You might also consider getting one of them Adam's Family Uncle Fester Spanish Inquisition stretching torture racks from Ebay. If you don't have anyone to turn the wheel on the rack to stretch you get the self-turning model

Seriously, for some reason I feel the best way for you to Intend growing in height is to meditate and 'see' yourself growing taller while hanging from a chin-up bar with your feet off the ground. Hang from the bar while Intending greater height for as long as you can stand it. Relax as much as you can while doing each set of this exercise.

That's the best I can think of right now except for maybe doing this exercise while using gravity boots to hang upside down from a chin-up bar.

The best I can do is tell you works for me. It may not work for you.

I am the type of person who MUST add my own special twist to the teachings and philosophies of others in order to 'make them my own' and personalize them. I am not good at following someone else's directions to the letter. I must adopt the teachings to my own life if they are to work for me. I must add my own creative input rather than parrot the teachings of others. I don't make a good human parrot. Most obviously do and fit comfortably in the religious and scientific world. I do not.

My tested technique for doing my best to manifest something I perceive as a 'big thing' is to say OUT LOUD to the Universe what it is I want to manifest and give the Universe only two options: either to give me what it is I feel I want OR SOMETHING BETTER. There is NO THIRD OPTION! I feel it is important to say it OUT LOUD  in order for the manifestation to take place in my physical world rather than just in my mind. So, in your particular situation I would automatically thank the Universe for holding off because it has something better in store for me. I am convinced that my personal responsibility in the manifestation process is to live in a manner that inspires the Universe to want to bless my life. Whatever you can think of that you can do to inspire the Universe to want to grant your request I suggest you do it; treating EVERY GOOD THING in your life with extra respect STARTING WITH YOUR BODY. Strive to eat healthier. Strive to exercise more with the intent to improve. Strive to treat everything you own as though you just came from years of living in the gutter and you are tremendously grateful for whatever good thing you have. If you want a better car treat your current car as though it is on loan from God; as everything else you own. In short: whatever you can think of to do that will inspire the Universe, and yourself, into fully believing you truly deserve a better life I suggest you do it.

Remember: it is not what you accomplish that matters. What matters is you PROVE to the universe that you deserve a better life, by the overall way you live, and you can look in the mirror proud of your efforts always ready for forgive yourself for your shortcomings and EVERYONE ELSE equally. You don't necessarily have to tell ANYONE that you forgive them, but YOU MUST forgive them in order to be able to fully forgive yourself. If you cannot forgive yourself you will unconsciously sabotage any effort to manifest a better life. If you secretly feel you are unworthy it is because you are not living a grateful life and you have not forgiven yourself and others equally. Others may be able to love themselves without doing things that prove they deserve to love themselves, but I must PROVE by the way I strive to live that I am worthy to be loved by myself and the Universe.

This is my CURRENT belief, but that may indeed change as more truth is revealed to me

Also, I feel constrained not to get too specific about the things I have already manifested. I sense it is best to keep such things between myself and the Universe as much as possible. Very few know and I don't feel inspired to share those things in a public forum.

I believe that the biggest problem with the successful use of The Secret and related philosophies for mastering the art of deliberate creation is really, REALLY wanting something! If you only 'sort of' 'kind of' want to manifest something chances are you are going to get nowhere no matter what techniques you may use to do it.

So, let's say you are living with people who are perpetually negative and have no desire whatsoever to become more positive. How much do you really, REALLY want to get away from such people and into an environment where you are associating with positive people who see your potential and encourage the very best in you? I mean, do you 'kind of' 'sort of' want to move up to a better environment or do their actions feed a passionate, burning desire to get the hell out of that negative situation and 'move up' to something better? If those people really anger you then use your anger as a motivating force to GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE and into a better environment. Use whatever honorable tools you can to accomplish the task. Study whatever you must. Get the schooling you must. Use whatever excuse you may need not to associate with those people while you work to manifest your dream to get out of that environment. Face reality, if you keep associating with stagnant, negative people they are just going to bring you down. Sooner or later they will wonder why you don't want to associate with them. I say casually tell them that you are determined to accomplish great things with your life and you don't want to be brought down by their negative opinions about life. Done properly this may shock them into a more positive frame of mind. Probably not.

GET THE HELL OUT OF THAT ENVIRONMENT!!!

As I think of you I keep getting the impression of a beautiful hot-air balloon that get's it's proverbial steam up and rises ready to reach wonderful heights then...it is stopped cold by a thick rope/cable/chain tether that is holding it to the ground. You keep straining against this tether until you lose your 'steam' and begin to slowly sink to the ground. I 'see' in my mind's eye that this process has happened over and over again. I don't know what that tether represents. It could be a person or people. It could be unhealthy habits. It could be a fear of the unknown. Whatever it may be, until you ruthlessly cut that tether so that you can fly free this process of being held to the ground will keep you going through this same routine for the rest of your life or until you finally give up and believe you will never fly free.

It's a state of mind, really

Or so I see, but I could be completely wrong about this. I'm just telling what I keep 'seeing' as I think of you

 As for myself, I Intend to keep getting stronger and healthier until I am so powerful that any hidden tethers in my life will be ripped up from the ground and I'll take the friggin tethers with me as I fly!

Rhonda Byrne would have done the world a big favor if she had realistically told people, in her book, just how difficult it was to make The Secret DVD and book. She made it sound like it was a breeze to use the philosophy and manifest her dreams, but there must have been very hard times when she was tempted to give up. She must have met many failures that stopped her cold and, at times, it must have seemed comepletely hopeless, but she refused to give up.

I've learned that true success with the Universe does not come easy and it is not for the most talented. It is for those WHO REFUSE TO PERMANENTLY GIVE UP; and this whether you deliberately use The Secret or have never even heard of it.

The Secret does not reveal that the Universe is Sentient, Conscious & Aware. I've learned from dealing with Mother Nature that this is indeed so. I've also learned, the hard way, that whatever good thing you may get from the Universe MUST be paid for. To the Universe your money is worthless. The currency of The Spirit is SUFFERING FOR DOING GOOD. From empirical experience I've learned that it is the Universe itself who will determine how much you suffer for whatever it is you are determined to manifest and for how long. Whether you like it or not, if you are to realize the fulfillment of a dream manifested into your waking reality prepare to suffer not unlike an Olympic athlete preparing to win a gold medal. So, you can suffer for being a failure in life and accepting a mediocre existence or you can suffer for realizing your dreams. One way or another you will indeed suffer so you might as well prepare to accept whatever sufferings you may endure as a master in that you do your best to be grateful for the good you have already received and the successes you have already had. Oh sure you may completely give up for a day, or a week, a month, or maybe even a year, but if you REALLY want something you will eventually get back on that proverbial horse and keep riding to your intended destination.

I've read that Thomas Edison went through thousands upon thousands of failed experiments before he finally found the right type of filament in order to make the electric bulb that we take for granted today. Mr Edison, apparently, knew in his heart of hearts that he would eventually succeed, but he wore out the patience of those who were working with him. Once can only imagine the tenacity required for a true genius to be successful at manifesting ANY TRULY GREAT THING. Beethoven, Mozart, Leonardo DaVinci, Michelangelo all suffered horrendously in the manifestations of their dreams into their daily reality. It did not come easy.

Do you think it will be easy if you find that you are left with the choice of either pursuing your dreams or surrendering to the will of your so called "friends" who are trying to hold you back? Are you willing to sacrifice the friends who keep trying to make you give up or will you keep your friends and sacrifice your dream? That can be a very tough decision and one, chances are, which has stopped many a believer in The Secret from realizing their dreams. They decided to keep their friends at the cost of the realization of their dreams.

Do you really think Thomas Edison would have tolerated hanging around with people who continually tried to make him give up? I strongly doubt it. If ANY of his associates kept pressuring him to give up he probably cut them out of his life PERMANENTLY.

So, if you are determined to realize your dreams into your daily reality be prepared to suffer tremendously to either realize your dreams or in giving up and surrendering to a mediocre life. And all your 'so called' friends who have chosen the mediocre life will embrace you and welcome you home.  Yes, you will have your friends and the knowledge of what could have been your life if you refused to give up and was willing to sacrifice whatever or whoever was holding you down. Like I said: one way or another you will indeed suffer. I suggest you choose your sufferings wisely and with the intent to take full responsibility for your decision.

Well, you can 'project' into everyone's minds that you ARE taller so that everyone has no choice except to see you taller for that is your Intent and the Universe grants it. If THEY all see you carrying yourself taller everywhere you go and in everything you do that should help.

Let me tell you one of the simplest steps to apply the law of attraction instantly.

1. Create a strong desire (Visualize your desire, feel your desire, imagine it all the time)
2. Meditate everyday ( to clear you mind)
3. Do vortex wheels (to raise your vibrations)
4. Be vibrationally match to your desire, not the lack of it.
5. Simply, fake it till you make it.
6. Believe. Read lots of stories on the Secret.tv website.

I would add develop a strong, passionate desire for desired manifestations.
Think of it often and be grateful in advance for the manifestation while always being ready to change course for the Spirit of Intent can often have an ever better option than the one you have been envisioning.

I've been having more and more success with manifesting solutions to problems I may be having. I think of the problem, say to the universe something to the effect of, "I need a solution for this", then release the problem and do other things, if I can afford to wait for a solution. Sure enough a great solution manifests even in accordance with my faith that it will. With each new success my faith gets stronger and stronger.

Success with the Law of Attraction in supposedly 'little things' builds faith in eventually believing that EVERYTHING on this planet (including this planet) is in actuality extremely small. When we think of manifestations as 'small' we tend to think of them as easy. Such is our fate and the easier we believe it to be the better our ability to manifest with Intent. Once you advance to the point where, in your mind, this planet is microscopic you will be ready to realize potential that goes beyond words.

For those who refuse to give up, success is inevitable so I guess it is more important that you never give up than to be especially talented. Consider the ability not to give up as the most important talent you will need and you are on the right path to becoming a Master at Manifesting with Intent; or so it is said.
