Views on initiating a negative zone/having a private chat system on this forum

1. I don't think the point of LOA is to banish or even sequester all "negative" emotions. I actually think that LOA doesn't distinguish between positive and negative, rather it's about like attracting like. One person's negative may be another person's positive. Some people genuinely love complaining - and it doesn't drag them down at all! For them, complaints are not negative, they are just a means of expression.

Quality point - I agree.

Also, a huge amount can be learnt from negative posts. As Ginny also says, negativity is a common state for people, even people who actively understand and use LOA. Edge was recently very candid in saying that he knows he attracted his current state of health, and he's a highly respected LOA-er, so negativity can bite us all on the arse. As it were. Anyway, I think learning how to deal with negativity is an incredibly important lesson, and shouldn't be relegated to a place where, by its very name, people may stay away from

ok since every one is against this idea, why not put in a positive section! Not success stories, i mean a section to help people stay positive! This section should be like when you have a good day or when you are in the vortex! This section should aim to improve peoples day! Just a counter thought!

most of the members are! So im just putting light to the more positive side of things! Yes you said it was a good idea I read everything before i post! I choose now to only post when im in the vortex! Such a better place to be in! This new section should be titled 'feel good' section!
