oky! so after so much of trying and doing things and trying a whole lot of things it came down to that i have to deal with my limitting belifes and i had so much of it building up inside me one after another i did try EFT! once i did it i felt very uncomfortable  and limitting belifes were taking control of me i was falling into the state of depression again that is when suddnly something hit me!

As one of our PLOA members BELLE told me i went online and searched up for a away to solve out my limiting belifes i read that ad i build my own way!
i wrote down my intenstion, my desire.
and i wrote down what limitting belifes i have bout it and all of it
then wrote down why i have those belifes
then i flipped all of the limiting belifes into positive statements
i wrote down reasons why i want this desire
and i wrote down all my bf's good characteristics that i love him about
then i state all the positive statemnets i wrote as intenstions using very powerful words like I intend to have..........I choose to attract..........Or I now have.......... then at last i flipped all of my remaining limiting belifes into positive statements.
after this excersise i wrote a whole liste of people that i hated or dodnt like or that i didnt appriciate there selfs towards me with saying I FORGIVE YOU FOR......then i turned around all those i forgive you statemnets into I Love you becouse and all those peoples good thoughts they have for me or what i loved about them.

Doing all this really changed me now i find myself lacking limiting belifes or they come and go within few minutes and don't bother me as much! Also i find my mind trying to find new limitting belifes towards my desires.

BUT..what bothers me the most right now is that i have both very high happy feelings and very low Doudts often back and forth back and forth kind of like there Balanced or something. And i find myself easily visulizing and feeling happy that his with me often very strongly  and the third person of my love stroy don't matter to me anymore. i wanna know why i feel like this? and it comes down to that it don't mater to me if my bf talks to me or not! and i find myself forgetting him at times.

One of the most powerful ways to activate the law of attraction and get FAST results is by pretending that your desired outcome is already reality. But many people don't do this the right way, and then get discouraged because it isn't working.

Do you remember pretending when you were a child? Do you remember making up exciting stories and morphing yourself into the lead character? Do you remember playing the part so completely that you really felt like a different person?

The other day while relaxing outside on the deck, I got to witness a heart-wrenching battle between the good guys and the bad guys. The leader of the good guys was my neighbor's young son, and I couldn't say who the bad guys were because I couldn't see them - only he could. For that matter, I couldn't see the other good guys either - only he could! :-)

He was out there by himself, completely engaged in his make-believe battle, bravely fighting to defend himself and his fellow soldiers. It was quite a show! He was totally into the story-line, and I'm not sure he even realized I was there even though I was sitting in plain view. His physical reality faded away and he was in a different place and time as he transformed from a 7 year old boy into a fierce warrior.

THAT'S the kind of pretending that you can use to manifest your desires more quickly! That same intensity, focus, and presence of mind can be applied to any goal you have.

Here's how:

The main point I hope you gleaned from the story above is that this boy really FELT like he was a solider on a battlefield. He was able to set aside his logical mind and pretend that he was somewhere else - in fact, he pretended he was SOMEONE else. He fully immersed himself in this fantasy, and made it his reality for those few minutes he played.

What if you could create a fantasy about something you wanted, and then "step into it" and LIVE it for a little while each day? Create your dream home and live there for a while - really SEEING and FEELING it as if you were there. Create your perfect relationship and live in it for a while - really SEEING and FEELING your perfect partner being with you NOW. Create as much money as you want and have it NOW. Create your perfect body and feel yourself moving around in it NOW.

And don't focus just on having these things - focus on BEING THE PERSON WHO OWNS THEM. In his own mind, that little boy was not a 7 year old fighting a battle. He was a powerful warrior fighting a battle.

So, rather than being an overweight person pretending to be slender - BE a slender person who absolutely adores your body!

Rather than pretending you are wealthy, BE the wealthy person who knows that money is no longer a concern.

Feel it and be it now, and you will immediately start altering your "frequency" and the universe starts shifting things around to be compatible with your new frequency.

Consistency is important - it may take a short time before you'll see big changes, but it's very possible to see some immediate improvement too. And in the meantime, you won't even care that it hasn't manifested fully yet - you'll just feel so darn good pretending! :-)



TIPS & INSIGHTS:

Do you believe the bigger things you want will take time? That they're harder to manifest so you have to work harder on them?

The Universe doesn't notice size or magnitude. It only goes by your feelings related to size and magnitude.

If you believe that manifesting a dollar will be difficult, it will be. If you believe that manifesting 100 million dollars will be easy and quick, it will be.

Choose to believe that the manifestation of everything you desire will be simple and easy, and guess what? It will be so.

yes Maria don't look so hard! when you look hard everyhting unwanted becomes a sign what you have to do is! ask for it and let go like i ask and forget it after i get the sign i remeber suddnly regarding what i got the sign! it's great
= i keep getting signs regarding my bf a lot like i got the best sign was i found his name and my name with his last name it was awsome.
= i asked Universe if we will be otgether if this can be done and suddnly when i was Driving there was a House door near the Road , on top of that door said BELIVE! =)
= and i have been seeing people that looks just like him all over.

  thnku very much for this post! i love it very much and i found it randomly yesterday, and keeps coming to me..out of no where so i thought of really studying it! and takeingit to head.. i have alredy attarcted my ex back to talk to after 9 months and im very happy bout it. but he hasn't talked to again for a while only once so i hope to keep getting him to talk to me  but i also thought that it's a good thing he isn't talking t me while that the universe must be alredy planing on what to do. to get him to back  here are things i have done so far and doing..

1. i try to let go and feel good so far im doing pretty well n i do hav thouts of he come or not doesn't matter or i don't care he talks or not!

2. i write down all the things im thnkful and greatful for... and writign as of his alredy mine.


3. folowing a 30 day manifeting video wathcing it n visulaing every night.

4. also being happy! am i doing good? what i should do more? and i have aked for sings about him i used to call him bunny alwyz..his nickname from me. so i asked universe if his gonna bemine again to hsow my bunnies every where out side of my home or on computer/tv our of blue also the color green so i keep getting those. wha do you think?

the most awsome!!!! thing happned to me today im a girl who is trying to attract my ex back and i tried soo hard till im trying i did evrything , everyhting i deserve him and i truly love him so im the kind of person why read my horoscope everyday and i belive in prediction stuff future telling stuff so just today morning on facebook , you guys know how that they have those prediction ladies on facebook? they look like having a crystal ball? well all the time i would check it and pretty much everyday i get the same sayings but today i got this saying.....

MY EX CALLED ME BACK IN 15 MINUETS AFTER US NOT SPEAKING FOR OVER TWO WEEKS.

I heard about the book The Secret by an inspirational woman, my cousin Crystal. She told me how I can simply change my whole life by reading this book. During the time she told me to read the book, I was currently having problems with my boyfriend. My boyfriend and I were not speaking to each other at all at the time.

I remember it like it was yesterday. Crystal was on the telephone with me and she started reading bits and pieces of The Secret to me, and she told me to visualize my boyfriend calling me. So I did. Within 10 MINUETS HE CALLED ME! I swear I was like "OH MY GOODNESS!" Right then and there I realized I had to buy the book.

Ever since then I have been practicing The Secret. Every time my boyfriend and I have a problem I write down how I want him to be. It's so amazing because he reacts exactly to what I write down. It's so amazing.

The day before New Years Eve, my boyfriend and I had the biggest fight, involving his family as well, and it was just terrible. So him and I hadn't talked for about 12 days until yesterday. I was getting my eyebrows waxed and I was laying down peacefully listening to the calm music, and I started chanting in my head, saying my boyfriend will call me today, my boyfriend will call me today. Over and over I repeated it, and I swear in 15 MINUTES he called me!!!

The Secret really works and it is truly amazing! I will be very successful in life with love, money, and wealth. I recommend it for everyone! My best friend Arely is involved in The Secret as well, and she is doing so much better!
