Unable to find balance

One possible reason why I often fail in life is that I am unable to keep balance in my daily activities. In order to do something, I must exclusively focus on that in order to get anything done in that sphere. I am used to getting nothing done if I try to do two things at the same time.

I don't mean mere multitasking. For example, if I have a girlfriend, I am unable to think about anything else in my life. Conversely, if I have to focus on my studies and prepare for an exam, I need literally isolate myself from any social contact (especially from the person I love) in order to fully focus on that, so I can fully digest the new things.

Concretely speaking, I sometimes fail an entire term of exams because I need to focus on how to make my relationship with a girl work. And I fail to make a relationship work if I focus on the exams.

It is the same thing I said on another topic: whenever I "relax and focus" I sometimes automatically disappear from everything else and that hampers relationships and studies, respectively.

I would like to be able to love and study/work at the same time.

Peace, I believe you can have that balance.  Affirm to yourself that you are grateful that you are aligned with all that you want in your life.  When your studying see it as an opportunity to let go of your desire (letting go of attachment) as that is a crucial part to the process and just focus on the 'now' being what you want to achieve that very moment.  I was in a similar situation and am no longer attached to the outcome I always began reciting some words I got from this site and the results are simply amazing:

By constanly focusing on the girl you are sending the universe signs that you are waiting, not that you have her.  So in turn you will continue to attract situations in your life that are aligning you with what you are receiving.  Just know that you will have this love in your life as long as you put yourself on the pedestal.  All the best!!
