Telepathy/Remote Influence Question

I have a question for anyone who has done telepathy and/ore remote influence.  Do you ever feel light headed or have a slight headache after you've done it a few times?  I have found that if I send thoughts telepathically several times a day, I begin to feel this way.  I take it as a good sign of sorts - that it working.  When I send the message, I envision it leaving my third eye and a few seconds later, I feel a sensation in my crown chakra which I take to mean the message has been delivered.

Just curious as to other's physical experiences with this.

I've done it a few times.. I'm not sure the messages went through. I've never had any physical side effects - however, when I first started meditating I did have headaches, stomach aches, chest pains, etc...

I've done the remote seduction/telepathic love therapy a bunch of times.  I envision the energy coming out of my heart and I often get a pressure/tightness/painful sensation in my chest during it... like a lot of "built up" energy leaving my heart.

A few times also during it I've felt like I was floating, very light, almost an out-of-body sensation.  That sensation doesn't happen often but the 2-3 times it did happen, I got a message from my ex the next day, so I think that means it's working.

Well I don’t know if this will help, but it’s based on what I read online, I tried to find something similar to what is happening to you. Apparently this is just energy exchange happening, you are sending energy and getting it back from that person. Now if you are trying to plant thoughts or read someone else, without them knowing, their own energy (subcountious) will try to defend itself. In essence you are feeling the other person trying to block what you are doing and their counterattack so to speak. 

So you are trying to give thoughts to them, in return you get headaches or other physical pain in return. I know when I do remote seduction, not only do I become very emotional for a few days after, but I have strong chest pain.

Where did you read that?  I've never heard anything about feeling physical pain from someone blocking your energy.  I do know that if someone is not receptive to your energy it most likely will not go through, but it does not feel as though it's being blocked at all.  Quite the opposite.

usually when i do rs .. jst my opinion .. if i find it hard to visualize or picture them being happy .. i take that as resisting ... but if i get a clear picture and hes smiling and laughing  i take that as a good sign ,.... so if i cant get a good feeling frm it i stop ..

when i do RS i get very emotional during it. but i havent as yet had any physical pain.

I can't speak for the headaches, but I know that when I'm using my head chakra, it buzzes (although I've gotten used to it by now) and the light feeling sounds pretty normal.

I can't vouch for any symptons of physical pain (apart from your head feeling achey when you start doing this, but I imagine thats pretty normal as your head is simply trying to get used to the conditions...)

By the sounds of your description, you're doing fine...;-)
