Step #1 - STOP contacting him.

Focus on yourself and reading post here will help but, remember, these are other peoples experiences not yours. Getting hung up on the stories about people that succeeded in getting their exes back could cause disillusion. The main thing is relearn who you are and love yourself. This journey is not about anyone else. It's about you and only you. When you are ready, you will know what to do/not to do.

Tereza, please try to relax and don't contact him. When he calls, act like nothing happened be cheerful and cut the conversation short. Then go have a bath, meditate, read a book or whatever calms you. The aggression won't get you what you want. Let him go and enjoy his life. You do the same. Everything will work out fine if you stay in control of your emotions.

Ffrom my personal experience, complete detachment and/or inpired action (without expectations) have been highly effective.

Also, don't underestimate the power of prayer/meditation. If nothing else, it helps ease your mindto know you are not alone. The universe, God, the Creator (whatever you call it) is there for every single one of us. You must have full trust.

Freebird, the funny thing about the new guy is, we had crossed paths about 2 weeks ago. I guess I wasnt ready. Yesterday, I was inspired to go to the same grocery store I saw him before and he was inspired to make me a move. We talked for a good 1/2 hour. Joked & laughed like we knew each other forever.

Islandgirl, you'll definitely get there. Sounds like you've done it before. I think me & my ex will be friends or maybe more in the future. For now, I'm so full of confidence and happy. Nothing will take me back there.

I'm calling the new guy today after work. Wish me luck.

Elyes, I believe you can manifest bad things. That's why we should be cautious about what we are thinking. I was think I waould get in a car accident about 2 weeks ago. guess what happened? Thankfully it wasn't serious. Just a tap but, it happened. Be cautious of ypur thoughts

Oh boty! You're in for a wild ride. I just went through this. Try to ignore the signs if you can. They can drive you crazy. I prayed to be set free & asked for a solution. I got it the very next day. Maybe you can try it too?

Thank you Marianna & Kas! It didn't happen the way I hope but, it happened. Now he's the one asking me to call HIM & I don't want to. i just love knowin all my meditation, praying, seeing signs, etc wasn't me going crazy. I was really getting scared. I thought I was sick in the head. Lol.

Thank you Free Bird. I'm totally cool about it now. I am a bit mad at myself for getting so stupid about this guy. I'll never get so wound up about a man again. I'm so grateful I got to see him and really ask myself "was this guy really worth all this agony?".

The answer is no and that's not from an angry or bitter stand point. It's from a completely neutral point of view. He looked a bit haggard to me. Sort of unhealthy and pretty skinny. I used to think he was the best looking man I could ever get but, I found myself looking at things like his teeth, his clothes etc.... Even his voice seemed off.

I guess I'm detached now? The best thing about this experience? I KNOW LOA is real and I AM the creator of my destiny without a doubt.

Thank you all for your positive energy and great advice. I don't know if I would get to this point as fast as I did without this forum. I was suffering for months and in less than 2 weeks of being here, my toughest manifestation has been received.

I'm not crying anymore. I'm laughing. I followed my inspired action idea. I asked him to have a drink with me, he said yes, we went and now I feel nothing even though we had a nice time.

Some of you know i've been stressing out about attracting my ex. He ignored me for MONTHS. Soooo.....I decided to go to him and ask him to come for a drink. Without hesitation, he said yes.

Even if he never calls me again, I'm satisfied. NOW, I can really let go. Funny thing is, after seeing him, I don't know what I was going crazy for. He's good looking and all but, so what? Isn't it funny how things work out?

EDIT: After seeing him, I got an email from another ex asking if im single. LOL!! I must be sending out some seriously good energy.
