You need to stop worrying about them, its completely irrelevant what their life is… or more specifically what you perceive it is. Trust me we all put on a show for people, even when we are unhappy. I cant tell you the number of times I had those very same people, who act like their life is perfect… break down and tell me how truly unhappy they are.

So if you try to live up to that image you will never be happy, because its not real. We all have issues and problems, regardless of how we present ourselves to the world.

As for everything else, I think you are holding out for something else to happen. I know because Ive been there before myself. Nothing seemed to be moving in my career, relationships or other areas. Then things just started to snowball, and within a month or two everything totally changed. Not only did it change, but it was better than I expected.

So think of this time not as a failure, but as a build up to something better… something yet unseen but well worth the wait. The quiet before the storm if you will.

There is no magic formula, like in having to do something for x times in order to receive it. Visualizations, affirmations and so on are just tools, tools to impress a certain image on the subconscious mind. Once the subconscious gets the image, it starts working its magic.
For some it works to write down and forget, for others to visualize once and it happens, or to just have a thought about the desire. Manifestations usually happen when people least expect them, because they happen once the people drop the resistance, when they stop fighting the situation they wish to change. When the desired outcome becomes an inner reality it gets reflected as an outer reality as well.
You, as a human being, can't manifest. A bigger part of you is taking care of the manifestation. Your only job is to get into the feeling of having what you want until it becomes natural to you.

After a very successful event celebrating my Mom and Dads 25 th anniversary where there were more than 200 guests. Each of the guest brought blessings to my parents and to my family. I realized today that money and gifts are not important. What is important are those genuine blessings. I could see on each guest's face if they were sincerely happy to be here or were they jealous and felt in a negative way. But overall there were enough well wishing from everyone that made the event such a massive success.

So, I am here to distribute those blessings to everyone in this forum.

Here are the blessings for everyone -   

I wish everyone a very happy married lives full with love and laughter.
I wish everyone a very grand life with financial freedom.
I wish everyone a healthy and a prosperous life !

UPDATE: It turns out that one of the 'naturals' I studied may, in fact, be a disciple of LOA after all! Her 2012 in review Facebook post talked an awful lot about "manifesting" more dreams in the future, and much of the language in general read like it was informed by the law of attraction teachings. If that is the case, she has really got the hang of things! In the last two weeks she's already traveled to three different countries, staying in all the best hotels, and her business undertakings seem to be more successful than ever. It's awe inspiring. 

Another of my subjects -- the part-time model who just happened to be 'discovered' by the Vogue street-style photographer on her birthday while wearing a homemade party dress -- just launched her own clothing line before the new year. She's only in her early twenties and already has her own self-earned studio in New York City's garment district where she hand sews all her designs with her team. I've marveled to see each of her dreams come true one by one with startling ease.

Remember: whatever you put your mind to can and will be yours!

Yesterday I had cool experience.

I had been talking to a friend about my band and making music, I confessed to her that I had a big block around success with my music. Becasue I didn't get encouragement when I was younger, in fact I got flat out discouragement from my parents when I first joined a band. They told that I couldn't sing and I was embarrassing myself... 

Anyway, as usual I ignored them. 

But while I was talking to my friend I realised that I had always played it safe with music and never wanted to admit to myself that it was anything but "a bit of fun". I realised I was scared that if I admitted that I wanted to be successful that I would be cut down by people saying, "You can't do that, you're no good at it, who do you think you are?"

So I openly admitted to my friend that I would LOVE to be successful and we had this really cool talk about that and I felt really good about allowing it.

Anyway went to band practice and first I got told that there is a (small) label that is interested in signing us if they like our new album because they really liked our last one.

Also our drummer works in a record store was telling us about a guy who came into the store that afternoon just to buy our album. WHen he took it to the counter he was gushing about how good this band is, how much he loved us!!! Our drummer had to sheepishly say "yeah, I'm in that band" haha.

The guy went on to say how he had seen us play a year ago and the my voice was amazing and the songs were beautiful and so on.

Wow, talk about filling in the grid!!.

Just and awesome manifestation and a great reminder never to let your limiting beliefs stop you from getting what you want!

Hi MJStokes86,

Instead of saying "here is what I want in an opportunity", you should say "here is what have".  You should visualize the job of your dreams as if you have it.  Feel how it will feel to have the job.  See yourself sitting at your desk reviewing your benefits package, see yourself sitting in a meeting with your boss and other co-workers laughing, see yourself walking into a beautiful hotel room with your name tag representing your company, etc.  Make sure you are in a good place when you visualize, not in a desperate place.  Also, write your intention down, visualize it and let it go.  Just be happy.

Trust me, I know.  I have my dream job.  No, better than I dreamed.  I got a call for an interview within days and I got my job offer within hours of my interview.

Totally agree with this. I did the exact same thing posted here.. and i made a little vision board... it was pretty shitty with  4-5 pictures on my comp but i felt great looking at it. I didnt this for a few weeks and got the job i wanted all along. So yes very good advice given here.

I did, and i did notice results. Well i would take it a little further than just visualizing.

I would try to really have a high vibration before going to sleep. As in feeling really positive and good about things... and almost actually trying to feel relaxed and on a higher level.

I noticed that i felt much better in the morning, and my following day was much better. In addition i did manifest things quicker this way. You have to figure since you are sleeping any vibration beforehand will stay there during the night. SO really there is no negativity or other thoughts that will bring you dont, so you are pretty much sustaining a higher frequency for a 8+ period of time.

In any case hope this helps, since i have done it and it works.

A man walks into a restaurant with a full-grown ostrich behind him. The waitress asks them for their orders. The man says, “A hamburger, fries and a coke,” and turns to the ostrich. “What’s yours?” “I’ll have the same,” says the ostrich.

“That’s brilliant!” says the waitress. “Most people would ask for a million dollars or something, but you’ll always be as rich as you want for as long as you live!”

“That’s right. Whether it’s a gallon of milk or a Rolls Royce, the exact money is always there,” says the man.

I would like to suggest Believe. It is an action. My guy has that tattoo'd and I want the same. Plus the cursive B looks really pretty. lol

But I like "believe" over belief because it's a verb rather than a noun. It encourages an action from you.

Please keep posting, truelove! These feelings are the BEST! Because if the physical reality around you is what you want but you feel BAD, the physical reality will soon and quickly change to something you don't want. Yet, if, as you are doing, you feel GREAT!!! Then physical reality will soon match that - and you have learned the power within yourself to feel GREAT no matter what, so when little things in physical reality pop up that you don't like you will have the power to keep feeling GREAT and your physical reality will be GREAT FOREVER!!!
