Step 1: Answer three basic questions about yourself. a. Who am I? - What are your interests? What makes you happy? What are your strengths and weaknesses? b. Where do I want to go? - People usually go to work for a living. But successful people do something that carries them upward, not downward or sideways. They get to enjoy life, meet interesting people, earn more money, do more with and for those they love and help others to achieve it. So know the reason for your being, where are you headed? c. How do I get where do I want to go? 1. Get the best possible training and experience to qualify for what you want to do. 2. Be willing to sacrifice and sacrifice some more. Step 2: Dream in SPECIFICS, not in generalities. - How much is a lot of money? What is a better job? What kind of business do you want? - Be a creative dreamer - someone who knows what, precisely what, he or she wants. Step 3: Set a time frame for your dream fulfillment. - "Life is too short to be little" - Life is too short to waste. Dreams are fulfilled only through action, not through endless planning to take action. Step 4: Visualize the dream as already attained. - There are many ways to visualize a dream. If you want a higher income, paste the amount on the streering wheel on your car or on the bathroom mirror - any place that you'll be reminded of it several times a day. Or when you're alone, say out loud - again several times a day. Step 5: Make a total commitment to your dream. - There is a psychological law, porrly understood and seldom applied, that says in effect nothing can stop the totally commited individual from achieving carefully thought-out goals. Hence, if you are totally determined, willing to make all needed sacrifices, and keep your mind on winning the objective, you will achieve your goal. ~ Taken from the book 'The Magic of Getting What You Want' by David Schwartz'. I hope this can be of help to you guys

Part Fourteen: Summary and conclusion
We humans are storytellers - we understand the world through story structure. Even though the names and faces and places and times may change - it is the STORIES we are telling which gives us the emotional effect - positive or negative - which we experience in our lives. And our lives do not fundamentally shift until and unless we change the story we are telling. As soon as we do tell a new story, our lives must shift RAPIDLY!
The people in our lives, at a higher level are all loving souls of light. However, here in the physical realm they can only play the roles which we have given them. We are always responsible for how other people treat us. By focusing on the story we are telling and taking back our power and responsibility for it, we see that the 'actors' are really less relevant than we thought they were - the power lies with the story. We can stop blaming and start loving those around us much more by seeing this.
To change our story, we first must identify the stories we are living which we don't like. We can do this by looking at our lives and seeing what feels 'negative' to us. We can also see reacurring stories through seeing patterns, sychronicities and reacurring themes in our lives. We then take back our power from these stories and let them go. we take FULL responsibility for creating them, and recogise that the people in our lives could never do anything BUT play the roles we've given them. We don't invest in these unwanted stories anymore! We do not talk about them, think about them, complain about them, rationaise them or justify them or try to work them out EVER AGAIN. We give it up and we let it go.
After we have done this, we identify the stories we do want to live. These are the stories which make our hearts soar. While we might have some awareness of what we want already (many of us do), focusing on the whole story structure which we want brings in the power and resonance of the archetypes within the human superconcious mind. These have great power and we can call on the most positive aspects of them from within our vortex.
We can then use processes such as visualisation and the others given above, as well as other processes which our imaginations will come up with which are resonant to us. First, we use these processes on a soul level to communicate with the actors in our story, releasing them from the roles they were playing. We give them love and light and thank them, discarding the old story back into the universe where it is turned back into pure, positive light energy and released. We then bring the energy of the new story fully into our lives using the processes above and those our imagination comes up with.
In living and loving the new story, it is important to have fun! We can do this by allowing ourselves to be as imaginative and playful as possible, and make a full LIFE SHIFT which is RAPID and ALL ENCOMPASSING. Don't be surprised when things shift very, very fast as you totally immerse yourself in this new story! By being playful and allowing the archetypal images into our playful world, we bypass the physical mind's resistance of wondering 'how will this happen?' - the aim is not to come up with a 'realistic' scenario, but rather to saturate our lives in ANYTHING which is resonant of our new story, from the moment we wake, all through our day - in our meditations, visualisations, interactions with others, tv shows and movies and books and music and in our imaginations throughout the day and when we dream during sleep. In doing this, we literally ARE another person - we take what Bashar calls the 13th step and BE the person in our story. Then, because the story is all encompassing and self contained with its own energy signature and frequency, everything resonant to it HAS to be there.
Reality is holographic, so by using the power of creation we make shifts within ourslves to change the energy signature of our entire life. Thus, everything and everyone around us shifts also. We are aware that there may be a 'time lag' within the shifting (though not a long one in this case) - however, because we literally ARE a different person, we name and define the circumstances differently to how the 'other us' in our 'old story' would have done - just like the woodcutter who was sure the boy looked like a thief, but then changed his story and the 'boy didn't look guilty anymore'. In the same way, we shift ourselves to another 'us'. Then, the new us just naturally DOES define and label circumstances differently - because we are sure of the NEW story we are living. The way we then define circumstances determines the meaning we get from them and from the relationships around us.
If we find our ego is sabotaging our new story, it just means there is another story underneath the first one which we have not yet identified. Our ego is part of us, it is just trying to protect us using the beliefs we have given it. If we find this is happening, we can talk with our ego and negotiate - as Bashar advises in the 'ego negotation videos'. As soon as we identify the fundamental story we are telling ourselves, we can change it - because, as Abraham says - a belief is just a thought we keep thinking!
So think the thoughts we love Tell the stories we love to tell And have a lot of fun with this! It's exciting!

Part Twelve: Telling Your Story - Inspired Practices - continued
Imagine and see your storyAs you are going about your day, indulge in your imagination and day-dreams. See your story all around you. Again, be as archetypal and corny as you like. For example, if you are living the story of being capable, successful and confident - you might see a phone booth and, for a few moments, feel yourself walking in and...
When you look out your window in the evening, if you are in a 'true love' story, see your lover sitting in a tree outside your window, serenading you. You can 'see' them superimposed over the image of the tree. Or, you can put your headphones in and listen to a lovesong...then look at the tree, get a good image of it in your mind. Close your eyes and still 'see' the tree, now with your lover sitting in it and hear the song through your headphones as if they are singing it to you!
When I have filled my life with these imaginings, regularly, mixing my 'physical' reality with my superimposed imaginative reality, it has shifted my physical reality very, very fast. Use your imagination to come up with more of these imaginative ways to see your new reality - your imagination is keyed to YOUR vibration, so it will come up with the ways which work best for YOU. Remember to saturate yourself in THE STORY - and BE it in the best possible feeling and exciting, direct, impacting way that you can! Summary: Be as playful as you like in saturating your life with your new story. Make small shifts which have big impact and in so doing move with the entire power of creation in the certainty that THIS is now who you are. From this website, the words of Bashar:You must allow yourself to remember to be engaged in body, mind and spirit, in taking your actions…in your communications, so that it is all cohesive…congruous…synchronous. You do not have to force.
We remind you again, the greatest power requires the lightest touch. That is why God is all but invisible. Think about that. The greatest power requires the lightest touch.
If you are an expression of the Infinite, as you are, and if you act as such, and you encompass that energy in your thoughts, words and deeds, it will take very little to get done what needs to be done on your planet. Part Thirteen: Disclaimer on changing your storyThese processes will allow you to change your fundamental life stories. However, sometimes we may have ANOTHER story going on underneath, which is not in alignment with what we are truly wanting. This story might be unconcious. For example the story 'My boyfriends always leave me', might be based on the UNCONCIOUS story 'I am not good enough'. or the story 'People in authority never help me out' might be based on the UNCONCIOUS story 'The world is a harsh and cruel place'. if you find that your ego mind is strongly trying to sabotage your story telling of your wonderful new story, take a moment of pause to dchat with your ego mind and find out what is freaking it out - what belief or definition, what unconcious story have you yet to uncover? This will not always (or even usually) happen, by the way. But if it does, these videos will help you:

Mediation Four: Rehearse Your Story
Now comes the really, really fun visualisation process. You have affirmed the energy of the new story into your life and learned about this space where the souls are playing it out. So now, in your meditations, you can go back to this rehearsal space whenever you like. The idea with this process is to totally saturate yourself in your new story - so you might like to try visualising morning and evening - or whatever feels good to you. When you go back to the rehearsal space in your mind, this is where you get to have LOTS of fun and be crazy, playful and imaginative (well, you get to be those things anyway, but really ham it up in here!). Your focus is on playing the best, strongest, most joyful and intense representations of your story which you can. Corny representations are good - or those which we might normally call 'corny'. Archetypal representations are great! Anything which resonates with you - the criteria is 'how does this make me feel?'. For example, if you are playing out a true love story with your love, you may have him wearing armor, so he can literally be your knight in shining armor - transform the rehearsal space into a medieval world (you can do this, it's an energetic space!) and have him sweep you up on his unicorn and ride away with you... Or you may choose images that are special to you, such asyour love wrapping you in his warm jacket and then cuddling up with you to watch a movie...before you share your first, wonderful kiss together, and he looks into your eyes and tells you he has always, always loved you...

Or, you could combine the two. For example, he could sweep you up onto his horse and ride away with you...to watch a movie and cuddle up on the couch! The more imaginative and playful you are with these images, the better. As well as these kinds of iconic images, you can also play out love scenes which resonate with you, such as those in movies. Because people have given these energy and attention, they are also iconic faces of the archetypal story which you are playing out. For example, almost everyone knows this scene from an Officer and a Gentleman - why not play it out with your love?
Each rehearsal, play out different aspects of the story. If some representations of the story feel better than others, play those ones out more than once. Be playful and fun with this! Add in supernatural elements if you wish - for example, seeing the energy flow between you and your love, or flying away in a magical car like Sandy and Danny at the end of Grease...

You can also use the archetypes of the story which you have asked for help as part of your rehearsals. They can send you energy as you are rehearsing. They can take energy from themselves and make it into props or costumes for you and your love (or whichever story you are telling). Keep going back to these rehearsals and enjoy the great feelings they bring out in you - you can get to the point where whenever you close your eyes or drift off into a daydream, you are there, in that space with your love or in a magicaol scene the two of you are playing out together. I really recommend changing the way you play the scenes around, focusing on the feeling of the story rather than the specifics for the reasons I mentioned before. For example, a 'true love, happily ever after story' has so many ways it can be played out! Change it around to: 1. Keep it fun and keep yourself actively visualising and CREATING, rather than just REPEATING. As you put your creative energy into something it gets stronger, changes and becomes more dynamic. 2. Keep your focus on the archetypal story structure, rather than the specific plot - because you don't want your physical mind to start thinking 'but HOW will this happen'? The idea is to keep the stories so magical that your physical mind doesn't even bother to try and work out 'how' - yet you still get the great emotional effects from your story-telling. Therefore, you have strong emotion combined with no resistance from physical mind and thus it MUST be in your physical reality FAST!
Make a new soundtrackThe next process I suggest is to make a new soundtrack to go with your story. Go through the music you normally listen to - what kinds of stories are these songs telling? it could be time to burn some new CDs for your car or make a new playlist for your mp3 player. Choose songs that tell the story you are living - for example, happy, uplifting songs about love for a love story. Get rid of all the media which contradicts your story and only listen to the happy, good stuff! Again, saturate yourself in it. A good hint is to actually pick songs from movies which tell 'your story' - pick the happy ones of course. Disney movies are great for this! These songs from movies are extra powerful because they contain within them, more strongly, the holographic resonance of your story, as you know the movie and already associate your song with the story. You could also get sound bytes from movies - parts that you love - and add them to your listening list. For extra-powerful manifestation, actually SEE your love singing the love songs to you as you listen to them. Feel them there, see them in your mind serenading you with these love songs, holding out a red rose to you - or whatever symbols are meaningful to you. Also, for extra-powerful manifestation, you can use the new soundtrack as part of your visualisations. So, listen to the powerful love song with headphones as you are rehearsing a scene with your love. Or even, listen to the soundtrack from a movie which you are playing out as you rehearse that scene - for example, put that youtube video of an officer and a gentleman on, above, and listen to the sound of it while you, in your mind, play out the scene with your love. Draw your new storyWhen you physicalise things, you make them more real to yourself. Take photos of your love and add archetypal elements to them using the computer or drawing them yourself (print the picture out and add elements). For example, add them holding a big sign which says 'I love you, Bob!' (if your name is Bob). Or have them holding a bunch of flowers and a speech bubble saying 'Will you marry me?'. Also, draw the two of you together, happy and in love. Create images of your life as you wish it to be and enjoy this wonderful, creative process! Costumes and Character - BE your new story
You have now taken on a new role in this new story. As the story has shifted, so have you. You are no longer the main character in the 'people always love me and leave me' story - you are the main character in the 'true love, happily ever after!' story. What chracterises the main chracter in your true love story? - they are NOT the same person as the main character in the old story, are they?! Literally, you are NOT the same person. Please watch this video for a really good explantion, it's VERY VERY powerful:
The main character in your new story is literally, a different person. So, do the things that person does! Even if they 'seem' like 'small' shifts. It doesn't matter as to the physical scale and size of them, what matters is the emotional resonance of them - because, your reality is a hologram. So as you are the character in a 'true love' story, a true love story MUST morph into being around you. The character is PART of the story and the story is its own, self-contained energy - it contains everything you need to tell THAT story. Examples of things your new role may do differently could be...you sleep on your side now instead of your back, because your true love is spooning you all night long. You wear different coloured underwear. You try a new kind of coffee because you want to share it with your true love. Something very powerful to do is - get a new haircut and style. This is quite a direct way of saying 'I am a NEW person, LITERALLY'. You will see the YOU that you are now everytime you look into the mirror. Also, in dream symbology, hair represents thought - so get a style and cut that represents the thoughts and feelings you have in your new story. For example, if you are now in the 'I am powerful' story, your haircut might be very slick. If you are in the 'my love rode up and swept me up on his big horse and we rode of into the sunset' type story, you might want to get a very feminine hairstyle with wavy tresses. Make small changes for big impact in your life. The point of your power is to find the smallest changes which have the greatest emotional resonance. Because, as Bashar says - the greatest power - requires the lightest touch. Also, when you SHOW the universe that you can get BIG RESULTS by doing small things - the Universe will reflect this back to you in every area of your life and you will find yourself needing to do less and less to get more and more impact and effect. I will share an example with you. There is a clock in my house which I always see just as I walk out the front door - I see it every single day. Now, this clock has not been wound up in a while, and it had stopped on 6:55 - with the big hand pointing at the 11 and the little hand pointing almost at 7. Just seeing this clock every day gave me a feeling of 'it's ALMOST time'. Because when something happens, it usually happens 'on the hour', right? So a 'five to the hour' time constantly had me in the feeling of 'it's almost here'. As soon as I changed the clock to '7:00' - I suddenly had a feeling of completeness, of NOWness. Small shifts that have big impact - that's your key. Keys to know what small shifts will have biggest impact:1. Close your eyes and really get into the feeling of your new role. Open your eyes and immediately look around your environment. What MOST stands out to you as something to shift? It may seem something totally unrelated - for instance, you may have a sudden urge to 'make your bed' - or move 'this thing to over there'. Trust and go with it - the signal you just got is for a shift that is resonant of your new vibrational state. 2. Do the same as #1, but this time look into the mirror and ask 'what is out of place here?' - is it your hairstyle, the way you smile, the jacket you are wearing? Shift it. 3. If symbols come up in your visualisations, incorporate them into your life. For example, if in your last visualisation your true love gave you a blue hat or said 'I love when you wear your blue hat', then wear your blue hat, proudly, as the 'new you'. If in your visualisation you just happened to have purple, sparkly nail-polish on - then put some on today. It's not about the size of what you do. It's about the size of the effect it has. Big effort does not necessarily equal big effect. Think about all the times you have changed something....really, really changed something in your life. The change comes from the lightest, most powerful touch at the exact right time. It's a gentle moving with the universe, moving with creation...not pushing and pulling and struggling. Be creative. Have fun. Be unlimited. You already ARE!

Part Twelve: Telling Your Story - Inspired Practices - continued
Mediations & Visualisations Here are three great meditative practices I've come up with. I believe each one is very, very powerful. Tweak and play with them as you wish. I would actually call these meditative practices and visualisations 'true magic'. Yes, they are very, VERY powerful indeed. Mediation One: Meet your actors and take back your projection
In your meditative state, visualise the theatre of souls. A beautiful room, backstage of a theatre - a rehersal space for you and all the souls in your life. See all of you there, golden and glowing and beautiful - you are there as your higher self in this wonderful pre-manifestational rehearsal space. You are the director and these are all characters in your play. If it helps, while you are visualising you might like to sit with the actual script you have typed up and printed out on your lap. First, address the gathering. Stand in front of the group, like a director would stand in front of a cast of actors about to rehearse a new play. Look out at them and see each important person in your life - but their soul self, their higher self. Each one is recognisable to you but each one is also younger looking than normal, yet ageless. You are surrounded by the important people in your life, their higher selves, their souls - each one emitting a beautiful, golden, glowing light. They all look at you - no matter who in your life they are - with great love and wisdom. Each one adores you and wants you to be happy. Each one has just been playing the role you'd given them - so even if they'd been mean, or distant, or abandoning, or cruel, or indifferent - that was never their SOUL's feelings on you. Their soul and higher self always loved you, through and through - they were just playing a role out on that physical stage with you. All higher selves ARE love. Speak to the gathering and thank them for playing out the previous story you had scripted for them. Let them know that you have now learned from that story and you take the projection of that story back from them. Tell them they are released from their contracts of the old story. Hear them applaud you - they are pleased they will soon have new roles to play. Once you have spoken with the gathering of souls, speak with each of your main characters individually. When they come to you, embrace them. Look deep into their eyes and thank them for the role they have played. Tell them you realise now it was just a role that you had given them and thank them for the learning and expansion it has caused of you. Feel their love and warmth as they smile at you, knowingly, while you are speaking. Tell them you take responsibility for creating that role for them, and now you have learned and expanded, you take back the projection - and AS you say those words 'I now take back my projection, and release you from this contract' physically (in your visualisation) take back the script from them for the old story - a tattered, old script which they no longer need anymore.
It is a good idea to have some sort of 'energy portal to the Universe' in your rehearsal space. Something like a small, spinning hole of outer space in the corner which you can put the old scripts into and they'll get sucked out and the energy is unlocked from them and given back as pure energy to the Universe. Do this with each of the scripts as you thank the players and release them from their old contracts. Take full responsibility and ownership for creating these scripts in the first place. ----BREAK---- I recommend having a short break before you do the next meditation - even if only a few hours - to allow the old energy of the old script to fully clear out. During this time, you may like to do the full sequence of meditations on This site (they will take about an hour). Or, you may wish to do those and THEN do the 'taking bck your projections' visualisation. You could substitute this meditation with any self clearing practice that feels appropriate. Or, do nothing. It is up to you. The break in time is to give yourself time to allow the fact that this story is TRULY no longer active within you to settle. Even something as powerful as going for a run to allow the old energy to flow of you and out into the cosmos - or having a shower and feeling the energy of the water cleanse every level of your being - can be enough. ----END BREAK---- Mediation Two: Meet your storyIn this meditation, you call upon the archetypal energy of the story to enter your life. You declare yourself to this thought form of the story and affirm your playing together. The way I have imagined to do this is as follows: Get into a meditative state, with a favourite meditation or a few minutes of deep breathing. Then, visualise yourself in either a calm, peaceful place such as in a beautiful forest or in a place which represents the archetype of that story for you. For instance, I love the story structure of being swept away into a new magical world - such as in The Neverending Story, Star Wars, Harry Potter. I may visualise myself in the grand hall of Hogwarts or on a Star Ship deep in space. What sort of place represents for you, the archetypal essence of this story?Once you are in this special place, call forward the archetype of the story themselves. What you want is to see the story, all of this deep, cosmic energy that has coalesced around this story, in a human form. Ask for only the highest, most loving, joyful, positive representation of this story to come forth from your vortex. As I said, every thought we have ever thought still exists. And thought forms can appear to us as concious beings when we give them a mouth-piece. So call forth on this energy of the actual story now. Say something like 'I call forth from the Universe, the energy of true love!'. Or you could create a door in your visual reality, and hear a knock on it. Go to answer the door and the story archetype is there. How they will appear to you will depend on you - for example, the story of wealth may be a beautiful person with golden skin dressed in amazing silk robes, being carried in on a litter. Or maybe they look like Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of wealth. The archtype of 'true love' may actually LOOK like your true love - or they may look like a hunky cupid. Lakshmi, the Hindu goddess of wealth
'True Love'However it appears to you is good. Then, also call in characters from stories who embody this archetypal story - so you could surround yourself with characters from movies, books, tv shows, comics, superheros - whoever means something about that story to you. Ask for only the highest, most loving, joyful, positive representation of these characters to come forth from your vortex. Let these characters know you are pleased they are there and are going to work with you. Greet them and thank them. For example, if you've decided to tell the 'I am strong and capable and admired' story, you might be in a forest surrounded by these archetypes.
Each of these characters you have called in represents a face of the fundamental story energy you are working with. They are powerful because they resonate with you and because people have given them conciousness and energy. When you call on these characters and archetypal faces, you are calling on the same story in different costumes. The same energy with many faces. You are also calling on the positive thoughts and feelings in the superconciousness of humanity around this story. Once you are in your special place with the story archetype and characters, it is time for you to connect with the archetype of the story and the supporting representations of that archetype in the way which resonates with you. What you are doing is inviting this archetype into your life. Some of the things you could do are: --You make love to the archetype of the story, in your visualisation. While you're doing this, the characters stand around you and all give you light and energy, surrounding the two of you in a giant, glowing light. Making love is a very powerful symbol - in dreams, it represents 'becoming one with' another, a joining, a connecting. --Speak to the archetype and characters. Tell them you wish their energy to be in your life. Affirm to them that you have chosen to play out this story now. Ask them to use their energy and all the collective energy of the story to speed your manifestations and make this a blissful, joyful, fun ride for you. --Ask if the archetype has anything to give you. For example, an archetype of a true love story may take a pink light from his or her heart and press it into your heart. An archetype of wealth may give you a purse which never runs out of coins. These are actual energy forms which they are giving you. Accept these gifts with appreciation. --Ask the archetype and characters for 'words of wisdom'...for example, 'what is the one thing I can do, right now, to have your story very powerfully and firmly in my life NOW, and live it NOW as MY story?' After you have bonded, connected and communicated with the story, you have it very powerfully into your life. Thank the story and the characters for being part of your experience and tell them you're looking forward to playing with them more soon. Mediation Three: Give your actors a new storyGo back into your beautiful theatre of souls, this wonderful space of power you have. The golden, loving souls are milling around there, playhing and laughing and being joyful. You notice they are eager to learn their next role in your life. They look like a company of actors who have ended a production and has a good energetic rest and clearing out - now they are ready, refreshed and renewed for 'what is next!' Jump up in front of the whole company of souls again, amidst their cheers and applause. See and feel the love in their eyes. Each and every one of them is keen and eager to help with your soul growth and expansion in whatever way you next choose. Speak to them as a group, with you being inspiring and certain - allow love and light to flow from you to them as you speak. Tell them that now, you have a NEW, EXCITING, BRILLIANT story for them to act out with you - and show them the new script. Announce the story - 'I now ask for your divine help, my beautiful friends, in telling the story of 'True love!' in my life'. See them all agree to help you, and clap and cheer. They are very eager to play out this story. At this point, if you wish you can bring in the archetype of the new story (from your previous visualisation) and they can speak with the group and let them know how great this story is to perform and why. You can also see characters from movies and TV and books which represent this story to you, standing amongst the souls if it feels right to do so. Also, see among the backstage, the area is decorates for this new story. So if your story is a love story, there may be big lovehearts adorning the walls of the rehearsal space and bunches of roses as props. After you have spoken with the whole company, they clap and cheer and applaud you because they are so happy to be doing this wonderful new story with you. Then, speak again with each of the individuals in your company and tell them the roles you have chosen for them. Be general as possible - for example, you don't need to say 'You are the adoring mother in law who bakes great cupcakes and who I see every Sunday'. This is quite specific and may leave your physical mind wondering 'how'. Instead, all you need to say is 'you're my mother in law who loves me'....'and you are playing the role of my adoring lover'...and so on. As you give them their new scripts, show them the title, just as you have it printed out on the physical script. However, the pages of this visualised script are on the most beautiful parchment with the most glorious illustrations, delicious colours and the pictures move and dance within the pages. The font is glorious and the pages ripple, crackle and glimmer with deep magic. Show each one their name in the script as you give it to them and their part they are playing. Each soul embraces you and tells you they accept and they love this new role that you've given them. They thank you deeply and appreciatively. Feel their love and appreciation for the new, wonderful, loving role you have given them in this great new story. The archetype of the story could also come over and put his / her hands on them and give them golden (or whatever colour is appropriate) energy during this process, maybe while the two of you are hugging each other. During this, you could also give the souls some costumes or props with their script. For example, you could give the person who is playing your lover a single stemmed, red rose. If you have specifically decided you want to see more of the playful side of someone, you could give them some Loki horns which the soul gleefully accepts and puts on, before you give them some juggling balls which they starts to juggle as they dance. Not every soul has to be assigned a role. Because what you are focusing on is 'the story'. So, let's say this is a love story - you don't care how it works out as long as you and they are together. So, you talk to your lover and assign them the role of lover and give them the props and costume. However, for the other souls, just thank them for being part of your story and you could say something such as 'your role is supportive, caring, loving being in my life and as part of this story' - then still give them something, some token to show they are part of the story too. Such as a tshirt with a loveheart on it Before you come out of the visualisation, thank all of the souls and tell them you look forward to playing this story with them.

Part Eleven: Understanding the following practicesThese processes for shifting your reality work well and they work really quite fast. I have realised this in that when I have shifted my reality very quickly, I have been using processes like this - where I have focused on the story structure, rather than the individual persons within the story. Before we continue with the processes, I'd like to reaffirm WHY this process works so well and quickly, as well as adding in some further notes about being playful, imaginative, silly and crazy! These processes are for FUN! These processes will shift your reality really quickly because: 1. You are focusing generally on the story, rather than specifically on the details. This is a way of letting the universe take care of shifting the details for you, but still giving you something really good and positive and fun to focus on. 2. You're 'going general', but it can be easier (for some) than making an emotional grid. Because the story structure is so firmly in our conciousness, if I say to you 'Story of true love reunited', you suddenly have an active emotional grid around that already, without having to build one up - it can be much easier for you to draw from. 3. Story structure is in the conciousness of all persons so you know the people in your life will understand their new roles. 4. All archetypal plots and characters have great energy for you to draw on. Now, a note about the following practices. And this is what, I believe, really gives your manifestations a boost. The following practices I have suggested have come to me in total inspiration...typing them out feels like the universe itself is just flowing right through me. The thing is, all of them are based on being fanciful, playful, crazy, imaginative and even 'corny' as you play with these archetypes. This is good! I encourage you to be as absolutely playful and crazy and feels good to you with this! This is playful fun times - so enjoy it. The reasons for really letting yourself have free-reign are several. FIRST, we want to focus on the images and experiences which will bring out the feeling and energy of that archetypal story structure which you have chosen. So this is not about being 'realistic' - just throw that notion out, right now! The criteria by which you should see if your visualisations and meditations and practices work for you is NOT 'but could this happen in real life?' - it is 'Does this make me feel like I'm in the story?' - because we want to feel like we're in that story, the more vivid, corny, archetypal images are the ones that will resonate with many people! Second, being fanciful with the images can get your physical mind out of the way. You know when you've tried to script how something will happen 'in real life'? And then physical mind either tells you it's too difficult, or tries to start lining thing up so it will happen exactly as you planned? For example, you're writing a script out to visualise a date at your favourite restaraunt, and then you stop and think 'But what if he doesn't like Mexican food??' - whereas the whole point of the visualisation is to get you into that feeling place of having 'an excellent date' now. Well, when you're being really fanciful, physical mind often won't even try to figure it out. If you tell yourself 'this is playtime, I am allowed to play like this', then physical mind isn't trying to jump in and orchestrate events for you - it is just enjoying the game, the ride and the great feelings that are coming with it. Make the visualisations so fun that physical mind doesn't even bother trying to make things happen. Just enjoy the stories! The following are my inspired practices. The essence of this is play. Play with your reality! Find new ways to use the limitations of this space-time environment, in an unlimited way! So tweak, change, add - as your imagination sees fit. Play as much and as fluidly as possible. Just do so for fun and without expectation that it must come out in a certain way. By that, I do not mean that 'Bob' might not be your lover - if you want Bob to be your lover, then it must be. I mean don't insist that Bob turn up on your doorstep this evening with twelve red roses and a limo - and anything else is 'not acceptable'. Instead, use the image of Bob with twelve red roses and a limo - if that's what pleases you - to get into the feeling place of Bob whisking you away into passion and romance! And let your higher mind work out the best way that this can happen for you. Before trying these practices, please watch the following videos:
Summary: Be crazy and have fun and be as playful as you like. What you are seeking is the resonance of the story within you. Be playful and changeable. Change the way you tell the story...how many different, enjoyable-to-you ways can you tell the story you've chosen? Use the rush and tingles of excitement you get to tell how it's working out for you! Tweak, play, pull apart and rearrange these practices to best suit you - and please share your imaginations and practices here!!
Part Twelve: Telling Your Story - Inspired PracticesThese practices are to change your dominant vibration. Holographically and reflectively, your reality will change around you. For fastest results, I recommend you saturate your conciousness in your new story. Listen to music that supports it in your car and on your MP3 player. Wear things which remind you of it. Visualise several times daily. Watch movies and TV shows which tell this story. Just immerse yourself, totally saturate yourself as much as you can. You'll dream it and see it everywhere and it will be your manifested reality! Watch your storyA great way to immerse yourself in your new story is to watch things which have the vibrational resonance of it. For instance, I love the story of surprising, wonderful things happening to me. So I love watching youtube videos of kids being told they are going to Disney - or youtube videos of amazing, surprise wedding proposals. It's the story of someone being utterly delighted and surprised! Find scenarios in movies, television shows and on the internet of your scenario. Watch them and enjoy them with all your being - immerse yourself in the love scene at the end of the movie where the couple finally lives happily ever after for a perfect love story. Or find videos of people winning the lottery and watch them as well as watching interviews with people who are rich for a rags to riches story. How excited and tingly you are is your indication of which media is right for you. Start choosing your evening TV watching or youtube watching based on these stories. Script your new storyLiterally, type or write out a script for your new story. Call it something wonderful like 'Bill and Hannah's amazing love story' (use your name, not Bill or Hannah!). Then, add the characters, just like in the script for a play. For example: BILL - main character, the loveable hero and Hannah's husband HANNAH - Wife to Bill and sexy sexy woman MRS HANNAH - Hannah's Mum, just adores Bill and thinks the two of them make the best couple! MR HANNAH - Hannah's Dad, loves to go fishing and chat with Bill, a joker and all around nice guy Then actually SCRIPT some scenes. For example, the first kiss. The first time Hannah and Bill make love. When Bill meets Hannah's parents and they adore him. The wedding. Type the script like the script in a play, typing each character's lines out. Remember, this is about how the story makes you feel - so listen to that inner voice of joy and excitement! Print the script out. Go through it and highlight your lines. If it feels right, practice your lines, pretending that the other souls of Hannah, Hannah's Mum and Hannah's Dad are there rehersing with you. Actually physicalise it, walking around, moving and reading from the script as you would do if they were actually there. Imagine yourself rehersing with their souls your new parts together. If you have some understanding of theatre, go through the script and think about your character in it...do some practices to get to better know your character and start thinking and feeling like that character, that version of you thinks and feels. Dress like that version of you dresses, speak like that version of you speaks, smile and laugh like that version of you smiles and laughs. Because we are in a physical reality, when we physicalise things they are more real to us.

Part Nine: Changing Your Story - Part Three - Your reality is a hologram and a reflection of YOU Your reality, as you experience it, is a all a reflection of you. So, to change the story you are living, you don't need to change individual circumstances and events. All you need to do is change your fundamental story structure. This is the same with any law of attraction process - where to change your reality, you start by changing yourself.
However, I believe that this process will change your reality in a very fast and wide-sweeping way. Because...
The first reason I believe this is because usually, when you change your reality using the law of attraction, you are focusing on one aspect of it - for example, this relationship or that circumstance. But in this case, I am suggesting to you to forget the individual cirumstances and just focus on shifting the fundamental story. Because the story is a self contained unit, everything in your reality related to the old storyline must shift out as the new story structure shifts in. Therefore, as you shift your story and focus exclusively on the new story, you will see your reality change quite rapidly. Because stories are holographic - each character within a story is living that story.
So, if you use these processes and this approach, don't be surprised if everything shifts quite quickly around you and you experience a lot of synchronicities and people reflecting back aspects of your new story to you. Summary: We're not in Kansas, anymore.
Part Ten: Changing Your Story - Part Four - Stories are POWERFUL!
The second reason I believe this method will shift the reality you experience quite quickly, is that story structure is powerful. Those stories and archetypes have the collective conciousness and understanding of the whole of humanity behind them and within them. Everytime you call upon the power of one of those stories, you are calling upon the energy of that story - of anyone who has ever told or lived or thought about that story. Every movie about that story which has ever been made and every book written and every person who has watched or read or enjoyed that story. Each time someone has done that, they have poured their energy into that thought form. And now each of those stories is engrained into our superconcious mind and is incredibly incredibly powerful. You are not scripting a new 'something' for yourself alone - you are calling upon the collective power of humanity and of the story you choose in what you are doing! Everyone instinctively understands stories and will understand the roles they play in yours. At a deep, deep level the capability to play out any one of those stories and archetypes is already within every single person. For example, every single human knows the rush of delight in watching the villain in a story get their well deserved come-uppance. Every person feels the pain of the child who is lost. Every person inwardly cheers when someone saves the day at the last minute. Have you ever been in a movie theatre when everyone broke out in spontaneous applause? They were all tuned into the archetype of the story, together - and they all understood it! Here is one of my most favourite, lovely examples of a story archetypal moment - one which I'm sure everyone here will relate to and love. We've seen it in so many contexts, but we always, all of us, love it just the same, everytime. It's the moment when the two people who have been dancing around each other for the whole TV show or movie or book...who keep almost being together and then not...and inside you're screaming 'just get together already!!!' - that wonderful, magical moment where they finally kiss for the first time...WOW Friend - Ross kisses Rachel for the very first time (Embedding disabled, limit reached) ^^ who remembers THIS?? ^^ The point is, when you call on the archetypes of stories and characters, you are calling on a power that everyone understands. It doesn't matter what role someone is playing in your life now, every person understands the story structure and the archetypes, they are built into all people. You are calling on the collective conciousness of humanity and on a story which has had power and thought and emotion poured into it over eons. Summary: Stories each have their own, powerful resonant energy. As Abraham says, every thought that has ever been thought, still exists. They describe themselves as the 'coalescing of those 'in the vortex thoughts''. Well, Abraham is the core, love conciousness of the in the vortex thoughts of humanity - and each story structure can also create and be thought forms. We will call on these soon for a meditative focus. For now, know that when you choose to activate a new story archetype you are activating something fundamental and powerful within yourself and your life that is part of the superconcious mind of humanity and has the energy of eons boosting it along. This will be easy for you.

Part Seven: Changing Your Story - Part One - Identify Your Current Story - and stop investing in it!
So, are you still focusing on the stories which you are living, rather than the individual people playing the characters? Good! Now it's time to identify the stories which you are living and which ones you would prefer to live! Of course, some of the stories which you are living you may be perfectly happy with...so just leave those ones to bask in Identify the stories you are currently living by looking at where there is discord and unhappiness within your life. We've all gotten pretty good at that, I think Step back from the discord and ask yourself 'if this was rephrased as a story, what STORY would it be?' - For example... 'The story of the mean boss who doesn't care' 'The story of the poor, overworked girl' 'The story of the unappreciated husband' 'The story of the guy who can't get a break' Clue: A good way to find out the stories you are living over and over again is to look for synchronicities among them. Synchronicities can be names - such as in the example of the person being bullied by their brother and now bullied at work, perhaps their Dad (who should have stepped in) is called Julian, and now their bosses' last name is Julians. They can be numerical - for example 'my romantic relationships always go wrong after seven months'. And they can be any other interesting synchronicity which you pick up on, such as 'My mean mother loved bananas and now my mean girlfriend does too!'. Stories which repeat do not have to have synchronicities, but if they do, it's a good clue which can make them stand out in your awareness. Expand this story then to see the themes and archtetypal characters within it. There was the example given before of the person who was bullied by their big brother and their parents didn't step in - and now they are bullied in the workplace and their boss doesn't step in. This is the same story of 'I am taken advantage of and authority figures don't help me'. it doesn't matter whether it is your parents or your boss, it is the same story, same themes, same feelings. Look for patterns like this in your life. Read through the above character descriptions and story / plot outlines and see which ones keep reoccuring for you. Or maybe you can name your own, such as the example given. Plots you might be repeating over and over which you wish to change would include 'No one really understands me' 'Whenever I speak up, I am always punished' 'People I love always leave me' 'People always betray me' 'I always work harder than everyone else but am never appreciated' It is good to identify these stories only as stories, but do not spend too much time fixated on them. Because that will start drawing like thoughts and feelings too you. We are only identifying current unwanted stories to LESSEN their influence - start to look at them and say 'you're not real! You're just a story!' - affirm it to the Universe at large! 'I AM NO LONGER TELLING THE 'PEOPLE DON'T APPRECIATE ME STORY!' 'I understand this is just a story'. 'I created this story - I can choose to create something else, now'. But after that, don't think too much on those unwanted stories. We want to deactivate them by replacing them with something much better! So make sure to stop investing in your current story. When we put energy into something, we give it power and it grows. So stop thinking on the details of your current story, stop strategising around them, stop focusing on them. I know that when you do this it can feel like you are ignoring the PEOPLE in your story - and how can you ignore the people? Especially if, say, you want a relationship with one of them? Well, you are not ignoring the people in your story, you're just going to stop investing in the STORY ITSELF. I think of focusing on and analysing an unwanted story to try and 'fix it' like poking into a nest of bees to try and pull it apart to see how it works. There is nothing pretty in there, there is no great thing to find. You cannot poke and pull apart a problem enough to fix it, ever! So stop it! Stop poking about in nests of bees - no good will ever come from that!

Stop poking unwanted stories!Summary: Recognise unwanted stories in your life by focusing on the reacurring themes and patterns you have experienced. Name the stories and identify that they are JUST that - stories which you have created. Acknowledge that the Universe always matches your beliefs and gives you just what you expect to get. Take responsibility for creating these stories and declare that you are not going to create them anymore!
ABRAHAM HICKS Ask And It Given FUNNY (Embedding disabled, limit reached)
^^ Then, stop poking around in the details of unwanted stories. Forever! ^^ Part Eight: Changing Your Story - Part Two -identify the stories you actually wantNext, it's time to identify the kinds of stories you would like to be living in your life. These will probably feel fairly obvious to you also, but have a look through that list if you're not sure. The stories you love and want more of most likely show themselves to you when you're daydreaming happily and thinking of all the wonderful things you want to happen. Or when you watch movies that make your heart just sing! If you're living a 'star crossed lovers' story, perhaps you want a 'happily ever after' story. Or if you've been living an 'I work too hard for no reward' story, perhaps you want a 'rags to riches' story - and fast! Have a look at the music and movies and books which you enjoy. I mean, which you really, truly truly love - which feel sogood to you. Not something which you think 'This is sad but good' - No, I mean the ones that feel so amazing and make you tingle all the way through. These are the ones that can also indicate the kinds of stories you love and want and the types of themes that are truly you! Stories that you love feel good. They feel exciting and powerful and TRUE. They feel like who you really are. That is the vibration of excitement - the who you truly are. So identify the stories that feel great to you. Summary: Identify the stories which feel wonderful and amazing to you! These are the new stories for your new wonderful life!! You can tell these by the feeling of excitement and what makes your heart really sing.

Part Five: People in our lives can only play the roles WE give them - and the roles we give them are based on OUR beliefs:
Whether you believe that, as Abraham says, every person has the full vibrational spectrum within them - or whether you believe, as Bashar says, that there are different versions of each person in each parallel reality - it all really comes down to the same thing. You get from people what you expect. Every single person on this planet has the ability to be a wonderful, loving caring person - or a mean, cruel person. Every person contains within them the capacity and potentiality for weak and strong, happy and sad, scared and brave, successful and failure - and so on. What determines what aspect of them which you experience in YOUR reality is the role you have given them. Another way of saying this is, you get what you expect of people. But I speak about 'roles' because you already have your stories about how you believe the world is. Different ones of us will be living out different stories, right this very minute, even sharing this thread together. And when people come into your experience, you assign them roles with your story, your belief and your expectations. The roles they are given will FIT the story you have going on.
For example, let's say your story is 'people are always unfairly harsh with me and no one does anything about it or cares'. Maybe you had an older brother who used to beat you up when you were little and Mum or Dad didn't step in like they should have. Now, you're at a new job - and your co-workers are bullying you - but the boss keeps seeming to turn a blind eye. Can you see how it's just the exact same story structure and characters, played out again? I bet it feels just about the same, too! All you've done is replaced some of the actors, but it's the same story. The stories we tell are based on our beliefs about life and who we are and what we are capable of. However, these beliefs have no power, except what we give them. And a belief is just a thought we keep thinking! It has no power in and of itself:
Abe ~ A belief is just a thought you keep thinking ♥ (Embedding disabled, limit reached)
So as soon as you think a new thought - or tell a new story, the old one will deactivate.
I find it very helpful to imagine a beautiful, golden room - backstage at a cosmic theatre. It is in this room which you and all the other souls of light have gathered for you to direct the play of your life. And in this room, everyone is golden and glowing and filled with love for you. All the people from your life are there, and all of them - even the ones who are 'playing mean roles' in your life, are smiling and beautiful and filled with so much love. Everyone is filled with life and looks both younger ageless. And then you, the director of your own life - your soul - begins to hand out scripts to the other souls...

Well, the story I am telling at the moment is the 'People are always mean to me and the people who are supposed to do something about it, don't' - So, you, you and you I have assigned you to play the characters of 'bullys' in my story - and you and you, you have to be the uncaring, unconcerned irresponsible parent archetype characters, OK?
Because those souls can only ever do what you expect of them. In this way we are always responsible for how other people treat us. So, although each and every person, at a soul level DOES love you unconditionally - once they get out onto the stage of 'your life' and perform their part, they can only ever perform to the script which YOU have given them. Which you do usually unconciously and which is based on the STORY you are telling yourself NOW! Abraham Hicks - Relationships that are harassing you into expansion (Embedding disabled, limit reached)
In this video, Abraham talks about how when someone plays a role in your life which you DON'T like, you automatically create a version of them which you DO like and put it into your vortex.
Abraham: Are We Always Responsible for How We're Treated? (Embedding disabled, limit reached)
In this video, Abraham talks about how we're always responsible for how we're treated.
Summary: At a soul level, all souls in our lives are unconditional love and pure light. However, in our day to day lives we may not be experiencing them as this on a personal level! That is because, no matter how much these souls love us (and at a higher level we are ALL love, light and laughter!) - people can only ever play the roles WE give them. They can only ever come into our experience within the boundaries of our expectations - which are based on our beliefs. Our beliefs are just thoughts which we keep thinking and we can choose to think any thoughts we want.
In our lives, people who appear to have done us wrong, are really just playing the roles we have assigned to them. The roles are characters which are part of our story. Again, identifying the fundamental story will allow us to change it. Part Six: Reality is fluid
We are not all experiencing the one, same reality. This is one of the insights which my paradigm shift gave me. In Bashar's videos, he says 'there is no meaning to something until you give it one'. Many of us are taught though, that there is an 'objective reality' 'out there'. That things do carry their own meaning. We can see it when we tell a situation which happened to us and then say 'See? wasn't that person MEAN to me?' - yet that may not have been what 'that person' experienced at all. We are literally all experiencing different realities, with some shared things which we have agreed to share. Such as the experience on this forum. There is a great Bashar video where someone stands up to talk with Bashar and he says 'I am shy speaking in front of so many people' - and Bashar says 'There are not 50 other people in this room, there are 50 VERSIONS OF YOU' - each 'person' is in their 'own room' with 50 VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES. Bashar - You are your own reality (Embedding disabled, limit reached) This is another good video where he talks about the way we experience other people being the way we experience our VERSIONS of them. Because each of us are experiencing our OWN stories, also see that the 'way you think it is' may not be the way it is for them at all. For example, while Bob may be playing the 'sidekick' character in YOUR reality, in HIS reality, you may be the villain! <--- who are we really? ---> Even though we share some aspects of reality, we can experience each other totally differently. And HOW we experience each other will depend on the story we are telling. There is an example in this old Chinese fable: The Stolen Ax A Taoist Tale from China by Lieh Tzu
A woodcutter went out one morning to cut some firewood and discovered that his favorite ax was missing. He couldn't find it anywhere. Then he noticed his neighbor's son standing near the woodshed. The woodcutter thought, "Aha! That boy must have stolen my ax. I see how he lurks about the shed, shifting uneasily from foot to foot, greedy hands stuffed in his pockets, a guilty look on his face. I can't prove it, but he MUST have stolen my ax. A few days later the woodcutter was surprised and happy to come upon the ax under a pile of firewood. "I remember now," he said, "Just where I'd left it!" - The next time he saw his neighbor's son, the woodcutter looked intently at the boy, scrutinizing him from head to toe. How odd, he thought, somehow this boy has lost his guilty look . . . When we change the story, we do not have to change the evidence. This is what Bashar meant when he said that we can change ourselves, even if physical reality looks the same. Then, from the point of view of the changed self (i.e. when we change our story), we rename the physical evidence differently from our new story - we define and label it differently. Just as the woodcutter did - when he was living the story of 'My axe has been stolen', he attributed the boy's actions to him being a thief. Once he changed the story, he changed the meaning he was giving to physical reality - even though physical reality (i.e. the boy) had NOT yet changed. When you change your story, you will be able to rename physical reality from the point of view of your new story structure! You change your story by changing yourself, not by moving things around 'out there'. Summary: There is not an objective physical reality in the way we might have thought. Instead, we are all experiencing our own versions of reality with our own versions of each person in them. For example, I may be experiencing Barbara as being a kind, loving person, but Sam may experience her as cold and aloof and John may experience her as a trickster. This all depends on the stories myself, Sam and John are telling and our expectations of Barbara! When we recognise that physical reality is fluid and very much dependant on the meaning we give it, we can do what Bashar says be 'be far more playful' with physical reality, because it itself IS fluid and IS part of our story. All of the people and objects which come into our lives and neutral props for us to play with and tell the story as we wish.
Bashar - Reality is in your consciousness (Embedding disabled, limit reached)
^^ Let go of the notion that physical reality is fixed and 'out there'! ^^
Bashar - Circumstances Don't Matter Only State of Being Matters (Embedding disabled, limit reached)
This is the perfect time and place in this explanation to post this video, above - play with your reality! When physical reality doesn't change right away, it's OK because you HAVE and you can RENAME physical reality from your NEW vantage point.

Part Three: Archetypal Characters As well as there being archetypal stories within the collective conciousness of humanity, there are also archetypal characters. These characters have different faces and names, but they embody the same, fundamental character in the story. There are several aspects to understand about a character. The first is where and how they fit into the plot. For example, the protagonist is always the main character. You are the protagonist in your life. The antagonist is like the villain, the enemy that tries to prevent the protagonist from persuing their goal.
At this site, you can see a short slide show explaining the main types of characters within the archetypal story structure, using the storyline of Star Wars.
As well as the position that a character plays within a story, there is the type of character who is playing the story. This site has a great list of the different kinds of characters that there can be. For example, there is the 'trickster' archetype character, such as Puck in a Midsummer Night's Dream.
Puck the Trickster
But while Puck is playing a playful, supporting role in this story - the trickster can also be a villain, such as Jim Carrey's portrayal of 'The Riddler' in Batman Forever.
The Trickster can be a villain too....
There are other archetypal characters which we would all recognise. For example, the wise teacher who always comes along in the hour of great need and imparts wisdom to the hero...
Great Movie Lessons - Mr. Miyagi - The Karate Kid (Embedding disabled, limit reached) Wise Teacher Mr Miyagi teaches Daniel in The Karate Kid
There's the star crossed lovers who want to be together, but are pulled apart because of their families or some other circumstance - such as Romeo and Juliet. There's the aloof romantic - who appears to be emotionally distant, but inside has a deep, passionate heart, such as Mr Darcy in Pride and Prejudice. Or the hero who is touched by destiny, such as Harry Potter.
Summary: There are main, archetypal characters in the collective conciousness of humanity who are also very powerful and resonate strongly with us. Although the names and ages and faces may change - the chracters are fundamentally the same. Part Four: We live our lives as stories
A few weeks ago, I had a BIG paradigm shift. This is where your fundamental view of the world - how everything connects and fits together - shifts. Before this, I had understood the concept of time and space being an illusion and 'now' being the only time there is, intellectually. But since this, I understand it much more 'actually', it is now a part of how I live and understand life. We experience life as a story structure, because this is how our imagination communicates between our physical mind and our higher mind. This is how we connect and make meaning out of events. We 'live' the stories we tell ourselves. For example, if I am telling the story of 'I am always alone', then it does not matter if I live HERE or I move to THERE, I will experience the same story. It does not matter if I am 20 or 30 or 100, I will experience that story until I change my vibrational story. If I am living the story of 'my boyfriend always leaves me after three months', then it doesn't matter if I break up with THAT boyfriend and get together with THIS one, it will be the SAME emotional experience. Until I change my story. It starts with ME. *Just like there are archetypal plots and characters in the mind of humanity, there are also archetypal plots and reacurring chracters and stories within OUR lives (which often fit into the bigger, sweeping archtypes listed above also)* THE MAIN POINT: the names and faces change, but they are the SAME stories we are telling. UNTIL WE CHANGE OURSELVES. We often tell ourselves stories WE were told in childhood. For example, the person who had a loving, caring (though somewhat smothering) mother or maternal figure in their life will draw women into their life who are like that. The person who had the annoying little sister who always copied them will draw into their life people who idealise them and frustrate them. We also tell ourselves other stories we pick up along the way, which we gave our attention to and decided were 'true'. If you want to know the kinds of stories you keep telling yourself, have a look at the reaccuring patterns in your life. NOT the individual people. LOOK AT THE STORIES. LOOK AT THE CHARACTER TYPES YOU KEEP HAVING REACCUR IN YOUR EXPERIENCE. While the places and times may change, the STORY we are living (or, stories) stay the same UNLESS AND UNTIL we change our vibration. This is how my worldview fundamentally shifted. Suddenly, I realised that it didn't matter where in the world I was, how old I am or what year it is. What gives me the EMOTIONAL effect of my life is the STORIES I am living. If I am living the story of 'people I love always leave me', then it will hurt just the same whether it is THIS relationship or THAT relationship. If I am living the story of 'I am lucky! Abundance always turns up unexpectedly for me!' - then it will be FUN for me whether I have found $100 on the ground unexpectedly or whether I am the 1000th customer in the restaraunt today and they give me dinner on the house as a promotion.
It is the STORIES which we are telling ourselves which matter. Those are what give us the emotional effect of positive or negative that we desire. A 'rags to riches' story will always feel exciting. A 'star crossed lovers' story will always feel passionate and frustrating (because the couple are in love, but cannot be together). A 'I am always abandoned' story will always feel terrible. Before I realised this, I had been so focused on the individual people WITHIN my story - not realising that they were just playing out, in many ways, the same story I had lived many times before now. I was concerned about the little 'pieces' within the story - what he or she said today or did not say or do. When he or she did or did not call me. But in stepping back and identifying the STORY, it has really taken the emotional charge off certain situations for me. Stepping back and just looking at the story gives you a great deal - a whole lotta power! I suggest you also step back and identify the story. IT WILL ALLOW YOU TO CHANGE IT. Summary: We experience events in our lives in story structure. While the faces and names and places and times may change, the stories will stay the same until WE change our vibrational pattern, that is, until WE change the story we are telling ourselves. Stepping back from the individuals playing the characters in our story helps us to identify the story we are telling. It also takes the emotional charge off the specifics in the current version of 'this story' which we are living. The story is very important because it is the STORY we are telling which gives us the emotional EFFECT. We can identify the story we are living by looking at the reaccuring patterns in our lives. Also, reading the above links on story types and character types can help.

Part One: Introduction
This post is another post about why and how we can change the way other people are treating us. My first post on this was here. However this is on the same topic but from quite a different vantage point - so I've decided to create a whole new post on it. The post is about how we see and experience our lives in story structure. I first got this idea from Bashar. That the human mind is 'keyed into' story structure. When events happen, when people move about and do things in our lives, our imagination and our subconcious together with our physical mind all combine to understand these happenings as part of a story. There are certain, archetypal story structures and characters within the human superconcious - that is, the collective conciousness of humanity.
Bashar talks about this a little bit in this video:

Part Two: Archetypal Stories
There are fundamental archetypal stories within the mind of humanity. These are storylines that we all recognise. An archetypal story or character type is one which reoccurs through humanity, no matter what culture or time you are in, there will be versions of THIS story. These stories are very powerful, because people have put so much energy into them. Each one has its own energy signature and frequency. Each one is powerful. When you are living each one, it will be 'the truth' for you. The collective energy of humanity which has gone into creating and maintaining the story you are living is drawn to you and energises that story for you.
For example, there is the 'rags to riches' story. In this story, someone with no seeming hope, who is very poor, gets a 'lucky break' and their entire world changes at once. And we're all familliar with the 'victory snatched from the jaws of defeat' story, where the main character SAVES THE DAY! - right at the last second. This one often happens in a James Bond type movie, where the hero has to jump over burning cars in a motorbike, get into a secret room and disable a nuclear warhead that's going to destroy the earth with just seconds to spare. But it can just as easily be Adam Sandler in the Wedding Singer sneaking onto an airplane and telling his true love that he loves HER and SHE is THE ONE - snatching her away from her horrible fiance who she ALMOST ran away with. There is the 'Hero's Journey' storyline where the hero goes on a long journey, often simultaneously saving the world or some mystical land and also learning a lot about themselves - and usually ends back where they started, but knowing a lot more than they did when they set off. Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz and Bastain and Atreyu in The Neverending Story are examples of this character. There's also the well known 'Boy meets girl...boy loses girl...boy gets girl back' love story plot.

Literary types (people who have studied stories and storytelling) have actually worked out that there are a set number of 'plot types'. These are the plots which are archetypal to the superconciousness of humanity. Though the plot type numbers and names vary slightly depending on who you ask, each group of plots seems to be able to be fit into each other group. For example, This website has the following plots listed:
#1 QUEST - the plot involves the Protagonist's search for a person, place or thing, tangible or intangible (but must be quantifiable, so think of this as a noun; i.e., immortality).
#2 ADVENTURE - this plot involves the Protagonist going in search of their fortune, and since fortune is never found at home, the Protagonist goes to search for it somewhere over the rainbow.
#3 PURSUIT - this plot literally involves hide-and-seek, one person chasing another.
#4 RESCUE - this plot involves the Protagonist searching for someone or something, usually consisting of three main characters - the Protagonist, the Victim & the Antagonist.
#5 ESCAPE - plot involves a Protagonist confined against their will who wants to escape (does not include some one trying to escape their personal demons).
#6 REVENGE - retaliation by Protagonist or Antagonist against the other for real or imagined injury.
#7 THE RIDDLE - plot involves the Protagonist's search for clues to find the hidden meaning of something in question that is deliberately enigmatic or ambiguous.
#8 RIVALRY - plot involves Protagonist competing for same object or goal as another person (their rival).
#9 UNDERDOG - plot involves a Protagonist competing for an object or goal that is at a great disadvantage and is faced with overwhelming odds.
#10 TEMPTATION - plot involves a Protagonist that for one reason or another is induced or persuaded to do something that is unwise, wrong or immoral.
#11 METAMORPHOSIS - this plot involves the physical characteristics of the Protagonist actually changing from one form to another (reflecting their inner psychological identity).
#12 TRANSFORMATION - plot involves the process of change in the Protagonist as they journey through a stage of life that moves them from one significant character state to another.
#13 MATURATION - plot involves the Protagonist facing a problem that is part of growing up, and from dealing with it, emerging into a state of adulthood (going from innocence to experience).
#14 LOVE - plot involves the Protagonist overcoming the obstacles to love that keeps them from consummating (engaging in) true love.
#15 FORBIDDEN LOVE - plot involves Protagonist(s) overcoming obstacles created by social mores and taboos to consummate their relationship (and sometimes finding it at too high a price to live with).
#16 SACRIFICE - plot involves the Protagonist taking action(s) that is motivated by a higher purpose (concept) such as love, honor, charity or for the sake of humanity.
#17 DISCOVERY - plot that is the most character-centered of all, involves the Protagonist having to overcome an upheavel(s) in their life, and thereby discovering something important (and buried) within them a better understanding of life (i.e., better appreciation of their life, a clearer purpose in their life, etc.)
#18 WRETCHED EXCESS - plot involves a Protagonist who, either by choice or by accident, pushes the limits of acceptable behavior to the extreme and is forced to deal with the consequences (generally deals with the psychological decline of the character).
#19 ASCENSION - rags-to-riches plot deals with the rise (success) of Protagonist due to a dominating character trait that helps them to succeed.
#20 DECISION - riches-to-rags plot deals with the fall (destruction) of Protagonist due to dominating character trait that eventually destroys their success.
(Note: Sometimes #19 & #20 are combined into rags-to-riches-to-rags (or vice versa) of a Protagonist who does (or doesn't) learn to deal with their dominating character trait.)
And this site gives us a slightly different list:
- Cinderella - Unrecognised virtue at last recognised. It's the same story as the Tortoise and the Hare. Cinderella doesn't have to be a girl, nor does it even have to be a love story. What is essential is that the good is despised, but is recognised in the end, something that we all want to believe.
- Achilles - The Fatal Flaw, that is the groundwork for practically all classical tragedy, although it can be made comedy too, as in the old standard Aldwych farce. Lennox Robinson's The Whiteheaded Boy is the Fatal Flaw In reverse.
- Faust- The Debt that Must be Paid, the fate that catches up with all of us sooner or later. This is found in all its purity as the chase in O'Neill's The Emperor Jones. And in a completely different mood, what else is the Cherry Orchard?
- Tristan - that standard triangular plot of two women and one man, or two men and one woman. The Constant Nymph, or almost any French farce.
- Circe - The Spider and the Fly. Othello. The Barretts of Wimpole Street, if you want to change the sex. And if you don't believe me about Othello (the real plot of which is not the triangle and only incidentally jealousy) try casting it with a good Desdemona but a poor Iago.
- Romeo and Juliet - Boy meets Girl, Boy loses Girl, Boy either finds or does not find Girl: it doesn't matter which.
- Orpheus - The Gift taken Away. This may take two forms: either the tragedy of the loss itself, as in Juno and the Paycock, or it may be about the search that follows the loss, as in Jason and the Golden Fleece.
- The Hero Who Cannot Be Kept Down. The best example of this is that splendid play Harvey, made into a film with James Stewart.
These plots can be presented in so many different forms (tragedy, comedy, farce, whodunit) and they can be inverted. but they still form the basis of all good writing.
Summary: There are main, archetypal stories in the collective conciousness of humanity. These stories are very powerful and carry a lot of energy with them. We also instinctively understand them. While the names and faces vary, the stories have the same underlying themes and journey.

Hi Friends,
I know I typed this post up yesterday morning and it accidentally deleted right as I’d almost finished. It took me six and a half hours! I was going to type it up again and add some more research and fancy formatting, and then sell it as an EBook. However, the joy of creativity was too strong in me, so I have typed the whole thing up again, from memory and I’m giving it to you for free (it's taken me much longer the second time because I've made it much more in detail & structured). However, as some of you have said you would buy an EBook if I wrote one, I give you the following post for free – yet if you want to show your appreciation for it through action, please feel free to have a think on the following:
I'm VERY excited about this technique!
I believe I have come up with a technique here which can make big, positive changes in your life, quite quickly. A lot of what is in this post has been said by other people first, but I have added some of my own and presented it in a way I have not seen this information presented before. The result is, I believe (though I have only tested it personally, not through asking others) a new, powerful manifestation process. I believe you may find it more fun and easier than things you have tried before. I believe it can make wide-sweeping shifts. I also believe it gets right around the 'problem' of the physical mind trying to work out 'but how will this happen?'
So, if you will, please take a moment to think - if this technique is fun and easier than what you've done before, and if using it as I've advised DID allow you to shift some things in your life - maybe some things which have been around for a while...what WOULD that be worth to you? Have a think on it.
I'm not ASKING for any money. I'm giving this as a gift. However, if you try these techniques and they do change your life, you are free to make a donation to me. TRY the techniques first - see how you go with them. If you experience big, rapid shifts and end up very, very happy because of this post and the things within, and if you wish to donate, shoot me a PM. I can send you a PayPal invoice or send you my international bank details. Again, no donation is necessary OR expected. If you don't have the money or you don't want to, that's FINE. But if this does make a big shift and you want to show your appreciation financially, the option is there.
Either way, I'd love for you to read the post and try the techniques. Come back and let us know how you experienced the techniques and what adjustments – if any – you have made. This can help other people and help us all co-create better together – and I really, really appreciate the feedback.
Thank you, and please enjoy,
I love Rainbows.
