Thanks "dj9928" for providing information about this book. I was actually cut off from online world and too busy. Yesterday I had ordered the book and am waiting for it (3 Business days for delivery) now 2, tomorrow 1 and day after tomorrow will start my Day 1 of the lesson. Thanks a lot for mentioning this.

Power of Belief
A businessman was deep in debt and could see no way out.
Creditors were closing in on him. Suppliers were demanding payment.
He sat on the park bench, head in hands,
wondering if anything could save his company from bankruptcy.
Suddenly an old man appeared before him.
"I can see that something is troubling you," he said.
After listening to the executive's woes, the old man said, "I believe I can help you."
He asked the man his name, wrote out a check, and pushed it into his hand saying,
"Take this money. Meet me here exactly one year from today, and you can pay me back at that time."
Then he turned and disappeared as quickly as he had come.
The business executive saw in his hand a check for $500,000, signed by John D. Rockefeller,
then one of the richest men in the world!
"I can erase my money worries in an instant!" he realized.
But instead, the executive decided to put the uncashed check in his safe.
Just knowing it was there might give him the strength to work out a way to save his business, he thought.
With renewed optimism, he negotiated better deals and extended terms of payment.
He closed several big sales. Within a few months, he was out of debt and making money once again.
Exactly one year later, he returned to the park with the uncashed check. At the agreed-upon time, the old man appeared.
But just as the executive was about to hand back the check and share his success story, a nurse came running up and grabbed the old man.
"I'm so glad I caught him!" she cried.
"I hope he hasn't been bothering you.
He's always escaping from the rest home and telling people he's John D. Rockefeller. "
And she led the old man away by the arm.
The astonished executive just stood there, stunned.
All year long he'd been wheeling and dealing, buying and selling, convinced he had half a million dollars behind him.
Suddenly, he realized that it wasn't the money, real or imagined, that had turned his life around.
It was his newfound self-confidence that gave him the power to achieve anything he went after.

I agree with bravelioness. Good memories often make you smile. I remember some good feelings I had with my friends at college - whenever I feel sad, I just rewind and think of those great times I spent in Hostel with my friends. It would change my mood instantly. Sometimes, a good song that you love to listen also is a good mood shifter.

Most of the times, I stop and think and ask myself- How am I feeling now?- about 90% of the times, the reply comes- Okay- but later after reading "The Power" I came to know that feeling OK is as good as feeling bad. Now when I stop and think and ask myself about how am I feeling now- the reply comes- GREAT!!!!!
Even in the Secret movie, I remember it was said that you should feel happiness, even if it is not there. I think this is same as you CREATE happiness, even if it is not there. After all, we are the creators.

The key is finding what works for you. Loveofabundance, I agree with you. There are many many methods of letting go. In past few months, I had been learning all of them one by one but finally was so confused that I thought it is better that I just stick to basics of Law of attraction. That is amazing Thumbelina. I am from India and can completely imagine how some Indian families are. My cousin sister is looking for modelling as an option but here parents are after her life to get her married. I had introduced her to LOA but she did not believe in it and now I will show this post to her and may she change the way she thinks. But Law of attraction can create anything for you and you are an example. I am really Happy for you and understand how difficult it is for a girl in Indian society to opt for career such as modelling, Bollywood etc. But you have presented such an amazing example that it will be a guidance to many who don't believe in LOA. Wish you Great Great success in your Life and want you to see you on MTV very soon.
