I'm sorry, I just clicked on it and it worked for me.  Let me know if there is anything I can do to get it to you, maybe I can try emailing it?  I can also just email the pdf copy I downloaded too......that would be easy enough. 

It's a great book, or at least the original is......I read from it almost everyday and I got Katie to buy it and she loves it too! 

It's very inspirational!  :)
