it just won’t come true. You can ask the universe for a million dollars, but if you don’t really want a million dollars, you’ll never see it because you don’t truly want it.

1) Set Goals and have Clear Intentions
Start with goals that are relatively easy to reach, ones that do not challenge your belief systems too much, thereby causing little resistance. It is good to stretch a little, in terms of your beliefs as to what is possible, but don't go too far when you first start with the process of creative manifesting and visualization

2) Create a Clear Picture / Vivid Idea
It is very important to be very specific about your wishes and desires. It is also important to let go of the specifics of how it will come to you. For example, if you want a new home, do not give a moment's thought to how the money will come to pay for the home, simply create a clear picture of your new home and allow the Universe to sort out the details.

3) Frequent Focus/Discipline
The more you visualize, the more real it will become. Call upon your natural skills of discipline and make your manifesting a part of your daily routine

4) Focus on having, not on lack
Do not give any thought, power or energy to the thought of not having what you want.

5) Challenge your feelings
When feelings of "I can't have this", "I am not worthy" or "This is impossible" come, simply stop yourself in your tracks and ask "How do I want to feel?" or "What thought do I wish to have", then get back on track with thinking along the lines of having.

6) Inner Work
Make it a part of your life to work on your inner negative images and beliefs concerning yourself. Use regular mediation to re-program your beliefs, seek out therapists, counselors and workshops that can assist you to change your inner dialogue. Manifesting can take you on to a path of deep inner healing.

7) Make Manifesting a daily part of your life
You are already expending a lot of thought energy towards lack, and creating conditions that don't suit you. Simply use that energy consciously to create your
hearts desire.

8 ) Contact Soul
Spend time sitting with yourself and ask your inner being or Soul to be with you. The more you do this, the more you will be infused with the natural creative abundance of your Soul.

9) Do not use Manifesting to manipulate others
If you are looking for a life partner, do not use manifesting techniques for getting a specific person to love you. Simply make a clear request to the Universe for your ideal love, and allow the Universe to take care of the details.

10) Practice Generosity and Gratitude
The more you appreciate what you have, the more open you will be to receive more. Acts of generosity will affirm your belief in unlimited abundance.
