The best time to listen to the MP3 is in the morning when you wake up or at night before bed.  I listen to the MP3s for about 15 to 20 minutes at night when the conscious mind is not active and the subconscious is more receptive.

I have been using a LOA subliminal message CD for almost a week.  I am not seeing any results.  Hopefully soon.

@ Berylac, I think it doesn't really matter but I do find if I am using it meditation music I try to clear my mind and if I am finding it difficult to quieten my mind I say affirmations in my head while listening. Also I have it as back round music why I do other stuff.

@ Marianna, I have been doing it for some time now. I would say depending on the person the results can take time. For myself I don't notice anything obvious but I do think it works in subtle a way for me. I find it is easier to believe in certain things now. Also you do practise other forms of affirming, right? Like visualising, saying positive affirmations then you should be on your way.

thanks mergirl, I was about to give up, since I read the usual time is within two weeks and I am seeing zip.  I guess everyone is different.  Your noticing subtle changes but nothing really drastic?  Perhaps with more use that would increase.

Try clearing and blocks with eft you may have about subliminal messaging audio's. I wasn't really into believing in them and I when I worked on my doubt I found they too worked. There is no obvious results but you feel less resistance to whatever type of affirmation the subliminal audio is offering.

I'm in doubt does our subconscious mind receives subliminal messages on a non native language? Or is it enough if our conscious mind understands messages?
