I am wondering what your methods are for elimenating limiting beliefs regarding money, relationship and abundance?

I am very interested in this, since I am trying to get rid of my limiting beliefs regarding these 3 areas of my life, and I also think it would be great to have the advice from the amazing people on this forum in 1 post.

Hope you find the time to answer :D
Thank you!
The power is within you.

Is there anything other than EFT you could do? Really interested in knowing this too.

I am constantly doing affirmations, and been so grateful for all the blessings that I have. I keep my gratitude journal and the list is getting longer and longer everyday. When I am in front of my computer, I also use Subliminal Blaster. I also have my Vision Board up (so far, I already got three of those I posted in there), placed it in a place where I can see them when I opened my eyes and before I go to sleep. I just started my meditation and I feel so much ease and peace within me. I think, all of these are working because it really made me feel a loooot better, happier now.

While I am the utmost firm believer of gratitude, I am not sure that it has helped me resolve limiting beliefs.  The movie www.lettinggo.tv recently got me closer to letting go of my limiting beliefs.  EFT works really well though.  If you have a tough time getting started I can help you.

My way is to convert my belief to my goals for instance; I  would like to make this particular occurrence or result possible, I will believe  in it and take it as my goal, in this way, my belief will not be limited.
“Excerpt ‘See yourself as an archer and see your goals as  your target. You target a specific point and don’t just target anywhere, right?  This is the same with being specific with your goals. You have to define what  it is that you really want for you to be able to attain it.   It like  belief.

  • Laughoutloudx3: Calm- that happens in all of my dreams & is a great mystery to me!! And that only happens with him!! Every now & then he will look like him...but some other times he will look nothing like himself, and even more bizarre is that most of the time he looks like a previous ex of mine, but yet it still really is him!! That drives me mad bc I do not know why his face appears as this other ex that I do not care about in that way. I always always know it is my guy though. I just wish he would look like him lol!!!!

  • Calm: Life - I'm not say8ing that's WHY you took a break, but simply that it's an added benefit.  Yes, I've wandered off on occasiona given trolls and their bull but, in the end, I just feel sad for them.

  • Calm: LOL - isn't that weird?  When you dream of them, and it doesn't look like them - but you know exactly who it is? haha

  • Laughoutloudx3: Sooo i had the wierdest dream about my love...& he didn't exactly look like him, but i just knew that it was him, & we shared the most passionate freakin kiss in the whole entire world & i swear it went on forever! Le sigh...i could feel it, like it actually happened. Yum :P

  • LifeIsGoodToday: That wasn't the reason for my break though, there was a particular troll, HQ, that come coming back and just really giving the whole forum grief and negativity. It started to affect me. So I moved away for awhile. And honestly, I got so into work and her. I still lurked some, not often. But I think I should have b/c supporting others in a great way to grow in using LoA positively in your life!

  • Calm: Life - sometimes it's good to take a break.  Spending too much time here in a certain state of mind, can make one dwell too much on what one doesn't have, to my mind.  Breaks are good!

  • LifeIsGoodToday: Thank you lovely people for coming to my rescue. It means a lot. I love this forum and idk why I disappeared for so long, I think it was b/c of trolls. HQ. It was becoming bad, coupled with the fact I was just wrapped up. I am going to be more active again and hope to get to know some of the new faces bc i dont recognize a lot of you. :) Thanks again.
