Hello all,

I wanted to come post today because the last I posted something it was very sad and I was full of anger. That is something I chose to rise against and learned that the past is the past. From taking my advice that you lovely people have given me on here and advice I knew I had to do but was just too hurt or stubborn to do it, i asked God for forgiveness. Not just for the people who once hurt me but for myself, I knew i was on the right path but to truly be happy i had to let go of all my last hurt against my ex AND and friends. A couple days ago, I had asked God that morning to allow me to forgive not only them but myself for allowing myself that I was wasting energy focusing hurt and anger on them. Then the other night it dawned on me wow if you love yourself no matter what others do,make sure you love yourself and send your love even to those who you think dont want it!  And  thats exactly what Ive been doing since then. I feel GREAT!! I was happy  but now im even more so! Im more grateful and many opportunities have open up just that quickly!!!! Even more so in the beginning I was having dreams of my ex begging for forgiveness then when I starting feeling hurt again, all my dreams were of him being distant. Like him and his friends were hanging out across the street and like a child I feel to scared to cross the street and rejected. Last night I had a dream and he was close to me together and all! I dont know if thats a sign but im not looking into it either. Ive truly let go. I will always love him regardless of the outcome. All I know is I woke up with a smile on my face that I feel free of negativity.  Thank you all and many  blessings!

THE LAW AND HOW IT WORKS FOR ME

I STARTED PRACTICING THE LAW ON MARCH 26 2K11…IN THE BEGINNING I HAD NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW, WITH ONE INTENTION AND THAT WAS TO GET MY THEN EX OF 5 YEARS BACK I SEARCH THE INTERNET DAILY AND THIS WAS WHERE MY JOURNEY BROUGHT ME.

MY STORY AND WHAT I HAVE LEARN AND HOW I APPLY IT SIMPLY PUT……

1. MAIN FOCUS MY DESIRE N HAVING MY DESIRE….

STEPS I TOOK TO GET TO MY SUCCESS.

A. I LEARN THE LAW IN DOING SO I READ A LOT OF LOA MATERIALS

STEPS:

ASK…I WROTE A PETITION STATING TO GOD/UNIVERSE/SOURCE ENERGY WHAT MY DESIRE WAS

BELIEVE…WHICH I THINK IS THE HARDEST OF THE THREE STEPS. BUT I BELIEVE WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT THAT THE SOURCE DID HEAR/RECEIVE MY PETITION AND WOULD DELIVER TO ME MY DESIRE SOON ENOUGH…IN BELIEVING I LET GO OF THE OUTCOME LEAVING IT ALL UP TO THE SOURCE.

RECEIVE…I RECEIVE MUCH SOONER THAN I HAD EXPECTED BECAUSE I BELIEVE. I NEVER ANALYZE OR QUESTION THE SOURCE …I NEVER TRY TO READ INTO EVERY SMALL DETAILS OR ACTION OF MY DESIRE ONCE PROGRESS WAS STARTING TO SHOW…BASICALLY I LEFT EVERYTHING UP TO THE SOURCE.

2. I WORKED ON MYSELF DURING THE PROCESS…I FOUND UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FOR MYSELF, IN DOING SO I FORGAVE ME, HIM AND OTHERS WHO HAD CONTRIBUTED NEGATIVELY TO MY SITUATION.

3. RESISTANCE THAT I ENCOUNTERED I REMOVED INITIALLY WITH FASTER EFT…MEDITATION…LATER HO’HOPONOPONO WHICH I SWEAR BY.

4. I GIVE THANKS DAILY TO GOD/UNIVERSE/SOURCE ENERGY (GRATITUDE) FOR WHAT I HAVE AND WAS YET TO RECEIVE.

5. I KEPT MYSELF IN A VERY POSITIVE VIBRATION...ALL POSITIVE ENERGY..WHEN RESISTANCE WOULD SOMETIMES POP UP NEGATIVE THOUGHTS/CHATTER ALL THE DISTORTION GOING ON IN THE MIND/HEAD I WOULD ENTERTAIN THEM JUST FOR A WHILE THEN I RELEASE THEM I DID NOT FIGHT WITH THEM...I KEPT BUSY WITH WORK N TAKING CARE OF ME!!!!!!

6. I TOOK ACTION WHEN I WAS AT PEACE WITH MYSELF…WITH NO DOUBT OR FEAR OF WHAT THE OUTCOME WOULD BE IF I INITIATE CONTACT.  I KNEW THAT MY HAPPINESS DID NOT DEPEND ON HIM I COULD LIVE MY LIFE ACCORDINGLY WITH OR WITHOUT HIM…THE FEELING IN MY GUT WAS SO AMAZING AFTER I FOUND INNER PEACE IT WAS PURE BLISS …UNCONDITIONAL LOVE JOY…HAPPINESS FORGIVENESS …SINCERITY ALL THOSE WONDERFUL FEELING THAT COMES WITH LOVING ONESELF AND EVERYTHING AROUND US.

BY APRIL 12, 2K11...THIS WAS ME TAKING ACTION BY SENDING A TEXT MESSAGE…HE RESPONDED WITHIN SECOND...WHICH INCLUDES A SMILEY FACE  I NEVER RESPOND…2 DAYS LATER WHILE SITTING AT MY PC TYPING HE TEXT…N THAT WAS HOW AND WHEN THE AWKWARDNESS WAS BROKEN AFTER THAT HE CONTINUED TO INITIATE CONTACT.

WHERE WE ARE  NOW…..

PURE HAPPINESS…MANY OF YOU MAY HAVE HEARD ME TALKED ABOUT A CRUISE THAT WE WILL BE TAKING IN DECEMBER...WELL I HAD NOT MENTION ANYTHING TO HIM SINCE OUR NEW RELATIONSHIP N LAST WEEK HE WAS LIKE..."HONEY DO U KNOW THAT WE R STILL GOING ON THE CRUISE IN DECEMBER?" ALL I CAN SAY IS LOA AT ITS BEST.....I HAVE EVER SINCE BEING SAYING IT, ONLY NOT TO HIM OR ANYONE OTHER THAN ON THIS FORUM...WOOW . I AM REALLY GRATEFUL AND HAPPY FOR THE EXPERIENCE.. BEING IN THAT SITUATION HAS BROUGHT ME CLOSER TO MY SPIRITUALITY I HAVE FOUND THAT TRUE LOVE FOR SELF AND OTHERS…I AM GLAD THAT I DID LOOSE ME TO FIND ME…I AM GRATEFUL FOR THIS NEW RELATIONSHIP IT IS BETTER THAN THE ONE WE HAD BEFORE…AND EVEN THOUGH I HAVE EXPERIENCE A FAMILY SITUATION RECENTLY, THAT I LOOK AT NOW AS A STEPPING STONE INTO ANOTHER CHAPTER/DIRECTION IN MY LIFE ONE THAT IS SEPARATE AND APART FROM MY HONEY BUT CONNECTED SOMEWHAT BECAUSE HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR THE SITUATION THAT I WAS IN WITH MY HONEY I WOULD NOT KNOW LOA SO I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH THAT TRAGEDY HAS I DID…LIFE WITH MY HONEY IS WONDERFUL  WE LOVE EACH OTHER SO MUCH TRIES TO SHOW IT IN SUCH SMALL TINY WAYS EACH AND EVERY DAY…WE  DO HAVE MISUNDERSTANDINGS EVERY NOW AND THEN WHICH IS SO APART OF OUR HUMAN NATURE IN THIS MUNDANE WORLD OF OURS... I DO NOT HOWEVER LET IT KEEP ME OUT OF MY POSITIVE VIBRATION FOR TOO LONG…LIFE IS WONDERFUL LIFE IS GREAT AND I GIVE THANKS EVERY DAY TO THE SOURCE  N YOU GUYS HERE WHO HAD GIVEN ME THE STRENGTH AND COURAGE WHEN I NEEDED IT THE MOST…NOT TO QUIT... Can You Use Law of Attraction to Attract a Specific Person Into Your Life?

Specific person may be an ex or a person ur in love with(one sided) or even when that person doesn’t want to have a romantic relationship with u and so and so.. I’ve done a lot of readings about attracting a specific person and like to share what they concluded..
 
1)When you decide that you want a loving relationship with someone and that you are open to receiving it any way, the universe wants to bring it to you then that’s law of attraction and being a vibrational match for it.

I totally agree with this.
 
2)As because another person is involved and this person has his own intentions you cannot control what he will do, and you cannot ask the universe to force someone to feel a certain way about you.
 Now, that is not to say that he will not come back into your life.  It could actually happen that way.  But you can’t ask the universe to bring you a certain person. That’s like black magic or mind control in the sense that you are asking the universe to make something happen.  What you really want to do is open yourself to receive a loving relationship and prepare yourself to receive that love.  What if the universe is trying to send you the perfect guy and you are insisting it be this other one?

This one concerns with the free will of that specific person we desire to attract.. Why it’s that we cant ask for that specific one when its good for both the persons involved and for everyone else too(those persons families and friends).. I guess this isn’t sort of forcing/compelling anyone to love us as we are doing this from a place of deep and true love.. also we are doing this in a spiritual and psychic way and the other person doesn’t even know that we are doing so and so to be with them.. we just act normal with the person we are in love with(as in my case, I love him but I don’t express it to him and just being a good friend of him with the belief in my heart coz when I expressed my desire months ago he said for sure that he’ll never love me as im not his type).. but Im still pursuing.. why? Coz I love him truly and I believe and will keep believing that things will turn out some day.. it could turn out in whatever way and im not clinging with the 'how'.. coz i realize that to the Universal power that created us there's nothing like impossible and impossible is nothing.. in this case if we have a strong love and unshakable faith and belief why’s that that the person will not love us the same way as we do??

I know I have written a few thank you notes to you all here, well you all deserve them.  This one is a little diffirent.  I want to thank you all for allowing me to share what I have come to learn of this life and this process.  I still have much more to learn and will always strive to learn more. you guys have shown appreciation for my words and I cant thank you enough for that.  Thank you to those who have helped me break through barriers with your wise words.    I promised god many moons ago, that in exchange for enlightening me and giving me knowledge, I would share it with others and help others in any way I could.

I cant thank you all enough for allowing me to learn from you.  You guys have been a great support and a great inspiration.  So many of us started off with an empty feeling and it does nothing but bring me great joy when I get on here and see all of our progress.  Even on our bad days, I still see progress in the thoughts and words that are expressed.

Hello beautiful people!!!

What a wonderful day it is! I'm very grateful to be part of this forum, and to have you influencing my life, and hopefully, influencing your lives as well!

It occurred to me some time ago, that as much as we focus on helping eachother through tough times here on the forum, we should focus equally, if not a bit more, on the SUCCESSES that already happened! This is to activate the vibration of success for all of us. You know that feeling when you read a success story?? the optimism, certainty, belief and trust? I believe if we focus on that more than 51% of the time, we'll reach the tipping point, and our ability to manifest will shift with it!

- Previous successes that happened on this forum, whose members don't come here as often as they used to.
- Any other relationship success stories that you come across, I personally have an arsenal of success stories that i go to whenever i feel doubtful, and i'm more than glad to be sharing it here with you!!

            Well, over in Law and Attraction and Relationships, I'm thinking myself into a right proper tizz about trying to get The Ex back. I went away this weekend and before I did so, I thought I'd try to think about manifestation more rationally, away from the hotbed of home. So, I thought about 2 things I'd manifested recently.

The first was some knowledge. I work for a big organisation and had, a while ago, thought quite idly, 'I wonder where the boss lives.' After all, he earns a big whack, these are lean times and it just got me thinking. Anyway, I let that query go and lo and behold last week, I was privvy to an office conversation which revealed the exact whereabouts.

Secondly, I saw a woman in a magazine last week, wearing a dress which I thought was lovely. 'Ah well,' I thought, as I read that she'd designed and made it herself. At about 12pm today, I wander into a shop and find an identical dress, £30, my size, bargain.

The thing for me about these manifestations is they followed the steps of ask, believe and receive and I did just that, but instead of trying to believe with earnest joy, studied vision boards and an emphasis on happiness, I believed by just, I guess, not querying or analysing my request, or breaking down into the possible hows and wheres and whens. I just thunk it (as it were ; )), and then let it go. So they came....

Getting an ex back is, I suspect, far harder because I can think the same idle thought of how nice it would be to have him here again, but I can't leave that thought there. I have to poke it with a stick, pick it up, ask how? When? Who? Why? I have to send, I suppose, conflicted intentions.

Last night, I was watching TV and I thought, 'I'd like a sign, please, a sign that my ex is still around,' and about 5 minutes later, his very private and personal nickname was mentioned. Granted, his nickname is in two parts and they mentioned one word but one word that stood out a million miles for me. I nearly dropped my book. (I multi-task). Again, not much investment in asking whatsoever, but I got the result.

This ties in with Iron Urs post about letting go and detachment, and the bible to getting your ex back which is filled with 'let go.'

I think I'm getting the hang of this more and more...

I am not sure how many people here have heard of Ho'oponopono and how great it can be in adding that extra boost to the Law of Attraction helping us get receive what we desire.

I use a vision board myself and do a ton of visualization and I have to say it is great, but being able to clear my head long enough to receive the inspired thoughts that guide us down the path to what we want is easier said for some than it is for others.

When you have those beliefs that have been with you from your childhood, they can conflict with what you are trying to attract.

Ancient Hawaiian Ho'oponopono allows you to let go of those limiting thoughts, helping you get to the Zero State were intuition and inspiration flows to you like rushing water of a beautiful waterfall.

Ho'oponopono and no expectation, I feel is perfect for boosting the Law of Attraction because you are letting go allowing the Law of Attraction to work for you and best of all you are not limiting yourself with intentions that prevent you from truly receiving everything...

I would love to get other peoples thoughts...

After quite a few months, i am writing a post.. Thats because for the past few months.. I had actually vanished.. I really mean it ,'vanished'.. and today I have all the things i ever wanted!!
Yes, am a winner in my life, and tomorrow you all will be .. I'll share my experience, and it might help you get your equation right!!
When i first started following LOA..
I had huge problems,
My boyfriend dumped me for no good reason,
My career was so confused that i could actually end up being a janitor.. Lol
My family was so upset with my night outs , loud friends, and my absence from home!
And, i did all this because i wanted to escape the vacuum of my life... and each day i'd sit and wonder how the hell would LOA work for me? I read a million books, i was monitoring lil progress , tried to be happy with that.. but no big fish yet.. if you read my old posts, you'd know too.. how i'd be all geared up for little things happening, and i'd obsess about it and finally end up like a fool,  i needed MIRACLES to make this stuff work..
Until one day i found it out... its a big circle!! This entire LOA is a circle, and if you miss one step you'll automatically skip the circle..
SOLUTION ----
Observe it closely ..
You want something.......... You visualize it.......... And, most important process.. YOU STOP WORRYING.... soon you practically forget about it........ You unknowingly, Let go off it........ So, life without worrying, makes you happy all the time.......... Things start happening......... Soon, you manifest it all..
But this is not what i see going around here, most of us keep monitoring all the little progress of your lives.....

How the secret works?? Over the net, each day a new method is coming out, and keeping a track of it.. just means you're still conscious about it...!!!

Today i am so grateful because my entire book of dreams have almost come true...
I have my guy with me completely stable in my terms , and if i want to stay with him forever or not.. is my decision not his!!...I decide
I got through three top universities in UK, and my parents so proud of me...
Yet, i am gonna drop that.. and follow my passion..
My family, is never been so supportive in my life..
I am leaving town in three months, for the biggest opportunity.. i cracked a internship in my country's top add agency!!.. big break
My friends love me even more,
I keep getting wedding proposals from men way better than i ever expected, and just like that.. i don't wanna marry anymore,
because i just got to know myself.. and i wanna follow my passion and be myself, before i commit to something so huge!!... and the only way i did it, was by....
 Forgetting about all the things, i'd want something and visualize it, once a day or so... and stop worring about it, and honestly, some days i'd even forget to check the progress.. and soon i didn't care enough!!!.. Being selfish is not bad, its just being smart.. Positively selfish.. God didn't make you to be somebody else's couch.. stand up for yourself, and speak your heart.. and give a damn!! The one's who really matter, would understand.. and for the rest, You'd understand.. and sometimes its really good to loose a few things and few people, because in the long run.. all they do, is create problems!

What matters is... You trust the universe, it'll keep you the happiest... and rest is not your head ache, and what you want might not work out , word by word sometimes.. but what matters is... You'll actually end up getting something which is a perfect FIT to your life... and you'd be more than happy!!! ... So, the word you've gotta remember now is... "JUST CHILL"....
and, you have nothing to loose.. but if you let all go, if you everything to win

We already know for a thought to take form, we have to feel it as well. So what if there was a way to eliminate virtually all negative feelings so that we can only feel positive ones? Well...there is. And it's pretty easy.

If you're not familiar with EMDR, it's used to treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and other painful memories/beliefs. In studies it's been used to eliminate PTSD in WW2 and Vietnam War Veterans in fewer than sometimes 5 sessions, where traditional therapy would take years. This is very useful if you have painful memories/beliefs that are holding you back. All you do is focus on the painful memory in detail, make it as vivid as possible, try to bring all the pain to the surface, and when you apply this all the pain will be eliminated from that memory/belief. As you go through each eye movement you'll notice that the negativity gets harder and harder to feel, but keep trying. It's kind of like stirring up a pool with dirt and leaves at the bottom so they float to the top and then they're removed. It doesn't take away the memory, but when you think about it, you'll feel virtually no negativity toward it.

I highly suggest doing this with not only all negative memories, but all negative ideas as well. Pretty soon you'll find it almost impossible to feel any negativity.

This information in this paragraph isn't necessary for you to use it, but for anyone who is curious as to how it works I'll explain it here. When you think of something, your eyes move different ways and access different parts of the brain. For example when you're thinking of a feeling your eyes move to the bottom left. When you're remembering something visual your eyes move to the top right. What this process does is correctly links up different quadrants of the brain to where the negative feelings are eliminated.

You have to watch this video in full screen mode, and you can use this video any time that negativity pops up.
