Ahh I'm def going to go out and get this book! I didn't know it was a gratitude exercise, I started keeping a gratitude journal a couple of months ago and it's great. Only problem is, sometimes I get lazy, and I don't ever go more than a few days without writing in it, but I feel my mood become much more negative in those days. When I'm back on track making lists of things to be grateful for, I feel back to normal. I want something to keep me on track so I'll look into it, hopefully find it online so I don't have to buy it lol.
